First,they was mentioning the grooming price differently about hundred plus.After my sister raise her voice why so expensive for the basic grooming,another person said diff price. We are not sure which is true. My sister asked the Person in charge to do basic grooming for my dog and also to cut hair abit. I was very surprised,when I see my dog after the grooming. My dog looked so messsy . Till I asked myself is it they really did the grooming or anot and they charged RM 67.00.My dog doesn't even look after grooming.His hair messeo. His nail never cut properly also. Your service are getting worst. Please hire someone who really cares for the pets.
