Poor service. We did a swab test at this clinic the results showed Negative but they updated our results to KKM positive. It's been almost 1 week but the result is still the same, no change. Highly do not recommend this clinic to others.

My worker condition was bad due to the COVID infection, we need doctor to help to call the ambulance or pass us a letter to let my worker more easy to admit to the hospital, but he refuse to do that and even he refused to check the oxygen lv at all. What a shock to me, as a doctor I can't believe you just left the patient like that and tell him, we don't provide any treatment for COVID-19 patient. What a good doctor. I'm 100% not recommend you send your members to here. ** We did the test in this clinic and medicine I bought from this clinic also. We are not asking the free advise.

Went here for the first time due to the rave reviews. I totally agree with the positive reviews. I had an excellent customer experience with the staffs & doctor. They were friendly and attentive to my medical needs. Definitely will come here again in the future.

I was disappointed that the clinic didn't provide the service as promised, and I think it would be helpful if the staff made sure to confirm with the radiographer before telling patients that the service is available. Alternatively, they could advise patients to call back after a certain amount of time to confirm whether the radiographer has arrived or not.

Sorry to say this, the nurses are all good. The environment, the cleanliness. It just the doctor who attended me that day, I'm not really sure whether she is a doctor or just an intern there. What I know, I'm the one who telling the prescription that I need. She just checking my throat(which before I said , My tonsils was swollen). Not even 3 minutes , then done. And yes the charges are more than what other clinics charged for a normal blocked nose and minor fever. Even when I ask meds for blocked nose and a neb treatment, and I'm not getting any. I even need to buy some meds for blocked nose from pharmacy. As for my relative, normal symptoms like me, they charged higher. She indeed required a neb treatment as she has a tight chest , but not getting any .It was okay for me as it is claimable to the company, but please do check your patients in serious way. Sorry again. It just me who quite disappointed with the service.

Doctor & nurses are very accommodating to your health needs. Fast service due to less patients during my visit. Parking is not an issue here.
