Tasty toppings and side. Clean and beautiful ambience. Food is served abit slow for a bowl of poke, but acceptable. Recommended!

Food is Normal. the lady boss has a bad attitude, shout at the staffs in front of customers and she is not wearing mask! The shop didn’t follow SOP, the table distance is less than 1m, and didn’t control for walk-in customer. Bad Experience!

I have been to mich'sology and am a regular customer there, and although the portion was smaller compared to previously, the food was still okay. I on one hand love the food, that's my personal opinion. And I've seen comments regarding Emily that her attitude wasn't right? I don't know if we're talking about the same person but she is a good cashier, friendly and took note when there's customers around.

Terrible and horrific food served here. We ordered 3 sets of food yet different ingredients and sauces were served in the take away order. Normal rice were served instead of Japanese rice and it turns out to be dried and hard to be consumed. Everything are sooooooo wrong here. Please don't come to this place. Its a pure nightmare.

I used to be a FANS for michsology, but ..due to the MCO, aint eating it for quite some times. This is my first time back since the MCO starts. The food is nice like usual, just that the portion become a bit smaller. Its' not as terrible as what the others comments state. I met the girl which being complain from one of the comments ytd, her service is still perfect and nice so far. The one who say she is cool and impolite is RIDICULOUS. 4 stars for reducing the portion😂

Overall the food was fantastic and very good ideal on the mix and match thingy. However this is my 1st visit and during my 1st 5 mins I was about to leave. What's went wrong since the food is so tasty? When I walked in, no body attended to us and I need to relay on the menu to figure out what's kind of food or drink I should be getting. One of the staff clearly sitting there doing nothing. Then when I try to ask the answer just very vague (yeah I can read about i just want to get more about difference between and some recommendations). Summary: great idea and food just lack of explanation especially to people like me as 1st timer. Else 5 stars for you. Edited. 5 stars given after owner acknowledged.

Ordered large poke bowl thru Grab, and only get half filled container. Salad leaves can literally count by hand how many pieces included. Don't understand how is it large fuel bowl order and get miniature size. Felt cheated

HORRIBLE! I ordered Grab Food from this outlet and the food was just horrible! Food arrived without the sauce in the poke bowl - so it was dry. The black sesame topping was old and chewy. The dried shallots had some onion skin in it and for RM19 per LARGE bowl, the bowl was not even full! Don't eat here. Turn around and find a real poke bowl restaurant!

It’s my first time back at Mich’sology since the pandemic started and it is disappointing how severely the quality has dropped. The portion of the salmon is now half of what it used to be, no value for money at all. The overflow of the sauces caused the poke bowl to be nearly inedible. I’ve read all the recent reviews and I really hope that Mich’sology will actually put in the effort to fix and resolve all the complaints about the portion and quality of the food.

We went to Mich’sology for brunch in June 2020 and we will not return there again. Firstly , we weren’t feel welcomed at all. Two staff ignored us when we walked in. Secondly, the drinks that we ordered (Matcha Latte and Beetroot Latte) were not drinkable. Lastly, the Pokeo Bowls. It’s nice you can build and choose your own bowls; but the rice is extremely hard , we had to pick and eat our toppings. Our brunch were ruined. We will not go back.

Quality drop, both service and food. Just like the other review, food was unfresh. Yet, maybe because of this, the poke bowl was flood with sauce. To cover up? Who know. Staff wasn't that friendly anymore, they prefer play phone than serving customer. Sad.

Horrible food, the rice was obvious that it was overnight rice and they even tried to cover it up with adding too much sauce that it feels like soup. Salmon n tuna were unfresh and the quantity was super little. The “salad” which is just lettuce was super unfresh that it was brown.

The Poke bowl’s quality is bad, im pretty sure the rice was overnight as it had a strange taste and yet the shashimi salmon and tuna was just not fresh... Don’t waste your money. Why don't response to the staff there? Because their waiteress looks so inaccessible and arrogant.

Not as good as the newest review shown. Less portion of topping, huge portion of rice, and tons of sauce. We ordered 2 bowl, white rice is fill with sauce “soup“, brown rice was dry. Dissapointed.

