The worst experience I had. There’s so much of hidden chargers and which they gave me a room so call single room and inside got another room for access to a oxygen tank storage room so every morning they will come and disturb to access to the room. And after delivery they not encourage to breast feed the baby and they will keep inside the baby at baby room without proper nutrition so they will ended up make your baby jaundice so they can use there jaundice package. And they so tricky to induce the labor and your life could be in danger. And they will push you into a c section and they can make so much of resons to charge and definitely your baby will be the victim. So please be really careful. And this is my honest experience and honest review which I really need to inform you all.and remember that the serinity package only covers mother if any reason you baby required any medical emergencies the chargers gonna be so high.

Deliver my baby here on Jan 2023. I am afraid of needle and all kind of peralatan medical. So i decided to choose Ohana since the pckage cheapest other than any private nearby. TBH this is not my first choice. But I dapat pengalaman yang tidak traumatic. Staff, nurse and doctor layan dengan ramah. Thanks to nurse yang masukkan branula sebab comfortkan me yang penakut jarum. I chose elective ceaser so the price is around 9k, final bill 9.5k (seriously murah dari ceaser kat private hosp lain) After ceaser, need to rest and no food until 6 hours, so they will take care of the baby, and we can rest. Just call if u want to see the baby. Makanan pun sedap, bilik (premium suite) luas sangat, husband boleh teman dari mula masuk sampai la check out. So overall, if u nak rasa experience bersalin macam princess and bayar murah than any other private hosp, please choose ohana delivery package. Sekian honest review from first time mother yang penakut dan manja 😂

Came with my sister in law for her delivery, Dr. Zunita was handling her case during pregnancy and she was very professional and calm. On the day of labor Dr. Zunita was on leave and another doctor who constantly kept forcing us to go for caeserian delivery, we told her we want to go for normal delivery but she kept insiting on caeserian. The delivery ended up to be very normal with no complications, I wonder why they were insisting on caeserian in advance, is it just for the money? Nursing staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Tharsh at the reception she has excellent customer service skills. Overall it was a good experience.

Very unexperienced stuff. My wife still has problems after giving birth. They have discharged us saying ; " everything is ok and we have checked mother and baby". But after 10 days we were back with strong pain and difficulty in walking. Then I said did you make sure that everything was clean and cleaned they still say yes we are sure. After inspecting my wife they say there is small amount of dirt left inside. They make a small cleaning operation and charged us again and when I asked why they charge because of their fault they say I was nice to you. And here we are back in my country and doctors inspected agaib and they say there is still dirt and adviswd me to sue the clinic. Inshallah when I am back to Malaysia next week I will sue the clinic. My wife still suffering because of the amature stuff works.

very uninformative! the doctor is very stiff and not friendly. I like the staff working in the counter as they are sweet but just like the doctor they are not informative, when they give the medicine they don't tell you what the medicine is, they just tell you how to take it, I had to ask for all the medicines again & again what each medicine was for and they would tell me in an agitated way. The place is nice and clean but I really don't like their service at all, I am currently looking for another place to continue my checkups.

Gave my son the wrong dose for his paracetamol(for pain relief) after a circumcision. The dose were much lower than it should be. My 4 months old baby cried uncontrollably for days til i brought to another specialist and was told that the dose given was for a newborn in their first few days! Biggest mistake coming here & the doc was supposed to be really famous?

The doctors are good and very friendly and I LOVE IT. The only thing they must improve is their sense of punctuality! I had my appointment for 8.30 AM and they told me to come at least 15 minutes earlier. I arrived by 8.20 AM hoping that I would only wait for 10 minutes. However, I waited almost 1 hour.. In another appointment, I needed to wait for around 30 minutes.

Came here for consultation and Dr. Dahlia was beyond my expectation! She is kind and knowledgeable, soft spoken in offering advice. I highly recommend.

Had a terrible experience with hpv vaccination 2nd dose , the price hospital charge for the first dose was 250 rm , on the second dose it went to almost rm 500 , which the keep saying earlier it was a mistake … the staff was confused and doc keep denying the price of first dose whicj we still double check in the receipt . Creates a choas at the moment. didn’t had a good experience with gynecologist in the hospital . Wish the docs were friendly not a dictator….

