Dunno what's the fuss about. First time visiting this branch kfc. I arrive at 10 pm and yet the staff and supervisor was so kind to let me have a last order. They listen to my request. Doing business at times like this is hard enough. And yet customer have too much to complain. We are all just doing day job to feed family. And do not need all this negativities. I would like to give them 5 star because I feel they are way2 underrated. Keep up the good job

Very poor country homes KFC.. yesterday I buy KFC tisu n cilli sos apa pun Tak bagi... staff also Tak respect coustmer... chicken very small not tasty waste of my money

The service provided at the cashier counter quite slow reaction, when customer go to the front counter and want to make order, the staffs will just looking at each other and don't want to stand ito the front to greet customer. As you can see in the above photo, there are enough staffs working. This branch should need to put more sofa or chairs for customers to wait for their takeaway.

This place is becoming worse. Service is so bad. Half the items on the menu is never available. I ordered nuggets yesterday and they my gave me tempura nuggets that tasted like the frozen ones from supermarket. At this rate please just close down this place please.

Bad service. Kitchen is always closed by 10pm with the reason - no chicken but their operating hours until 11pm. Won't take an hour to cook fries, burger & nuggets.Better change operating hours to 10pm.

Nothing problem in taste of the chicken but the service was bad even chicken rice shop they charge us RM 5 they will give us sauce and spoon but in kfc country homes cannot provide spoon and sauce

Ordered chicken and the drumstick isi was on top only..so disappointed. Also ordered 9pcs nuggets but got 3 pcs and piece of chicken.

The service is not as good as it used to be. Small pieces yet same price. I ordered takeaway and waited for my turn but the staff just left the parcel on the counter unattended and without notifying. I saw the staff leaving the parcel on the counter but she did not call my number. When I asked the manager why the staff didn't call my number, manager answer was 'We called ! ' . Very disappointed. Will not go here in the future. By the way, the notification board on our service queue number is either not operational or the staff is not bothered using it.

The service is OK but can be improve more. The quality of food is under average from what most KFC outlets have. I can't say much since we all have different opinion

Try to visit non peak period if you want attentive services as currently we're in the EMCO period, where people are ordering take away @ restoran or order online around the neighborhood. As such you'll make sure you're require to observe your own SOPs, as otherwise their staffs won't have time to make sure we do so. Promptly order and promptly leave the restoran to avoid crowds and crowding the place.

When reach 8+ they don prepared much chicken and you need to wait for 30 mins. The staff don’t smile and don’t feel friendly.

Branch Manager vocal attitude is bad wonder how such can be manager with lousy customer service. Bad image for KFC.

The manager is rude, bias & not helpful.Should take action on this kind of person.Not fit to be manager.Should give her training. I only just ask want to be part time at there but she just so rude

Cons: About 4-6 workers, but only 3 are working. Leave my food on hold until it's cold. The dining area is never clean. Pros: Cold air conditioner. That's all.

Recently, but not really recent, quite awhile since MCO I back to Rawang and have chance to order food from this branch. Very soon the food changed it taste, especially the spicy chicken for burger and also the chicken itself, taste very awful. Should be something burnt inside the oil and all the food now taste like charcoal smelly flavor, I order not often and I though it will be gone soon so I ignore it, and it’s been a year now, the flavor of the burnt spoiled food taste still there and no action taken by KFC. Please do something on it KFC!

Very bad svc order pick up at 7pm i’ve waited almost an hour in car. Go to counter no say sorry at all and manager just make dunno. The supervisor try to manipulate i didnt choose waiting at car but the prove is there then my order not done yet. Omg no customer svc etiquette at all hope hq can take action to look into it seriously.what a bad svc!!!!!

Service slightly slower compare to other of same kind fast food restaurants during peak hours.

They are so happy to serve us.. smiling and cheering .. wahuuu... So nice and kind teammates..

Terrible experience for my first ever visited. This is the worst experience i ever had In KFC restaurant Malaysia. Think twice before you decide to dine in at this branch. The moment i step up to 2nd floor, you can smell strong smelly wet taste come out from wash room. Imagine that you are having your meal with this airtight environment 🤮🤢 if you think this is over you were wrong, those tables and chairs is messy & dirty with some sticky sauce on top but the staff no intention to clean it. Those staff are definitely lazy & not doing their job their job. All play mobile game , chit chat & do nothing. The environment already terrible , I can't imagine how the kitchen looks like when they prepare the food with close door. I hope KFC Malaysia send some spy to there & you can experience yourself. Please take action to these lazy workers & manager. Hopeless management 👎👎👎

Waited for 45mins. Make matters worse, Gave wrong order. After repacked....the chicken piece wrong quantity.

Small capacity of shop, usually need to queue around 15 - 20 minutes, thats is only KFC in Bandar country homes

Good food. Served hot. "Pandu Ambil" services provided. Simple means Drive & Take. Fast and convenient. Caters according to our liking.

Well, the spicy chicken is realy salty and oily and as usual they missed the orders So please check before collecting ur order, Usualy the staf will 'ikat mati' but open the plastic and check it with.

Went here to get some take away for the family. Wasn't that busy and could easily find a car park space out front. One typically annoying thing is even though there are lots of spaces on both sides of the road people still wanna double park and block people. Anyways back in KFC the prices have gone up and sadly there was no wedges available. Like many restaurants KFC also struggling to get stock of some menu items. They replaced the wedges with a large mash potatoes with gravy which is ok I think. Another annoying problem was that the credit card and e-wallet payment systems were both down so it was cash only. Luckily had cash with me. The food was prepared and paid for within 5 minutes and on the way back home. Food was of good standard and tasty.

SOP, social distance, temperature check, good taste, clean and sound condition of this place

They really only allowed 5person per time at the order counter..

Nice place to have a fast food service rather than in BTP 🤭
