I sent my cat for neuter on Saturday at around 10.30a.m. I was told my an indian staff at the counter that they will call once my cat is ready to be picked up. Just for your information I have sent around 5 cats and 4 dogs to be neutered at this clinic under Dr Goh. Back to my cat story. I received a call around almost 1 p.m. to get my cat. I sent my daughter to pick him up. Only when she arrived I noticed that my cat was not at all awake. This has never happened before. The clinic will only call when they a awake. So when I called the clinic around 2.30 pm ( they opened after lunch) the same indian staff answered. I asked why call me when my cat was not at all awake. She told me that they were closing early. I told her that she should have waited at least until 3.30 pm to call me. After that she was being rude...and in the midst of the conversation she told me never to send any of my cats or dogs there. I am a rescuer , NGO and a feeder. I have rescued more than 50 cats and dogs. I think DR GOH should teach her staffs to have good PR. For a clinic these cats and dogs are just animals. As for me they are family.

Worst animal clinic leaving our pet to dead when it is in critical condition and says the vet on break. The nurse refuse to contact the doctor even it is on critical condition and have to wait for 45mins! And my pet died within 5mins after the doctor is back. Don't come to this clinic for emergency!!! And dare to collect money for killing our pet!

If you have a senior dog, I advised you to go to a more equipped vet clinic with more experienced vet clinic. I always trusted Dr Goh because she was recommended by my friend and her clinic is near to my house. Dr Goh spent most of her time at their new branch in Seri Coalfield and the clinic in Rawang is left with a bunch of new vet doctors. My late poodle did a blood test at their clinic last February and nobody showed me the report or explained the report to me. They just said ‘nothing is wrong’. I brought him back this May for yearly vaccination this May. He was unwell right after the vaccination, the new vet doctor made him bleed when injecting the vaccination. I brought my dog back after 2 days, they recommended an x ray but they said they could not do it because they were about to close. They should have recommended me to bring my dog to another clinic if they believe it was critical. The young vet doctor didn’t recommend another blood test which was very very very disappointing. I brought my dog to another vet two days later and he passed on because of kidney failure. They then showed me the blood test report the year before, all were within range but some of the readings are at higher side. I didn’t want to write this review as I always trusted Dr Goh, but I do not want another dog to be put at the same risk. If I ever keep another dog, I will not go back to this vet clinic again.

The vets and staffs there are indeed friendly and kind. The environment is great, despite having a small space. The prices are average, though sometimes we can discuss our budget with the vets. I've taken few of my cats here for consultation and I really like the service here. I'm only confused about the prices, that's all. Overall, this is a great clinic to bring our beloved furry companions. 😊

A highly recommended clinic. Been sending all my 5 cats to Dr. Goh for treatments and vaccinations ever since the clinic started. Dr. Goh is a pleasant, passionate and highly qualified veterinarian. Her doctors are equally nice, capable and accommodating. I’m happy and satisfied with the service here. Recently I sent my 10-year old cat who was hit by a car. Dr. Goh attended to her immediately and did her best to save her. Now two months later, she is well and alive though now she runs around with only one eye and a limp. The wiring on her fractured jaw had just been removed. Thank you Dr. Goh for saving our Rapunzel. We sent all of our cats here and they all became healthier after treatment/medicine. Once my cat had very bad infection and had to go through surgery and she almost died but this vet is really fast in taking action and saved her. Though the price is more pricey than other clinics but I guess it's worth it. I can negotiate the surgery price.

I've experienced with many vet from all over the country, this place was one of the best. Vets and staffs really helpful and informative. My home cat and rescued cat have been treated from this vet many time on different type of sickness, never once they treat poorly or give bad service. There's seperate area for dogs and cats too! Plenty of waiting area outdoor.

DR Goh is professional, quick and helpful. She assist us to draw blood for Fugui a French bulldog for Rabies serology testing.

I sent my cat here for trouble breathing, did xray and turned out her chest is already full of pus fluid outside her lungs. The vets gave options for several emergency hospital recommendations since we would have a faster and better chance at saving her, but since we were aware of the cost and distance, we decide to do what we could at this clinic. The vets informed the cost first before they proceed with anything, gave several treatment plans that we can choose from, depending on budget. Vets are also very informative about cats conditions. For a week, xray, fip test, multiple aspiration procedures, antibiotic injections and oxygen everyday, iv drip, iv antibiotics, food, oral medications, all about rm1k. I think the price is reasonable for that many procedures and treatments over a week. However my cat sadly was declining and our family decided to end treatment. She didn't make it but i am very grateful for the vets optimistic efforts for still doing what they could do to try and save my critical cat in their clinic.

Very comfortable place to go for vet, with following SOP. Doctor quite pleasant person, waiting time quite short. First come first serve. All staff also nice person. Will come back again for my pet.

Good experience and this clinic have experts that can give your pet better with acceptable price. But little bit expensive from Nurmi Clinic.

Dr. Goh is a very experienced vet who knows how to handle my pets. I've brought all my 5 cats there and have never regretted it. She is very skilled in surgery and gives good advice on how to care for your pets. Update: I only trust Dr. Goh with my pets.

Service was okay. Just the clinic is small and may be they can improve the ventilation. Cause once i come in, i had an allergic reactions.

First time here today for a hit & run case of a stray puppy. Dr's were kind and staffs were very polite. Xray was taken to rule out any complications. Meds were given. Everything well explained.

Very good service and clean environment. The veteranians are professional, attentive, patient to explain any diagnosis and provide options for treatment. Can be quite crowded sometimes so best to call ahead.
