Had a wonderful game with my son. Now promo 3games at RM 20 only...!!

Overall a pleasant weekend outing with friends and surprised there was no queue. We took the RM108/pax package and played 3 games - Zombie Jail, Overkill and Super Ninja. All three are shooting games. The staff were friendly but seemed a little bit inexperienced while providing instructions. We had to clarify a few times on the mission of the games. We give it a total rating of 3.8/5 stars. ⭐️ Some comments : 1. VR headset is quite heavy and pulls your eyelids down which is straining to the eyes. Recommend to wear contact lens instead of glasses. 2. Duration of games is not evenly spaced out so some games would end much earlier than anticipated. 3. VR experience : 360 degrees but players can only walk max 1-2 steps or else the cable will be disconnected. Not much space to move around despite the large room. Staff will constantly guide you back to original position. 4. Weapons - quite heavy, kids may have trouble using the equipment. 5. “Zombie Jail” (the one in the truck) - Graphics are poor/blur and unrealistic. “Overkill” is much better and quite fun. “Super Ninja” offers cute graphics and the battles were even playing field. 6. Hygiene - It states that they sanitise the equipment frequently but we only saw one equipment sanitised after we used it. Recommend for hand sanitizers to be placed at every game station. 7. Memory - Staff can maybe offer to take group pictures for the players. We don’t have any memory of us posing/playing as we put our bags aside for the games.

We booked for 7 pax online, you cant buy package tickets at counter. Package deals (3 or 5 pax) are better on VAR website while individual tickets are cheaper on Klook. Very clear explanation and debrief by the counter staff. We were told to choose the 3 games We purchased. Then every group will be assigned one staff that will walk them through each of the game point. The staff that was assigned to our group though needs some improvement in the way she communicates. My youngest was afraid to wear the VAR headset so she didn't play the first 2 games although she was present. But the staff scanned her entry (ticket used) and later when I asked how many used apparently herself has been scanned. I can understand scanned accidentally once. But why would you scan the 2nd game too when you know the little Girl has some phobia. Thankfully what looked like a senior male staff came by to explain the situation better and he rectified the situation by getting his Manager approve reimbursement of 2 games where I finally managed to coerce her to try the driving game which she enjoyed and got away from her fear. I strongly suggest VAR LIVE to print the entry VR code individually for big group with kids so in the event situation like what I experienced happens (first time kids) so the game entry ticket won't be 'burnt' and can be reuse by others or swapped with another game.

Super fun place! The people are extremely friendly and they made the whole experience super smooth and wholesome! Some notable experiences that blew my mind was Azuwa and the Others, they put a lot of effort into creating that realism and movement! Worth coming!

Service: Staff at the counter was helpful and communicated well on what needs to be done. He also did his best to schedule our games so that we don't wait for others too long. If buying combo tickets, you need to decide what games you are playing at the counter itself Your group will be assigned a staff that will assist you throughout all your games. He assisted the children to wear the consoles and VR goggles. Experience: Enough variety of games to play, even if your group have kids with height < 110cm. Our smallest was 4 year old girl and she enjoyed herself. We played Super Ninja, Wildling War, Mystery House and Jurassic Park, and the little one played Baby Shark game at the end. We were there for 3 hours. Partly due to spending the 1st half an hour deciding what we want to play. There were 6 of us so we had to split up into 2 groups for each game. For Super Ninja, we get to watch what the players are seeing from a screen next to them. We get to shout instructions when the bad guys show up. Will come again next time and try the scary adult games.

Visit to experienced VR ...specky Malay guy should be credited for excellence cust services..guide us through all process .atvmy visit u can't pay cash at counter.but at the end..i online for rm35x2 at KLOOK (REGISTERED APP AT THE FRONT LINE😅😅)..and pay cash rm38 for my youngest shark games..quite messy and confused..but That Malay boy keep us calm..cashier n serious faces at counter not helping at all..seriously ...

Went to bring my 7yo son to play several games coz he’s been bugging us to go here. Started with “crazy rush” racing game. My son keeps saying he cant see (he cant see the road. Just the steering) and the staff keeps asking him to LOOK UP - thats insane! You’re supposed to look at the road. not the sky!! It was so frustrating Towards the end of the race the staff put another padding (which i suggest) to increase his height and visibility - then only my son can see the road and play properly. She said its because the seat has “flattened”. OMG based on the screen u can already see his view was totally obstructed from the beginning. Asked for a replay but the staff and her superior said No because “half of the game he can see”. MAJOR turn off.. Not coming back again!

If you wish to experience a 4D VR games, this is the place you should come! Reasonable price & good service provided!

Not comfortable for those wearing spec. The game and setting are designed to kill you. Skip the car racing game. Good for experience, for once.

You are FORCED to play on max difficulty. Why? Because once you die you need to pay 38rm/person to retry. Each room is so small that we're constantly knocking into each other. There is also this CONSTANT LOUD loop of "baby shark" playing. It's to advertise the kids section (WHICH IS COMPLETELY EMPTY BY THE WAY) Cant be immersed in killing zombies with baby shark blasting 3 meters to my left 😂

Great VR games. Well maintained facilities & devices. Instructor had given clear briefing before the games start. Zombie Jail 1 & 2 are superb.

When we first arrived hear the staff where bit unhelpful rally. Apart from that the var was a brilliant experience .

It was lots of fun. Game types were a bit limited. The name VAR is a bit misleading. There is no augmented reality experience. It's all virtual. But, it offers a great experience for friends and teams.

It was so fun, they put on sound effects and rumbling to make it feel realistic. It was so fun and my kids really had fun with the car games, shooter games and we even saw things for little kids like baby shark. It was super clean and sanitized and we had a blast. There was almost no wait and we had so many options!