I made appointment at 12.15pm only was told to come next 2 hours because there are 5 more patients waiting to be scan. I inly been called at 2.30pm! There should not underestimate time with each patients and manage their slots better. I am really disappointed because I have to cancel my other plans because of waiting. As for the detail scan, the doctor/sonographer only mumble numbers to her assistant while doing the scan. She did not explain to us regarding the scan. She did not engaged to us regarding the scan. Well honestly, i did the scan is for them to explain what are they seeing to us instead of throwing mumbo jumbo numbers that we dont understand.. I didn't have a good experience here as a first timer.

I went for elective czer on March 2023 with Dr Jamaliah. Thanks Ohana for helping in my first born delivery . My honest review hope can help other mommies out there and also for Ohana improvement where necessary. Pro: 1) Near to my home. 2) Doc was experienced, my czer was done safely (Alhamdulillah) , my czer pain heal after 1 week and wound was neat (kk nurse who came at my home for following check up after delivery saying this) 3) Hubby can accompany in room since the moment you check in & of course the best is he also can joined in Operation room (OR) ♥️ 4) Bius Doc was profesional, very kind and friendly, very supportive in the OR 5) Nurses was very helping and will come immediately when I called them for help and they also spoke very softly and kind to patient 6) Toilet cleaning more than one time/day and spacious toilet 7) Parking is available outside clinic 8) Nurse help to send you dowstair using wheelchair and proper explanation given during checkout 9) Free towel and gift during checkin Cons: 1) Checkup - Appointment keep rescheduled and change. My first time appointment rescheduled due to doc not available. Simple checkup routine compare to KK checkup and long waiting time. 2) Checkin process was quite late even check in time & date already arranged earlier (elective czer) 3) Not sofa bed in my room but bench stool looks old one. Not comfortable for my husband to sleep for 2 nights. He also got itchy whole body after slept on the bench. 4) Food - Taste okay but expecting better and variety foods. 5) Not a breastfeed friendly hospital. Apologize if I expecting or requesting too much. Anyway thanks again to Ohana doc and nurses who had given their best to serve me during my delivery. They charged total RM14k for induce and emergency C-Sec 3. Paed dia Dr Fadzlina ok, tp no longer serve there as informed by herself 4. Dekat dgn rumah Cons: 1. I left my wedding ring in my room during labour, as i forgot to put it together inside another bag with my wallet n phone, that was brought together to the labour room. When i checked the bag, the ring was gone. Sedih kan... I called them, and ask for their assistance to check, but they never call me back 2. Went to post-partum visit (not with Dr Dahlia) and check ups, but the doctor in charge seems does not interested to entertain my question (i am a first time mother) whenever i ask question (contoh sakit pinggang) the answer always "awakkan dalam pantang memangla..." and keep repeating it, which later i have to research myself in the instagram and tiktok (sedihkan...) for the answer and explanations to my pain and all, and dahla the charge was RM150 or more per visit. Nanti kita kene marah kenapa refer internet and pandai2, but when we ask the doctor dia pun malas nak layan. Like u want me to visit u, tp u jawab my Q acuh tak acuh, ...so begitulah

My son was born in Rampai Puteri hospital. With Bismillah and Quran playing when he was just born 🙏🏻. Stuff is friendly , doctors 🥼 know their duties. Nurses r caring. Clean , small kids ve got a playground to spend time.

Good experiences with Gynae (Dr. Dahlia), but please prepare extra money because there are so much hidden charges. We take Ceaseran Package, which requires an RM8,000 deposit. However, the hospital did not mention what would cover up to RM8,000. When we talked to our doctor during our weekly check-ups, the doctor told us the bill would not exceed RM10,000. The front desk also did not explain in detail about package offers. The package only covers mothers; for babies, they will charge you a different amount, including pediatrician standby during surgery. But Alhamdulillah, I have a smooth delivery. Dr. Dahlia is very considerate, she makes me calm throughout the process, and we can also record the moment, which to me is very meaningful. For babies, the hospital keeps your baby in a nursing room that is accessible to the parents anytime. You can also request to have your baby at any time if your baby has no issues. If your babies require monitoring, they won't let you take the child to your room. Please tell them you want to use your diapers; otherwise, they will charge you for diapers. Visiting hours are crucial, only 5-7 pm with max two guests per time. Overall okay, but they need to improve customer transparency since they market themselves as an affordable hospital.

