Have reached the limits of patience with the staff, program coordinators, management. Rude and incompetent. I don't think anyone working at Mahsa has a clue what they're doing. They push you to the point of breakdown with lack of support for even the most basic requests and if you dare express even the slightest bit of frustration, they belittle you and call YOU rude, and continue dismissing you and your urgent, time sensitive needs. If you do your due diligence and kindly remind them of their pending duties, they drop calls on you, and accuse you of spamming them in emails. I know a couple of classmates who were forced to pay overstay fees or special pass fees because of negligence from the faculty and registrar. Also, don't even dream of getting your transcript out on time. What is actually going on, why are the management staff so terrible?

The school claiming will give scholarship for good result? You think too much! Go check the truth out from the current or ex student of mahsa and you will find out all the management said are lies. Just interview any of the students you will know the truth. What's on Google is not what you experienced in school

Big scam here!!! The lecturer here always cancel classes during normal class day and try to replace the class and exam during semester break and holiday. They usually give less that a week notice or so for those replacements, and force the student to be back to the campus during holiday to physically take the exam. They even request the students to pay full amount of the tuition fees before the semester starts, and will not let them enrol into the classes if they did not do the payment before school semester start. This uni is highly not recommended and please go for other uni if you have a choice.

SCAM!!! Students and parents should not look for this school. Not college not university! Lousy school lousy management. They like to scam student. All they want is money. When ask for tuition fees or any fees they are very quick in action. And when it comes to system update, the finance department start to give many excuses, say will check will check but never ending. Such lousy school! Lecturers always take leave. One week don't know take how many times. Always say got talks got personal issue. And they like to cancel it last minute. Most the lecturers are so irresponsible. The most terrible part of this uni is their horrible management system. All they care is MONEY!!! Charge for so high but can't use the facilities.

One of the worst university, especially their finance, admission and customer service. Try calling them, they won’t pick up. If they did, listen to the way they talk to you. What kind of attitude is that? At least have some manners. Not worth any penny going there, except for certain lecturers that are really dedicated to teach you. All they know was taking money from the students. Imagine the convo fees is RM 600 and there is 600 students graduating, how much do you get from there. We even have to pay for using their sports utility, which we already paid for every sems. The students don’t even know how to voice out this issue is because their student centre are useless. You paid for that kind of amount and all you get is little from them. Seriously their management is terrible and all they know is asking when are you going to pay for the last sem. Not all students are rich, some of them has stop studying halfway.

I came here with my brother because he was looking for a university. The people there was very kind when they showed us around, the facilities were amazing. The campus was very big and looks amazingly new although they have been there for 6 years, it looks as if it was brand new. Very organized and neat. Recommended for those who are looking for a university.

My son is a foundation student there, had severe food poisoning after consuming nasi lemak for breakfast at the campus canteen. Another surpise today, RATS roaming in the canteen. Needless to say, the almost near-hysterical reaction!!!! by the faint-hearted. BUT this is supposed to be a premier private university campus. Forget premier, it is a canteen for heaven's sake, doesnt it need to adhere to some minimum standards Someone sleeping on the job? More like morbid stupor on the job. Shameful. Has anyone in the esteemed management ever had food at these premises. Overpriced with lousy taste. Has everything in this country gone down the drain? Sigh!!!!

I am current MBBS student. I heard some bad news and most confirm are true. 1: Some students actual result are fail, but management force Dean to change result to pass. To some students: “Please don’t happy. At last, I know you actually are fail and NO QUALITY at all.” For the moment I heard three department is doing this. 2: Good lecturer all are resigning include other departments. 3: Management going to charge students with more extra fee. 4: International students can get better services than local students due to they pay more and less complain. Best thing is they can just pass, even dont study, and their actual result is fail. 5: Marketing agent always give wrong info and lie to customer. To confirm it, go ask admission, then department’s admin, then department’s lecturers, then department’s Dean. All info guarantee defferent

Poor management had caused the professors won't engage long period in this U. Very hard for student to follow different lecturers in short period. By reading the post before me, you can justify by the comments.

Not sure how mahsa management works but they are the most terrible management i have ever seen in my life. What i suggest is, instead of spending all the money on fake ads and sponsorship, why not reduce those extra activities fees or compulsory useless fees. The way you ask the tuiton fees and all other miscellaneous fees from the students is like a loan shark asking money from their borrower. Asking non stop then email phone call, all sorts of methods you can think of when asking for parent's hard earn money. Use the brain to think on how to improve your management would be better.

Yesterday I went there to help my sister to enrol her son, I faced many shocking rude and unfriendly staff. I went to the finance department to ask if they are open on Saturday but she just answered "5pm". I expected a "yes/no answer but given an answer which was not relevant to the question asked. More over, she rolled her eyes while answering me. We had contradicting answers too frm different departments, causing confusion and we wasted our time to figure out how the procedure works. The hostel department staff was rude to the students and was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Hope Mahsa management can do something to improve the customer service skills of your staff.

