They used to provide towel service and now we have to bring our own but they denied our entry if we dont bring one. A towel for god sake! The staff bribed me into getting 10 contacts from me in return of free towel. I’ve been a platinum member here for over 10 years and it’s high time I start looking for a new place. I don’t think Ff gonna be here longer. The only excuse given is they have to cover their operational costs now that they need more chemicals to clean the surfaces. My membership was cancelled without notice and without being inform I have balance 8 It’s seems like a fraud to me. Read some comments they keep persuade member who wants to leave member to stay but it’s another way round for my case. Is it because I still got balance months and money inside and not being informed? List of fraud that they have done to me: 1. I suppose to have free trainer session in a month after I sign up for 12+8 package but they didn’t assigned me any 2. Lost my balance 8 months 3. Balance Rm200+ couldn’t be claim back

How long more members of FF Klang Bukit Tinggi had to endure the substandard facilities. The yoga mat has been worn for more than 5 years, with sides open and unattached. Not to mentioned the foul odor that no words can explain!!!! Other clubs in KL / PJ has gotten upgrade but not klang. Now tell me that’s not biased!

Quit the gym a long time ago due to lazy staff and dirty equipment. Definitely not worth 215 per month. I was once denied entry as they did not notify me of the fees and when I asked why they did not call, their staff defended and said they did. Therefore I proceeded to show them a number and asked if it was them who called and he said yes. Hence, I saved that number as Fitness first if I had any other inquiries. To my surprise, when I called that number, it was KDU management. With this level of customer service, of course I quit. The equipment is damn smelly as well. Yesterday i asked a shower tower from staff but he dont wanna give it to me but he gave it to the next person .How can it happens we are all the same gym member right?

Platinum fitness with sauna, steam room, but the facility especially the chaging room and bathroom need to be upgrade. The lockers are old and faded, some locker are no longer functioning. Bathroom are quite slippery, fell down once. Due to current pandemic, they are not allow to shower and and bring your own sweat tower. Not able to enjoy the facility but still require to pay full amount of the monthly fees.

Been to so many other CF and FF branches around klang valley, this is by far the worst I’ve ever encounter and it’s a platinum?? Machines are so old and some rusted. The arrangement of the machines are so cramped and with only a few people, it becomes crowded. Not all lockers are usable, shower rooms have mould and towels smell musty and wet. This branch needs a lot overdue upgrading

Equipments never sanitised.All mats are smelly.When trying to terminate membership, staff kept pushing to stay and were so persistent. Did not mention that I have to notify before 1st of each month to terminate and so when I requested it on the 1st itself, they said cannot terminate as I had to request few days before. Did not notify my first payment and said that they had called but they did not. Trainers were friendly though

No towel given by FF until now, classes are reduced on Saturday, no add back, Sauna is still remained closed until now with paying the same membership fees.....

Facilities was good and using the access card to lock and unlock the locker , toilet and changing room are sufficient. There have yoga, zumba classes, etc. Drinks are provided , and have refreshment area with newspaper , you may bring your own laptop to chill during weekend. Weekday quite crowded compare with weekend.

good place to get fit by joining their classes such as body combat zumba ect. But it would be better they increase the number of classes as the class is getting crowded !!

Great place. But not family friendly. The restrictions are seriously absurd. Its a good place honestly, but with so many other alternatives of fitnesss that are more fmaily friendly, it wouldnt be a likely option if they dont up their game.