Everytime you want to meet a doctor you need at least 1 hour to wait. Will never ever return to this place anymore.

FY2020: visited few check-ups for 2nd bb, but im found that they are not details/caring anymore, each checkup were fast and simple conversation without extra advice. even skipped the most simple data entry like mummy's name and due date for ultrasound scan, that's reasonable if u didn't key in during 1st visit, but even government clinic also key in that during my first scan. Waiting time around 1hrs during weekdays. FY2018: professional yet friendly staffs and doctors, room was well-cleaned, food provided were tasty too, Dr. Zana Zalinda were very patience and calm, too bad she left Malaysia on year 2019

From emergency department, pregnancy check up & birth experience, I could say that I'm a satisfied patient. The waiting time was okay & the staffs were helpful in clarifying my concerns. The doctors explanations are also thorough, giving assurance to a nervous patient. The birth experience twice here were great & smooth. The room was cozy enough & everything was clean. I was able to rest well after my deliveries & not worry much as my babies are under a great care. The cost was pretty decent & pocket-friendly for a private hospital. In fact, I was able to pay for Serenity package & there was no hidden charges. Overall, Ohana Hospital has a pleasant customer service & I would still return here.

Outdated website. Last time I brought my wife for a pregnancy checkup here. Pros: Doctor / Consultancy: Doctor Zunita is very kind and professional. Parking: There is a lot of parking near here, you can pay using JomParking apps. Layout / Facility Inside : I'm only at the pregnancy clinic. The inside of the boot is really clean. There is a drinking water tank, a place to pamper each other, a place for breastfeeding etc. Cons: Management. It's a bit slow because even after booking a slot, you still have to wait outside for ages. Also, last time this medical center could not renew the certificate or not to be able to handle maternity cases because the MCO delayed the process of issuing the certificate. Ended up we had to find another place to give birth last minute. huhu sleaze oooo... Anyone who wants to come can try, but the clinic is ready, can you take maternity cases?

Delivered my first child here at OHANA during MCO was very comforting and convenient. I was plan to deliver normal but due some problem need to under go Caesarean but its run smoothly. They taking care of me and my baby with pleasant and ethical. It was my first experience first baby and first time operation. Dr Zunita dressing my wound look nice and well stitched. Thank you OHANA for the service, definitely will deliver here again.

I have the best labor experience and i feel love by everyone every second in this hospital with the best and excellence doctor (Dr. Dahlia), the most caring, soft and lovely midwife (Is Laila) and all the best nurses including the paeds nurse. I have the best experience for first baby with ohana specialist hospital. From 26week all the way till deliver with dr zanariah eventho i get emergency czer. The stitches was very neat & wound heals quickly, check up is very details , nurses and doctor also was very helpful. Remembered as first time parents were both so clueless but i get well rested since baby was in nursery. I even get a lactation consultation and massage before went home. Food , services , management ,doctors , nurses all good rate them full star. My daughter now turning 2 years old & now am pregnant with sec child, still get the appointment with dr khor for PAED and waiting for due date to get deliver with dr zanariah. Can’t wait for the check in date ! I love my obygyn, their nurses helpful and informative everytime did check up. Most important there is no hidden charges coz all was transparent and affordable 🙂

I'm not one who like to write up reviews, but for Ohana, I just had to because I want other mothers to have great birth experiences as well. I had my second birth here and my Dr was Dr. Dahlia. I loved my experience here! Nurses were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Dahlia also had a very positive and friendly vibe, making me feel at ease. I chose the Serenity Package, and it was so worth it! I had to be induced because of some complications, and after several hours of contractions, we had to have an emergency C-section to save my baby. Everything went well and I stayed at the hospital for 4 days and 3 nights. I highly recommend the serenity package because the price is affordable and you don't have to worry about any extra charges, except for maybe the cost of PCR tests for you and your caretaker. They also allow payments through instalment, so it means that you'll have ample time to save up. As for my star rating, I had to remove one star because they recently changed their caterer, so the food doesn't taste as good as it did previously (I've been admitted to Ohana several times during my maternity days). The previous vendor's food has a more luxury taste to it compared to the new one, which kind of tastes a bit like eating at a school canteen. Apart from the food, the rest is great, so moms out there, definitely try out Ohana!

