Maybe they don’t even care about this review but I’m writing this to anyone who read this and thinking of visiting. The dr attitude is really terrible. I brought my mom there cos of rashes due to the side effect of vaccines. My mom whole body got numb after few hours taking the prescribed medicines and when I call back the dr, he sounds annoyed and strongly deny its due to the medicine and ask us go back to the vaccine centre to check it out ourself because he said he never experience case like that!!! We Google the medicine he prescribed and we found out numbness is one of the side effect. He doesn’t even make an effort to find out and just push the responsibility away and leave us clueless like that. Please just visit any other clinics not this one.

Doctor's consultation fees is more than the medicine fee. He is not diagnosing properly. Less than 4min he diagnosed but RM 80 is his consultation fee. My dark ankle discoloration still appear after applying his medicine. Need to wait 1 hour to meet doctor and need to wait another 1 hour to get the medicine. I went 11.20am , I met him at 12.30pm and I went home 1.30pm. Bad environment. No air conditioner , dusty chair , ill building.

One star for the 2.5hr waiting time. Doctor was unfriendly & unpleasant experience. Nurse instructions were clear, medicine labelled clearly with time and names) I was the 2nd patient for acne. 9.33am: registered myself (bring your IC,RM50 deposit that will be deduct after payment) 10.25am: doctor came in, there was already 6 patients waiting ❗I was told by the nurse he normally arrive at 10am 10.54am: went in for 15mins consultation time (unfriendly & sarcastic experience, do prepare your question or else you'll be cut off. Prepare information like how long is your acne journey, any treatment, ointment or medicine you take, just tell the doctor.) 12.05am: An hour wait for dispensary. I'm out with my medicines ( 2 cream,1 face wash, 1 sunblock and a months antibiotics) togather with a RM250++ bill (cash payment ONLY)

Doctor is not as friendly as I expected, waiting line is slow, but after my turn, the process is very fast, not much advice is given. I don't know how's other experiences, but for my sight, I'm not happy with the service....

doctor is very experienced. hope what he diagnosed today helps. the interesting parts are the clinic assistants and the queue system. apparently some uncle came at q19 gets to be q1, certain numbers are hold by these ladies for some one to jump queue, amazing. then doc advised for injection as it more effective but then the assistant came and ask us to do cream medicine instead. who is doctor here???? hahaha

Honestly the doctor doesn't care. Doctor asked us question like is that so? without any solutions or professional opinion. Then the doctor, proceeds to literally Google. If I can Google why do I need a pointless consultation that cost freaking RM90. Retire old man

This doctor is experience, but the clinic’s service is abit dissappointed because they dont accept credit/debit card. So make sure you bring cash of RM300plus with you as we cant gauge how much will be their charges😳

Good - Medicine not too expensive. Bad - Doctor Yap speaks quite fast, does not sound friendly, but still acceptable. Maybe because of facing many patient every day and keep repeating the same thing. - Worst indian nurse attitude ever I met in a clinic, talk so fast and expect you to remember everything instantly. Ask her to repeat and she is being impatient. - Acne cream leaked out and did not close properly. - Waiting time could be long if there are many customers.

Overpriced and the service is super terrible! Highly disappointed

Waze and google map is not correctly ploted. So finding this place was difficult. Hope this will improve the map and get people to the correct location. It is just above 7-11. Look for the staircase beside 7-11 on the right. Deco is very very 80's, no computererized or numbering system. Very crowded...and a long wait. So you know it is a very good doctor. Nurses are very friendly and helpful. Place is well air condition. Plenty of seats so you are comfortable while waiting. Doctor is very nice.

Doctor is not that friendly, very sacastic and the attitude is very very bad !
