Wonderful place. Picked up a pathetic injured stray kitten whereby the hindlegs were literally skin and bones, infected and maggots ate all the flesh away. After the initial medication, i had to go every other day to change the dressing - thats like 4 times a week, and they didnt charge me for the service just for the bandage aje. About rm12 every 2 weeks. Fuh. This went on for 3 month until the cat boleh jalan. Although I have moved to Kota Damansara but we still make the journey over to Shah Alam due to how good and attentive the vets are. He's a fat king of the house now.

Reasonable price, neuter Male cats rm120 only, vaccine rm50 with worm meds. Need to make appointment first because so busy. Best vet clinic in shah alam to date. The staffs and doctors are super friendly, booking system is good and you dont need to wait long time at the clinic.

Found a kitten under my car. Obviously lost and crying out loud. Just bring it to the vet for checkup. This is my first. Nice and friendly place at a reasonable rate. Seem to be quite a popular place.

My favourite vet. Since pandemic you are only allowed leave your pets and collect them later, which I find convenient. The doctor either will call or meet you personally to explain the situation. So far I find them able to diagnose accurately and solve all the issues. Price is very reasonable. Recommended.

One of the best vets ever! They’re open everyday except for public holidays. Really excellent doctors and service by their team. Excellent care for your pets, even when there is no longer a chance.

this is my first time gg to this vet & honestly the service was amazing. friendly staff & vet. the clinic environment was cool & relaxing with some cute cats aka patients. found 2 kitten on the road & I decided to foster them for sometime. been 3 days & i noticed their eyes looks infected so brought them here. the staff was so friendly to listen & note down what I told & also the dr explain everything so clearly to take care of the kittens. poor babies got separated from their mum so it’s a big thing to take care of them as they’re only a week old. their eyes was infected but not badly. it’s just the starting as they can’t take antibiotic yet so the vet gave eye drops. he himself put it for them in order to show me how i have to do later. the consultation + eye drop was only RM20. I was so happy bcs me as uni student im not able to pay very high bills. very recommended & gotta bring them next once they’re a month old for vaccine 🥳.

I feel like they're more of a salesman than medical vet services, they convince you to get more tests than you would ever need. Had my cat vaccinated here, total bill is rm1xx++ due to the "extra" checks "suspected needed"

Take your cats here. Its highly recommended. Dr's and recep are knowledgeable and treat you & your cat with respect. Bajillion times better service than Vet Hawa. Vet Hawa is the worst.

The vets are very thorough n professional, don't let their youthful looks fool you k. Lodging for ur pets is clean, not packed n ventilated well. Parking can be quite a challenge sometimes.

Sent my senior cats for treatment today. Vet office very clean! Owners are not allowed to wait. SOP dictates that you leave your dear pets at the vet. All pets must be sent b4 1.30 pm. Treatment to be completed on same day basis. The staff will take all details required and the pets will queue for treatments. Later they will call you to pick up & discuss you pet's condition, treatments, etc with the vet.

Very good vet clinic. No doubt, the clinic is very clean and tidy. No bad smell. All vets there are very well trained, answer all my questions nicely right exactly what I want. Cheapest vet clinic amongts vet clinic around here, if you find here very expensive but treatment with all the info given absolutely make you satisfy with the service. They have all the facilities including blood machine, last time I brought my cat to check his kidney and the vet explained to me in details from A-Z via Whatsapp and face-to-face if you have any inquiry. Staffs are vey helpful. From A-Z. They talk nicely, friendly. I’m a loyal customer here since 2009. P/s: Just read the comment somewhere, no comment on your experience in the vet clinic but if you see any changes in behaviour of your cat you should’ve brought it earlier. Jangan lah tunggu lama baru nak bawa ke klinik to check. 100 percent sure, the case dah lama sakit baru nak bawa.

Best doctors and personnel. Everything is made to be simple and efficient. There’s a ‘line-drop-off’ system here that I find it unique but very efficient.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hafiz who advised us (a neighbourhood voluntary TNR group) in the most professional, skilful and kind manner on how to manage Sporotrichosis. The clinic is clean, smells fresh and is very well organised. Waiting time is not bad considering the number of cats arriving that busy Labour Day. The pricing was most reasonable. Will definitely be taking all our cats here.

This clinic has provided excellent care and treatment for my cat Shakthi, who had feline leukaemia, since she’s two months old, she’s severely immuno-compressed and always contracts even fatal diseases as a complication, like parvo, bacterial infections, flu, skin disease and so. We’re really worried as even minor strains can cause her severe gastrointestinal infections, severe hair loss etc, and she can get critically ill if didn’t receive treatment on time. But hats off to the doctors and their efficient medicine, she survived most of it, until the recent days. She grew extremely weak and her body couldn’t accept the meds or supplements anymore, However they still did their best with giving her IV drips and prolonging her good days. but god loves her more, she succumbed to jaundice on 30 Dec. I really appreciate the entire team for their tireless service and care for our Shakthi throughout the times, even as it got tough. We do personally feel to thank the Drs who attended Shakthi in the time we really need and provide the best consultation. Would really recommend this clinic to all pet lovers, their medicine quality is phenomenal, pricing also okay.

Brought my puppy to this clinic. The doctor (malay lady forgot her name) she was soo nice and caring when she was handling my dog. They only provide basic consultation for dogs, but they can complete vaccination for dogs(on appointment basis). She also suggested some place for surgical procedure as they don't do it there. Otherwise I'm so happy, she was gentle and caring towards my puppy.

If you want to go to the vet with reasonable price here is the place. Your pets would be well taken care of as the drs here are really compassionate and good. Ive sent my cats for vaccination and neuter here.

I wanted to sent my cat today, but before I simply went there I contacted the vet three times and received no response. I decided to went ahead, because my cat is really sick. As I arrived, I entered and I inquired if I could still send my cat he simply said no. Then I respond with "Oh saya call takda orang angkat pun" to which he rudely reply with "Tak cukup staff takda siapa nak angkat call". That is not my responsibility that you don't have enough staff, I understand that you are short on staff, but could you at least answer the phone call if you know your vet won't be able to treat cats on that day. So people will know and not waste their time coming to receive that kind of attitude. Anyway, it’s the guy who sits at the front desk. Just wanna share, I brought all of my cats here, 3 of them died because of the doctor incorrect advice. There’s one time when I took my pregnant cat here to have a further checkup after she gave birth to see whether there’s still baby inside her belly, one of the doctor told me no. Turns out that, there are still two kitties and she had to undergo surgery and the doctor (different vet) had to neuter her if not she won’t make it because one of the babies was still in her tummy and the other one was about to come out but was stuck, suffocated and ended up died. Both kittens died. I can’t deny the fact that, the doctor is super friendly but please, tell the guy to improve his attitude. Thank you.

Walked in to the clinic to get my very senior cat vaccinated, the Doctor was super nice and answered all my questions (had a lot of questions as it's my first time adopting a stray cat). She was also very gentle with my cat! I also asked advice on whether it's okay to neuter my senior cat and the Doctor gave an honest thoughts on the complications (just like how there are complications on surgery procedures on human) of which I'm very thankful of for the honest advice. Praying that the neutering procedure goes well! They might not be much responsive towards whatsapp as they're kinda busy-- I saw that at the clinic myself but overall, I had a good experience getting my cat vaccinated there.
