it is a good place to do your LASIK, the staff from the beginning of appointment until finished were friendly and kind. even after the session they would call to ask about my condition. the doctor i would say soooo informative and have so much experience. i feel comfortable throughout the session. now i got my new clear vision after 12years wearing multiple glasses. thank you and alhamdulillah :)

My wife and I (from America) were skeptical at first of having such a procedure done outside of the US. However, after doing research and the initial consultation we could not be happier we chose to get my dot at VISTA Bangsar South. The friendly and helpful staff helped us every step of the way and explained everything we needed to know. And at a fraction of the cost it would be in the US! We would recommend this location and service to anyone. It was top of the line, sterile and Doctor Azhar was excellent!

Good, fast, and friendly.. that's all that i can say for services given to me and wife during our visit here for our Lasik procedure.. freedom at last, no more glasses after more than 20 years, and my wife is finally able to let go of her chronic usage of contact lenses.. We just recently decided to go Lasik after years of dreaming to do it as a friend of ours noticed this current promotion.. i emailed Vista on Tuesday last week, received a call from them the next day, and proceeded with my preop assessment on Saturday.. done my procedure on Monday without any problem.. as i went for my post-op Day1 review (Tuesday), my wife went for her pre-op assessment, Alhamdulillah done her Lasik yesterday (Friday).. currently just finish my post-op Day7 review together with my wife's post-op Day1 review.. Dr Azhar is very soft-spoken, explained the procedure well and did the Lasik for both of us.. Thanks a lot for the services given by the staffs particularly in scheduling our whole procedures from A to Z cramped into a time span of 1week as we are from Melaka and cannot travel multiple times due to MCO.. Thanks again and we love our new vision..

The waiting period here is unbelievable. The eye check up took only less than an hour but waiting period to see the dr and get consultation is 3 HOURS. Waste of time, expensive for basic routine test that some normal optometry could do. Be prepared to wait like its a government clinic. For this long wait in an uncomfortable lounge, you should charge half of the price. Not recommended. Useless to make appointment because they still will call you whenever they feel like

Did my Non Blade Trifocal Cataract in Vista under Dr Azhar . Visited Bangsar South branch in Oct together with Niece. Honestly we didn’t carry out any review check , just picked Bangsar South for the simple reason of close to our place . When we were in center , read the Dr profile , noticed that Dr Azhar had his early assignment in Sibu and Miri , we were super excited ( this probably can only understand by Sarawakian ) . Not a surprised. Dr Azhar acknowledged that Sarawak times was a fond memory, we had a comfort and nice discussion during the examination process . He is super nice and patient DR We spent 4 hours in total in the specialist center ,incl quality discussion time with the support team to clarify on the operation risk and procedures. On 18 Dec , I went alone to Curve for the operation , the whole team is professional and customer service oriented . I was nervious and anxious , but Dr Azhar provides lot of comfort , support and empathy , this has given me the strength and confidence to overcome the fear . His expertise and high skills , made the operation process super smooth . I am now in th recovery process , can’t wait sharing my experience and happiness with friends and families . My husband and I both got LASIK with Dr. Azhar and had a great experience from start to finish. We are from the United States and wanted to get it here because it was a quarter of the price. The staff at Vista Bangsar South was AMAZING!!!! Very thorough, attentive, and friendly while we did our consultation. We had the surgery the following day and while surgery is never fun, Dr. Azhar and the surgery staff made it as comfortable and secure as possible. The next day we returned for a follow up appointment and already had about 75% of clarity. It’s now been one week and I am shocked at how well I can see and how good my eyes heal. I would happily recommend Dr. Azhar and the Vista Bangsar South staff to anyone looking to get LASIK. It was more affordable and just as great of care as in the USA (if not better!).

Dr Azhar gave a clear and detailed explaination on my friend’s condition and advised what could be done further. A very friendly environment and welll equipped eye clinic. Did my custom lasik last week at The Curve branch and consultation in Bangsar South branch. Dr. Azhar is really professional and gentle, makes me really comfortable and not nervous during the whole process. I could feel that the doctor care for the patient. Special thanks to Ms Dhayaa, during the eye examination she is really friendly and thoughtful. She guided me through the while process and explained to me if I’ve any questions. One things could be improved from the experience is the long waiting time. Every time I need to wait for at least 1 hours or for more. Perhaps the branch could implement a queue management system, in order to manage patients expectations. A lot of the time there’s patients comes after me can meet the doctor first which I don’t understand why. Really hope the branch appreciates the patience times.

From day 1 until today (post-surgery checkup after 1 week) all members of the team were professional, efficient and helpful. They explained the procedure very well - how to prepare for the surgery, what to expect during the whole time, how to take care of my eyes after. So far so good with my vision. I highly recommend the Bangsar South team (led by Dr Azhar Zainuddin). Bonus: had the procedure during a promotion and got a nice price for it.

I had my consultation at Vista bangsar south and was scheduled for my surgery at Vista Curve. The whole experience was really good, the consultation takes 2-3 hours to check the whole eye feasibility for lasik. The surgery went well with amazing nurses and doctor. Ms Jin and Doctor Azhar made me really reassured despite being pretty scared hahaha. Very good experience overall, my vision was definitely 20:20 haha.

Hi All, I recently did my Lasik eye surgery here. Here is my honest review of my experience with Vista Eye Bangsar South branch. The staffs are so attentive and helpful with all the questions I had. In total I went for two visits before the surgery (procedure). First to see which type of Lasik suits my eyes. Second visit is to consult with the doctor, Dr Azhar. When I was satisfied with all the information and the type that suits my eyes best, I proceeded to fix my appointment for the procedure. Dr Azhar was super patient, informative and supportive throughout the process. He ensure I was comfortable and explained step by step so I won’t feel scared or panic during the procedure. The staffs at The Curve branch are also super nice and friendly making sure we are comfortable throughout the procedure Ps: The surgery will take place at The Curve branch and is every Friday.

Was suffering some eye issues and was recommended Vista Eye Specialist by my cousin who had come in previously for an eye examination. Very thorough eye examination conducted. Doctor had incredibly good bedside manner. He was very gentle and patiently explained everything. He tried on a few different types of medication on my eyes during the Consultation. Charges extremely reasonable considering the level of investigation, the specialist Doctor and the overall efficiency and customer service provided by the support staff. Ample amount of parking available, and various F&B within walking distance. If there was one downside, there were a lot of patients (probably due to its popularity) so it was quite a long wait for me. Nevertheless, highly recommended & will be back.

Had a great experience with Dr Azhar and his team in Bangsar south (consultations) and Curve (surgery). Waiting time is 30-45 minutes due to the amount of patients they have but worth the wait. Did my LASIK here, both iDesign and tissue saving based on the thickness of my cornea on both eyes. Recovery took 2-3 days. Kudos to the team for a great experience!