Came for a corp team building. Fun and exciting games. Lost my voice due to excitement. Definitely come again with my family and friends.

Just tried their FPS zombie game. 11/10... Really really fun experience especially with friends. Highly recommend it.

I bought two tix in advanced (fr KLOOK; rm10 cheaper) for my nephew & niece..bought two numbers of package '1 pax for 3 games'. Booked for 2pm slot. The staffs were very very friendly & helpful, as per the comments we had read. While the kids play, my sister+ her other son + i hung out at Book Xcess right below VAR Live...which was so convenient! 😍 My nephew & niece LOVED it; definitely going to come again during next school break! So, for 3 games, give and take we had to wait for an hour for them to finish playing.

My partner and I loved the games, played 3 games in total. Had so much fun, if you’re into adventurous games, this is the one to go to. Staff Sarah guided us through the entire game sessions, very helpful and friendly. The equipments are sanitised after each games. Our personal favourite would be Jurassic new era and zombie jail. Would totally recommend this place.

There were 3 of us but ideally 4 people would be better if you want to test your potential. We did the Zombie Jail (gets overwhelming later due to the high number of zombies), Over Kill (great yet the guide didn’t give clear instruction so we got lost and made mistakes during the game) and Horror Hospital (there were 3 stages but we only managed to go through 2 as time ran out so we lost sadly- hopefully Anna wont visit me for vengeance). It was fab and we’d def come again! You need team work, courage and speed to win.

This is the best VR in KUALA LUMPUR!! Compared with Mid Valley. The customer service is the best. The way the staff greet us. The way the staff briefed us is just perfect. I might come back and try the Zombie Jail Chapter 2!!

At 38RM/game or 98RM for 3, it was quite a reasonably priced and interestingly exciting experience in Virtual Reality gaming, from fighting, racing and fighting zombies. The VR gear is also quite friendly for bespectacled players.

Unique game , nice theme park and staff so nice and friendly.. i just play overkill , zombie jail 2 and zombie jail , 2 days ago.. and it was awesome .. im recommended play this game ... it was fun and scary too But Need some improvement .. i will come later .. if satisfies i will give 5 star

The place looks nicely set up. However the VR was poor , we tried the zombies kills . It needs to be rebooted and no mic for communication with team members. Too much interfere of noises from outside. Staffs are not well trained, after games no results show on screen instead tell u verbally. This is good for children party’s

My another best hangout place that I ever go with my friends. The service and equipment are excellent. The staff are very attentive and give a good service, helpful, well communicated. They explain and guide well regarding the game that are provided there. Plus there are variety of games you can choose to have fun with. It's really fantastic!

Easy to use. Booked the 60 mins package, which gives us 3 game credits. Most of the games can play up to 5 players only, only one game allows eight players. It was crowded on a Saturday afternoon, need to wait at least 30 mins for a game. But it was fun, the staff was friendly, and they sanitised all the gears before we use them. The place has free drinks too, which is a plus! Great afternoon fun!

Good place for youngsters, but not for elderly and kids. We can select the games we want to play, but for me, there is not a wide selection of games. Plus, the price is kinda not worthy as the time to play is too short. The staff is nice n well trained, and the experience is nice though.

Bought their 3 in 1 pass for a cheaper rate and we picked azuwa, racing and viking shooting game. I really liked the azuwa game as it was really fun and a true vr experience. The racing game was a tad too fast but still enjoyable. Lastly the viking shooting game was nerve wrecking and just pure adrenaline rush. Loved the staff their for guiding us all the way for 3 games (by ensuring we dont fall or bang to each other) and even though there were some hiccup in the setup. They were fast to respond to it.

Had fun playing with the virtual reality games here. Shooting game (zombie jail) is fun, best to play with friends. Max 5 ppl in the game. Tried the car racing game too but not so fun, it is shorter playing time and causes a bit dizziness depending on individuals.

It was my first time to play VR 3 games for RM108 We have played racing horror shooting. Not only guys but also girls can enjoy VR. You need to pay online to buy a ticket.

The price is quite expensive for the quality of the games and time to play. There is also not a very wide selection of games. I think 38 ringgit should at least grant an hour of gameplay. The games are mostly unheard of but very immersive and good quality equipment. Staff is also well trained and friendly. Overall, I think just the pricing and the game selection is my issue. The rest is good.

3 of us Spent around 2 hours there. We took their monthly 4 games package at RM120 per pax and another 3 games package at ~RM98 (SGD29.35) thereabouts. We played the 6 unique games that our 8 yr old could play. We had a real blast and it was a truly fun experience. One of the games (Wilding War, the 2nd we played) was very tough and it was frustrating when the "bad" characters simply swarmed us and we kept "dying". But the sequel, Viking Craft, was playable and enjoyable; and we completed the mission. We played Crazy Rush twice because it was the easiest and it was fun too. And that was the only game where we raced each other. Playing Super Ninja, especially using the sword, was the most tiring. At about ~S$9 for ~10 minute of fun, VR games are not exactly cheap. The headset was a little bit on the heavy side. The quality was alright and more importantly, I did not get any headache. We booked at 11am on a Sunday and we were alone. We then booked again around 1pm and it was a bit crowded. Rated 5 because of the fun we had.

Had a great experience playing VR for the first time with my husband. We both enjoyed the games - Azuwa, Viking craft, racing, super ninja. The headsets can get quite heavy though. If you prefer moving and adventure types, we recommend doing Azuwa. For some, the games may be a bit short and we feel that the shooting types are meant for larger groups so that you don’t die so easily/quickly. All in all, pretty good experience and great guidance from the staff. Weekdays will be better as there is literally little to no waiting time.