Less portion of toppings but just rice. Somemore the rice was hard and dry. We got ignored by the staff there when we walk in. One girl was keep washing stuff, another was just sitting there and play phone. We are first timer here, and really need help on the menu, but it seems the staff here wasnt helpful at all. When we ask, the answer given was very vague and just repeating what the menu state. （We just want to know wat was the actual taste, not just pointing out the menu and read it out）

Got it delivered. The portioning was horrible, I ordered large and the only thing large about it was the rice. 3/4 was rice, ordered fish and ADDED extra fish but there was less than 10 pieces. Flavour was weak, not enough sauce, not good for the price.

The service was ridiculous, not really sure what's happening to the staff here but the staff was so arrogant to us. It spoilt our dinner mood. The bowl was filled 4/5 of rice and least topping, I can even count out the pieces of salmon in my bowl. Not Recommend.

Tried for quite a few times, including walk ins and grab food. The quality was the same everytime - salmon and tuna were not fresh, both raw and cooked. Please make sure that it's fresh, especially when you're serving raw food.

Me and my girlfriend went to Mich'sology Setia Alam not long ago, and I can assure you that we will not be returning there ever again in our lives. 1. The salmon portion of the Customize Your Fuel Bowl (Large) was unbelievably small. The fact that it was a 2 scoops of fuel makes me extremely dissapointed. 2. The drink that I ordered (Mich'sology's Signature) was undrinkable. 3. We weren't feel welcomed at all, the girl named Emily(?) was just sitting there playing with her phone the whole time until we called to order. We are the only 2 customers at that moment, we would understand if the place was packed and she was very busy, but sadly nope.

Tried few different poke bowl, this is the worst poke bowl I ever had. Shouldn't call poke bowl, but "rice bowl", as it fill almost whole bowl of rice. Ingredient was frozen and preservative food. Not healthy at all.

I came here again the second time today, first time was yesterday. Today was much better than my experience yesterday, the staffs today were initiative and kind. They came to my table to explain the menu to us, unlike yesterday where we have to walk to the counter and ask but the Indian cashier was just pointing things to us instead of explaining. Does not look she like she enjoys working, quite uncomfortable while asking about the menu. Overall, the food was well presented and the staffs today were helpful

I first tried this when I ordered from Grab, and went here for the first time a few days back for a takeaway. I love the ambiance of the restaurant and love the choices of the healthy ingredients. However I ordered cooked tuna but was given salmon, and only realised this when I went back home. The food was good so no complaints there but I was a bit miffed at being charged a 10% service charge.. even though it was for a takeaway..and not exactly what I ordered.. Would still go there and try other items on their menu though.

The food tasted fresh, but the bowl sizes are very confusing. We ordered 1 medium and 1 large customized bowls, but both looked similar in portion size. Need to clarify what exactly does "large" mean. More toppings option? Or more rice and more meat? Protein portion is quite small. A lot of rice.

Mich’sology is where your pink dream comes true (their damansara branch). The whole interior and exterior is beautifully wrapped aesthetic elements. Their menu is slapped huge on the wall, chances of overseeing it is, negative. Offering healthy meals that ain’t typical, get some of the freshest ingredients and hearty meal here!

You would think when you order 2 extra portions of Salmon worth RM5 each you would get plenty, but no, what you get is less than a standard portion from other restaurants. That alone killed my appetite.

Used to be my favourite lunch place. But the Japanese rice is changed to normal white rice. It’s not Japanese rice anymore. But in their menu it’s still stated Japanese rice. Disappointed

The salmon portion is so small, if you guys check the reviews on grab food then you will understand why i rate this place 1 star. The salmon is so small when i already added fuel add on salmon. The first 2 are my options so i took 2 times salmon then i add on fuel. 3 clicks to add salmon so i should be getting generous amount of salmon. The salmon is tastless and not fresh too which is very dissapointing. If you want more customers and continue to make this business, make sure to sell the fresh ones to avoid food poisoning. Make sure to also LEARN what is the meaning of PORTION and the meaning of FRESH if that is not in your restaurant's dictionary. Not going to order here again

Nice food, perfect service, comfortable environment. My first time visiting, quite blur with the meal, but the staff was patience and helpful, she explain the menu before we ask, even help us to refill water while she notice our cup is empty. Food was delicious, quite big portion. Good :)

I remember last year your food is not bad until i order again from Grab. Im utterly disappointed.. You give me fuel and vege so little.. better dont give la, just give rice. Customers, if you want to eat healthy, you can choose other place which is far more better than this. A good example, Fishbowl, same price range but they give you more than Michsology can give. Plus, more tastier than michsology. Choose wisely.