Had my delivery during MCO! The doctors & nurses were so good. Was supposed to get induced but baby decided to see the world a day earlier haha! I love how calm and peaceful everything was. From ED to labour room, took me only 35mins and everything settled. Kuddos when I entered labour room, they put on ayat ayat Quran and it makes you feel more calmer until you can’t really remember the pain of contractions (no lie). Plus point, no extra charges on top of my full payment (paid before 36 weeks). Maybe if you add on other stuffs that’s not specified in the package, sure there are extra charges. I even recommend my friends on Ohana and guess what? All of them then deliver their baby at Ohana!! Their experienced? Of course the same as mine, they loved it! Thank you Ohana for the wonderful experienced.

First, there was a mixed-up with our prior appointment visit to the clinic 2 earlier, which was scheduled at 4:30pm. When i came to register on time at the counter, the receptionist said that i had to wait for a long waiting queue. The earliest i can get to see the doctor was at 5:45pm!😱I said i couldn't wait that long, and then the nurse asked me to wait for while, which ended up to be more than 1/2 an hour... When we were finally called in by the doctor, this Dr 'Z'..who turned out to be the worst so-called paediatric specialist doctor we've ever met,👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 The clinic should not have hired a medical practitioner like her, with an unprofessional attitude, negative first impressions, and sadly, who does not seem to understand children at all! This was our first time visit, and we would never return. What a turn down for an Islamic woman & Children Specialist Centre.

Deliver my 1st baby here. All r superb and satiesfied! Reasonable price! The room/staff/service r the best! I am with Dr Kay. I love her cause she checked me detail everytime i met her for checkups. Also accompany any questions when i call her directly. And very calm when im on my way to pop out the baby 😂 They opened Azan after baby already out. Very calm. I love it! Coming back again for 2nd baby now. Never disappointing me! To mommies who want to be only with female nurse and doctor, RPMC is fully recommended!

Gave birth at Ohana in Nov 2022 with Dr Zanariah. It was a smooth delivery. I took the serenity package. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights at the hospital with no extra charges since i took the serenity package. All the nurses and doctors that did their rounds were good and nice. The room and facility are good, baby will be taken care at the nursery after delivery so that parents can rest. All in all it was a good delivery experience at Ohana.

Though I am having my delivery with Dr. Jamaliah , along my pregnancy check up, I also have met Dr. Dahlia. One thing that I love about OHANA is they really work as a great team! As I was induced, I was also been checked by Dr. Zunita. All the doctors that I've met were so kind and helpful. Not to forget, all the nurses and staff there. They make you feel like you're at home! They treat me well. If you want to deliver with peace and be pampered as well, I'd suggest you to come here!

Decided to deliver my 2nd baby here as I've bad experience with my 1st baby in gov hosp. Alhamdulillah I didn't regret with my decision. The nurses were super helpful before, during and even after delivering my baby. Even my husband were satisfied with the services. He even mentioned the major differences in treatment between our 1st born and 2nd born. The price to us were quite affordable. Thank you so much Ohana Hosp for the great services. I always tell this to my husband everytime we pass through Ohana Hosp, "Will definitely choose this hospital again if I were to get pregnant again."

My husband and I were looking for a female staffs only hospital and we came across OHANA Specialist Hospital. I had my first delivery there with Dr. Zanaria a very lovely doctor and the service was top notch, then I fell in love with the hospital 😍 during my second delivery we planned to deliver there but there was MCO and we lived a bit far from there so we couldn't make it. My third delivery same I have already started my visits with Dr. Zanaria and was so happy I was going to deliver there, but as Allah willed I got a call from the hospital saying there were facing some issues and I can't deliver there. I was sad but what to do as we plan and Allah plan and HE is the best of planners. I will choose OHANA Specialist Hospital any time anywhere.
