So, on Friday (15/5) I decided to just come to the clinic and ask for my result. They have the audacity to ask me if I’ve received a call from them. Whatever, I just showed them my receipt and they quickly started to go on the server to retrieve my result. But then I have to wait for like 30mins and they told me that the server were down, they cannot get my result. So, I just wrote down my email and leave. Thankfully, they send me the result after a few hours. Okay, maybe partly it is my fault for not calling them earlier prior to coming to the clinic but supposedly they should be more professional. How come you collect the money from customer and biar je sambil lewa, customers pulak nak kena find you.
