13th Oct 2023 (5.10pm) Ordered Drive Thru and what I got?? The worst iced milo I ever tasted at Mcd. We have to pay extra to upgrade for milo, but the taste is like you drink water pipe, no taste at all. What a waste! Do you expect people to check and taste the food before we leave??

Out of 3 self kiosk for ordering, only ONE single unit is available. Average waiting time for ordering for each customer now has been increased by 6-8 minutes averagely. This is really inconvenient for a well known fast food establishment.

Bought Happy Meal set and requested for plain burger without lettuce and sauce but they gave me only bread. Is this how you cheat customer??

i have to wait for about an hour just to get a nasi lemak mcdi. The most annoying thing is when i wanted to make payment, there isn't any cashier there and i waited for so long like 40 minutes.athe staff look at me and then looked away. i mean that kinda mean. Then i need to wait again for the pick up, it took 25 minutes. tbh i really disappointed of the service because i have to wait to make paymen. If i have to wait for th pick up i dont mind at all.

The staff and service are unorganised, ordered a breakfast set and it took more than 30mins and yet to serve. Have to walk to counter and chase for my order then only they bring the food to you. Compare so many McDonald’s, here is the worst experience I ever had

Ordered double patty but only got one patty, I collected via drive through, then only realize it when I got home. Cannot expect customer to always check. And their machine double charged me and just don't expect to get a refund, the manager is not responsive and doesn't even care and, does not reply to messages. Better order via online app for better safety.

Waited for more that 45 minutes in a fast food restaurant. No system at all. Are u seriously doing your business. Never ever come to this branch

This is the third time they missed my food if order using mcdelivery, easy money straight to their pocket. Never get a refund and never answer the call. Good Job Well Done!

Quite frequent go there for lunch n dinner iether drive thru or dine in ... The staff quite friendly,they try to fulfill customer satisfaction as much they can. Recommend meal is Ayam Goreng Spicy as well.

On 19 Oct 2021, I bought a Big Breakfast set and and egg sandwich ala carte. Only given 3 packages of chilly sauce but no hash brown, no sugar, no fruit jam, etc. Service counter nearly given wrong order to in the first place until I asked him to see my bill. Very bad service even though only few customers in drive in lane. This is not the first time this happened, other times also short of items purchased through the drive-in lane.

McDonald's is McDonald's and their food quality and value is not what it used to be. This outlet's overall cleanliness has improved a bit only, could be better in terms of consistency - most of the time it's not up to standard e.g. tables, chairs, serving trays, toilets, wash basins and floors could be cleaner.

A bit crowded during peak time and also need to wait longer for the food to be ready. Other all ok and satisfied. Have small playground for kids.

I have waited almost 40mins for my breakfast (a chicken hash brown wrap and nasi lemak) and they still ask me to wait another 20mins for the wrap (due to overwhelming of customers). Overwhelming of customers but the drive through orders has cleared 2-3 rounds. The only leftover is the takeover & table orders placed through kiosks. So many customers asking for refund and order rechecking but it takes time for them to find our receipt in the kitchen. Nobody is in charged of the orders and sequence. Very disappointed.

Service is so bad as the employee always give wrong order, when I try to ask them about the wrong food. They only ask me to wait and never entertain me for 10 mins.

Ordered my breakfast thru GRAB. Got it with a missing item for the first order, it's OK to make a mistake and didnt bother to file for a refund. Ordered the similar menu few days later thru GRAB as well, and another disappointing meal missing again. How is McD continue to business by keep sending missing item in the orders?

Super long wait for a fast food chain. 20 minutes wait today and I had to cancel my drink because it’s taking too long. Last visit was 50 minutes wait on a Saturday.

Bad dining experience....the staff plays with the phone and waited for my food so long even though I'm queueing in front of the counter and they just simply remove my order number without checking if the order is out or not. People who came later than me had their food first and all I ordered was Mccafe Americano and chocolate sundae. Until I shouted for managers then suddenly my food appeared! So disappointing when the outlet looks good but the staff is bad!

1. The drive through is always crowded. 2. Check your order before leaving..7 out of 10 you will find that your order is somehow messed up. 3. Staff are super friendly.

Went dine in with a friend, there's no at counter order, only using the machine. There's three machine for taking order, but two had system breakdown, and only one can be used. The line was long. Even some customers had to queue outside of the door. But the food was good.

Empty.. hahaha.. come early for tapau.

Drive thru smooth and fast. Packed on weekends. Caters according to our preference. Friendly window service during drive thru. Most importantly, the lady smiles to all the customers

The mcd taste not so good, as compared with other mcd, we tried many time same conclusion. The male toilet hygiene also always an issue here

It has an average amount of waiting time, not too long for drive thru during the pandemic season, other than that, it is convenient and well managed Mcdonald that I have ever been. Satisfied since the day it was open.

Since we're still under MCO period, it seems neighborhood took the opportunity to come by to this busy fast food outlet not just buy their food, but as well as take breather from being locked down @ home in order not to go insane staying @ home too long. Lots of cars drive through to order take away like us. We can also witness Food Panda riders are busy picking up orders that people ordered online to send to them every day - it's never a dull day for sure, especially over the weekends.
