Did not have good experience with Little Paws. My cat was hospitalized in Feb for a urinary tract infection that needed catheter insertion. 21 days later, was hospitalized again for similar problem and treatment, but Dr. Gan insisted us to pay for defleas treatment which I deemed unnecessary as he was already defleas for the first hospitalization. Both time, hospitalization bill cost us almost RM 1K. During discharged, the attending Dr. Gan was busy attending to another pet owner, I was not briefed but left standing at the discharged counter. Have to tell the discharged nurse to call the attending Dr. to brief me on my cat's condition and post hospitalisation after care. After a few reminders to the discharged nurse, the Dr. finally came over. Post hospitalisation medicines prescribed name was not given until we insisted to have it written down. According to the cashier, they do not release medicine name to owners. Why so secretive?

I will say this would be the best veterinary clinic which i visited as of now. Now the hill's cd can food are troublesome to find in pet shops nor clinic. I got twice the chance to buy it there but please call them and check first. They attendee's are very friendly and very peculiar in details. Hats off for this clinic aswell !!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Roadside parking is plentiful on Sat & Sun. SOP for patients are strictly enforced. Service is prompt & friendly. Fee paid for examination & medication is not cheap but reasonable. Satisfied. The only comment is the waiting area at the reception is small. Can be crowded during peak times.

Have been waiting half hours still Can't take medicine. I didn't bring my cat to see doctor. Why need wait so much time? Before that also no need wait too much time!

Very friendly staff and excellent treatment given to my Saju (my cats name) 😅..hearing she's 50/50 chances initially because of pneumonia, im so broken hearted..thank god she survived..thank you to Dr. Tan and team..Saju love you all.. 🥰

The worst vet i have ever been to. Does not even deserve a single star. Dr. Gan was very unprofessional and rude to me from the moment i walked in. She was rushing with her work to close the clinic, very rough to my 2 weeks old kitten and does not look like someone who cared for animal. I paid RM 400 and my kitten ended up dead overnight and she has no remorse or care to explain to me why my cat ended up dead. If i didn't ask for an explanation, they would have just handed me my dead kitten and leave. I will not recomend anyone to bring their pets here to be treated by her.

Being send a few my cats here, and they're really treated well. The doctors are kind and explain everything that you asked. The staff also very polite. Very recommend here 😊

Not recommended. There are just too many good vets elsewhere now. Options are aplenty.

They asked all details before giving medicines. Dr also advised accordingly even without pup. I had my dog infected with UTI due to stranded during flood 3 days. Then unable to bring pup as the car is borrowed. Explained the situation and asked for medication. Dr able to reconnect to my past veterinary and got me medicines

If it’s a cat or a dog, maybe you can try it, but if you want small animals like guinea pigs or rabbits, please don’t, because my two guinea pigs have been killed by his doctor. Every time it takes two hours after the injection Dead

Dr.Gan is very friendly and professional. Explains everything in details about my dog’s situation everytime I send my dog there. They will also follow up closely and keep me updated and even send me a video of my dog whenever my dog is hospitalized. 👍
