Hotel
looks
nice,
room
is
luxurious,
it
reminds
me
of
four
seasons
kl.
however
the
service
was
really
bad,
not
at
all
like
5
star
hotel.
Staff
at
reception
counter
lack
warmth
n
were
not
efficient.
I
was
there
at
1pm
n
was
told
my
room
wasnt
ready
(check
in
time
is
3pm)
but
they
said
they
can
give
me
a
room
right
away
if
i
upgrade
to
club
room
by
paying
an
extra
rm300+
per
night.
They
said
This
upgrade
would
include
breakfast
for
all
pax
n
the
normal
club
benefits.
But
the
next
morning
at
breakfast
i
was
told
my
room
does
not
come
with
breakfast.
This
is
really
annoying
becoz
even
after
paying
all
the
extra
charges
(in
d
end
my
room
cost
rm1200
per
night
omg)
they
still
FAILED
to
capture
these
things
in
their
system.
I
felt
conned
coz
when
i
thought
about
it
again,
i
felt
like
they
were
just
trying
to
charge
me
more.
I
dont
think
they
were
being
honest
when
they
said
my
room
wasnt
ready
when
i
tried
to
check
in
1pm.
Coz
even
after
i
paid
for
the
club
room
price,
they
still
gave
me
a
room
on
the
normal
floor
(not
club
floor).
Only
later
that
it
hit
me,
why
did
i
pay
so
much
extra
when
in
the
end
i
was
still
placed
on
normal
floor
(n
same
room
features)
and
had
to
go
upstairs
to
use
all
the
club
facilities?
It’s
not
convenient
and
definitely
not
worth
the
extra
charges.
If
i
knew
this,
i
would
have
just
waited
until
3pm
and
maintained
my
original
booking.
Being
so
calculative
about
letting
guests
check
in
SLIGHTLY
earlier
is
just
so
off-putting.
I
have
checked
in
earlier
than
the
normal
check-in
times
at
so
many
other
5-star
hotels
and
never
had
any
problems!!
Ive
done
it
so
many
times
at
four
seasons,
and
theyve
always
accommodated
me!
Sorry
for
always
comparing
with
four
seasons,
but
that
is
my
benchmark
for
good
hotel
service.
During
check
in
they
also
gave
me
wrong
info
about
parking
n
in
the
end
my
husband
had
to
pay
rm29
at
the
car
park
for
the
first
day,
when
it
should
have
been
a
flat
rate
of
rm15
(for
the
2nd
car).
Anyway
We
still
feel
it
should
be
complimentary
for
both
cars.
It’s
the
least
u
could
do
la
since
we
r
paying
rm2400
for
the
2-night
stay
at
a
standard
grand
deluxe,
with
really
sub-par
service
some
more.
All
in
all,
i
really
wouldnt
return
if
they
continue
with
this
kind
of
incompetence.
