sent

cat
for
neuter
on
Saturday
at
around
10.30a.m.
I
was
told
my
an
indian
staff
at
the
counter
that
they
will
call
once
my
cat
is
ready
to
be
picked
up.
Just
for
your
information
I
have
sent
around
5
cats
and
4
dogs
to
be
neutered
at
this
clinic
under
Dr
Goh.
Back
to
my
cat
story.
I
received
a
call
around
almost
1
p.m.
to
get
my
cat.
I
sent
my
daughter
to
pick
him
up.
Only
when
she
arrived
I
noticed
that
my
cat
was
not
at
all
awake.
This
has
never
happened
before.
The
clinic
will
only
call
when
they
a
awake.
So
when
I
called
the
clinic
around
2.30
pm
(
they
opened
after
lunch)
the
same
indian
staff
answered.
I
asked
why
call
me
when
my
cat
was
not
at
all
awake.
She
told
me
that
they
were
closing
early.
I
told
her
that
she
should
have
waited
at
least
until
3.30
pm
to
call
me.
After
that
she
was
being
rude...and
in
the
midst
of
the
conversation
she
told
me
never
to
send
any
of
my
cats
or
dogs
there.
I
am
a
rescuer
,
NGO
and
a
feeder.
I
have
rescued
more
than
50
cats
and
dogs.
I
think
DR
GOH
should
teach
her
staffs
to
have
good
PR.
For
a
clinic
these
cats
and
dogs
are
just
animals.
As
for
me
they
are
family.
