    Bad and unfriendly counter cashier, beware from a person named WANI. She could scream and shout just to let the whole world know about your due bill. This is hospital,respect the other patient.We are not going anywhere for the due balance of 5% bill. even gas station cashier more polite than her. I believe this staff personality is absolutely horrible and maybe overworked or underpaid. Worst hospital counter cashier experience ever!

    don' t come to this hospital emergency department. they are not ready to accept you although you bring referral letter from other GP doctor and you have insurance/GL. First, ask patient to do Nasal C-19 swab as procedure before patient can see doctor. if +ve, said they will not accept you and straight away you need to go to government hospital. If -ve, then only they will treat patient. swab result obtain after 30min. Then after C-19 result show negative, to my surprise, give other excuse cannot start treatment or allow you to see doctor due to hospital bed were full. meaning they will only start treatment when you have secure bed. inhuman. why they cannot at least check when patient are really sick but refuse to treat by giving excuse to reject you.

    This is the worst hospital with extremely terrible service. Nurses are extremely rude, hv bad attitude, lazy and have no sense of compassion (including the doctor) as my hubby passed away here after being in ICU for 11 days and I was warded at Sari Ward and in ICU (stayed 2 weeks). They refused to help me to take a video/photo of my hubby using my mobile at ICU eventhough I begged/requested many times. I couldnt see my husband at all even till his passing. We both contracted Category 5 Covid 19. Went thru hell here and was mentally and physical "tortured" everyday. Nurses takes minimum 3 hours to 4 hours to attend to you when you pressed the bell for help. Drinking water wasnt refilled even I requested few times. The nurses will tell you NOT to call them if it is not urgent or important. Practically was left to "die" there with my serious condition. Some nurses play double standard but attend to other malay patient who didnt even call for assistance. Really cannot forget this traumatic experience here for life

    My dad had mild attack so we came to emergency and waited for 1 hr for his health update. Meanwhile i went to the emergency counter and ask for his update they are not friendly at all. There were no any one to update on his health. The person who checks on him aren't there so we had to ask the emergency counter for updates. Overall bad service

    Brought my autistic 6 yr old daughter to the dentist here for a checkup (walk-in) today. Very fast n efficient service. Everything was done under 30 minutes! Now waiting for the next appt. Thank you to the kind young doctor( male Chinese looking doc)/other doctors n nurses in Sapphire ward (room 3 I think! Unfortunately I really forgot to get their names!!) The team were efficient n gentle (siap ade team tolong sorak n divert her attentionπŸ˜†) in dealing with my screaming girl during the checkup! Thank you n may God provide ease in everything you guys do!

    Overall, I am pleased, short waiting time at registration and payment counters but unfortunately, calling the clinic to postpone my appointment with the doctor is very frustrating. Nobody picked up the phone. I would have gone to the hospital but I am Covid19 +ve. Seriously, something should be done to improve the situation.

    I came from far away to get information from my mother that I can visit CRW!! The 2 stupid nurses didn't let me in.. the morning nurse had already given me the permission and suddenly both of them looked good but it's ridiculous.. they said they wanted to check who the morning nurse was.. for the most stupid reason.. it's impossible for you not to know! Someone wears a spec and doesn't wear it.. it makes things difficult for people.. if you make things easier for people, God willing, God will make things easier for us.. if the two of us are like that to my mom..     Recommended by my friend. The waiting time is fast, the staff in the hospital are very kind and friendly too. They explained in details of my situation, which made me understand more and better. Went to the dentist in the same place, under UiTM, which is very fast and good experience.

    Dissapointed with very poor managment system. My father TCA reschedule again with alasan Dr ada meeting.. what???? Why this hospital can easily doing this to all the patient and reschedule as they want.. never think and look this patient almost 2 years TCA was post poned and they simple post poned or rescedule all the patient on 7/2 to 21/4??? Tak boleh buat mcm ni dekat pesakit setelah semue dah d arrange n cuti di ambil untuk TCA.. please pihak uitm take serious action!!!

    Very bad service. Especially kt counter bfore nk test covid. I went there last year to test covid, but i don't know which department i should go too, then i got scolded bcs i went directly to the bck by the staff yg jge counter dlm tu, very rude. This is how u treat ur pt? Such a shame

    Been here 4 months since my brother has admitted here. Cicu nurse were so kind and generous. Make us feel like family. And also the doctors especially mr Abid and the late dr Izham they are so loving and always took care of my brother. They always come to see my brother even they off. Ward 2 was quite good and the nurses were quite efficient but ward 1 was so bad. The nurses not that efficient and they are a bit slow. Please improve pls. And ask them to smile a bit. The today they asked us to buy medicine for dressing. Konon takde stock. They dont really provide. So different than ward2 whivh was good than ward 1
