A place where you should really go to when you are looking for Apple product in Rawang areas. If not mistaken, you can make your reservation or asking they holding on some stuff for you before your arrival too. But the things is the staff doesn’t act professionally. Yelling at each other in front of the customer to communicate with their colleague. Overall was good.

Very bad service. Bought a iPhone charging cable here and within 4 months it’s spoiled. Try to claim warranty but they give some nonsense technical issue and refuse the claim. And when I go back to take back my cable, they can’t even find it. Wasting my time

No Apple Authorized Reseller in Malaysia will do that for you except ITWorld! Came all the way from Puchong to get the phone. First time buying from them and I will continue to support!
