This is the worst clinic in term of service and behaviour. Very rude front desk (indian girl) her name is Kiruthika A/P Subramaniam . Did lots of big careless mistakes in the referral letter to be used for insurance and says its not a big deal. They don’t even want to apologise, responsible and amend it. Have a very bad experience with the malay Doc (Ahmad Mustaqim Sulaiman). He might be doctor but first need to ‘cure’ his rudeness and unprofessional . To Dr Mustaqim, no need to desperately give 5 star (as attached picture) to yourself as you dont deserve it. To be frank, I will not step to into this clinic anymore.

One of the worse inefficient clinic that i evrr came across. I faced unsatisfactory experience twice with this clinic. Especially when comes to vaccination, they will keep giving you excuses that the vaccine is out of stock or its spoiled instead of stocking up efficiently. Last year i went for a type of vaccine which requires 3 dosage for full immunity, after 2 doses, they told me the 3 dose of the vaccine spoiled and they didn't take the responsibility to order the stock. Same thing happened this year, i went to get another type of vaccine, after 1 dose they told the 2nd dose is out of stock. This shows the clinic is very irresponsible and lack of competent people working. Very disappointed customer. The staffs are very rude and unfriendly.

First time coming to this clinic and i can say i will NEVER return. Never in my life have i ever had a dr refuse to address my chief complaint and only did so reluctantly at the end upon request and said a very belittling remark on my throat not being that inflammed.Sorry but citing "covid" as a reason you cant check my throat is not a valid reason. What do we have full ppe and n95s for? Moreover arent we all living with covid now? Are you saying you as a dr will not carry out your duty because of covid ?Please review your drs and educate them on patient care especially the indian dr in room 2 today . Thank you

The worst clinic and Dr Singh which I have ever met. Though I don’t really like them. Went in for sore throat but the doctor gave me GASTRIC MEDICINE!!!! What the?! He said he can’t see my inner parts so he assumes it’s gastric and I’m having sore throat. Anyone of you, if you really want to go into coma or convulsion you may please go meet the doctor. And he charged me so expensive for something he didn’t even do. I don’t even want to give the 1 star! Seriously ignorant doctor!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am not sure about the 5 star ratings here because they don’t seem legit to me.

Went because I was vomiting, having fever and diarrhoea. The doctor did not bother to even do a regular check. She straight away did an influenza test based on what I said. That is all that happened and I was charged more than 100 and was given paracetamols. Next day I went to a different clinic and was diagnosed with intestinal bacterial infection and was admitted for days. Never spent RM110 that unnecessarily. The other clinic I went was a much smaller and less fancy clinic.

excellent service by doctors and staff. Clinic newly renovated and clean. Has various diagnostic equipment from basic blood investigations machines and kits to ultrasounds, ECG and xray. Would definitely recommend to others and their medications are all original and reasonably priced

I came here for PCR test. Nurses were kind and friendly. You may need to wait a little, but it’s understandable during this COVID times.

I'm unable to understand how as a "reputable" clinic, your management don't seem to care at all about how terrible one of your doctor is and until now that same doctor is still working there giving that same horrible consultation. Despite so many terrible reviews about him, yet NO action were taken! I have had two unpleasant experience with Dr Ahmad Mustaqim Sulaiman. First one was few months ago where I went there midnight for high fever and there was a serious case that the Dr was treating at that time (a man with cut on head), and I was told by the staffs to wait, so I just waited at car, and after that patient left, I saw ambulance and polices arriving at scene to catch that patient as that patient was involved in some fight case, what's terrible was, this Doctor and the staffs were standing at the door and recording the scene for so long. When I went, the security notified the Dr that I am there for consultation and I was told that they can't see me. Why? Just because they want to record what is going on instead of helping me who needed medical attention. My second experience was few weeks ago where I went to meet him for sore throat, fever, headache, and he did not care to check my temperature/pressure/throat/breathing, NOTHING. He straight said if feel serious go hospital, else just take some prescribed medicine should be ok. I mean like seriously? What the hell? I paid close to RM100 for 1 minute's rude and terrible consultation. I'm writing this now because my family member went recently and had bad experience with the same doctor again and something has to be done about this as its quite shameful that your management are siding such a terrible doctor (proven through so many similar reviews).

Horrible service , rude doctors and front staffs . ridiculous pricing . i actually ended up in th wrong clinic , was recommended by a friend but the actual clinic was next door ( both with almost same name ) . only realised after i came out . doctor appearance also like not professional. cannot explain my questions . the next week i went to thr right clinic .. staffs very pleasant . even when i called the malay lady who answered very polite . staffs were very busy that day but they still smiled . paid half the price there .

Never to here anymore. The Dr just ask me what's wrong, and give me medicine based on what I told on my symptoms. Not doing checking anything at all even the basic stethoscope checking. Very unprofessional clinic. What is the different of this clinic with other pharmacy store?

I am a very happy customer in this clinic, did LSCS for my 2nd baby, and i came to your clinic for my dressing and injection. Honestly saying the 2 nurses who care for my wound was really expert.i have to mention this santiny and selvarani is the best nurses in your clinic that i've never seen in any GP clinics out there.my wound healing so good and im very satisfied with this 2 nurses.that nurse until she put the gerdel for me.im so touched and happy.tq wong singh

did a medical checkup here. the staffs are very friendly and nice. my checkup went so fast and smooth, like 30 minutes only. the clinic's clean and nice also. very recommended
