Poor service, took so freaking long to prepare customers' food. I am not the first time order and even self-pick up at your store. The food taste is terrible, overly sweetened "korean spicy source". Please improve. Thanks.

i bought 2pcs and share with my bf . both of us agree about the taste. u need improve the taste. just look like taiyaki but taste all i can feel only flour.

Ordered few times The poke bowls and they are superb. Big portion and reasonably priced. Will certainly order again. Worth it!

Some Tuna Poke tastes ok but the Teriyaki Saba Bento tastes weird. Teriyaki sauce is too sour. I also don't like the fact that they use everything disposable even for dine-in customers. The plastic fork and spoon break easily. Hope they can be kinder to our environment. The Henge and Residensi Kepongmas residents are eligible to get 10% discount.

Stopped here though of having Sunday relax at a cafe, then choosen this Chatto. The artended staff not so friendly. Ordered recommended "White pearl Milk Hojicha", the taste so so only. And they seem like not on the air-cond, just the fan operating. Cannot feel the cold air at all.

Beverages are good. But the shop is full of oily smell so not recommended to sit inside to enjoy. Hope for improvement.