Great place for student with many facilities, largest parking and equip with a few big ballroom @ auditorium for ceremony. But right now they use current ballroom as a PPV Covid 19. I'm sure you will enjoy the smooth progress for vaccination. So easy and very fast for my 2nd dose vaccination. I'm done 2nd dose, thanks n good job for mahsa PPV team✌️✌️✌️

Ya the management is very good and willing to "help" the student and extremely fast in action when they want to chase you for money. Useless activities and events are held all the time to extract hard earn money from you and your parents.

Today morning was My 1st visited after 5years - The campus was changed a lot ! The Uni lobby looks amazingly new & built lot of comfortable modern design of study area. Thumbs up ! But felt disappointed with some of the students there were buta huruf? No educated ? no displine at all eating inside the lab , discussion area ,not bolder of the cctv and big signboard of “No Foods & Drinks Allowed “ … and teruknya left the rubbish on the floor, under the table and on the table. I been there few day, and noticed this kind of bad attitude of the students. Kindly take the necessary actions if not the beautiful sofa and surrounding might be dirty and don’t have clean environment for other’s students to sit there.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible Deepavali event held at our university. The celebration was truly a remarkable and culturally enriching experience that left a lasting impression on all attendees.Events like these contribute significantly to the inclusivity and cultural awareness within our university, fostering an environment where students from diverse backgrounds can come together to celebrate and learn from one another. I extend my deepest gratitude to the organizers, performers, and everyone involved in making this Deepavali celebration a resounding success. Your dedication to promoting cultural understanding and creating memorable experiences for the university community is truly commendable.

Adequate facility, functional library with ample resources of books for students. Hostel in-campus is comfortable with variety of room choices with different price. There are always a room for improvement to be done by the university's management department for the well-being of the students.

Studied here 3years. Most of the lectures specifically factually of pharmacy are not helping the students but they know to condemn the students very well. Mahsa is well known for their trick of failing students and asking 100+ for resit. The main thing is when the lecture hates you for sure they will fail you. Simply taking your result slips are even difficult where your batch coordinator should be responsible for the result slip but coordinator will say I lost it just like that. And to get a new one need to pay RM10+. PAY BECAUSE THE BATCH COORDINATOR LOST IT ?. Management is very very focused of the fees . If you don’t pay by the time they simply bar you frm exam , you can’t get your results , etc. but when you need a help frm the management they will BUAT BODOH. Asking you to go there and here This is frm my experience. Please don’t choose this university. Even their certificate if well known very famous yet facility and management and lecture are useless and helpless. Toilet at the pharmacy faculty level 3 door broken , water pipe broken , smelly like school toilet.

If you want medical course, go for Txxlor or Moxxsh or IMx. If you want dentistry, go for IMx. If you want budget dental school, go for Sxgx. If you want budget medical school, go for perdaxx. These are a few school recommended by my friends and seniors. Their fees are high, but at least they never lie to student. Mahsa might look like they have cheap tuiton fees but be aware of alot of hidden fees. Anyway you will thanks me later.

Recently, my team conducted a program. During the process, the Hostel Management was very supportive, especially the hostel manager. He guided us through every single process and helped us go through every difficulties that we've faced. Also for the other hostel staffs, they encourage us resulting in lifting our spirit to conduct this program. It is very easy to cooperate with them. Thanks to that, we managed to finish the program successfully without any hitch. We're very thankful for that🥰❤️

I have read many reviews about this esteem university, though some are bad to hear and some are good. My apology goes to all students who had bad experience in this university and I will also apologize once again if any other person finds something difficult, he/she must feel free to report to the school management and I’m sure they will help you to get what you want just because they are there because of you the students.Even Prophet Mohammed and Jesus Christ faced challenges so please put in mind that challenges are part of our life’s. Try to take things normal sometimes and focus on what you want to achieve in life and you will definitely get it .Thank you. As for me I’m now in my admission process to join this great university next year 2024, and I’m really convinced to be a member because it’s a good place I will recommend to any person who needs a bright future.

Today I dropped off my sister at the hostel, and I have to admit, it looks way better than it used to like a complete transformation from garbage. My sister used to complain a lot about her stay, but after meeting the hostel manager, who is super friendly and generous now i feel much confident. I hope MAHSA continues doing a great job.

The university's state-of-the-art facilities and modern learning environment create the perfect setting for academic growth and personal development. One of the aspects that truly sets Mahsa University apart is its emphasis on practical, hands-on learning. The university provides numerous opportunities for students to engage in real-world experiences, internships, and research projects, which greatly enhance the learning process and prepare students for their future careers. Moreover, Mahsa University's commitment to fostering a global mindset is commendable. The multicultural student body and international partnerships contribute to a rich and vibrant learning community, exposing students to different perspectives and preparing them for success in an interconnected world. Overall, I am truly grateful for the transformative experience I have had at Mahsa University. I would highly recommend this institution to anyone seeking a high-quality education in a supportive and inspiring environment.

This is my opinion. From my experience … Mahsa University is one of the best private universities I have seen in my life.. Because they help students a lot from visa to filling all office documents. And they also noticed that there is no problem for the students and if any problem is reported to them, they try to solve it immediately. So my suggestion would be to keep MAHSA UNIVERSITY among your preferred universities… 🎓🎓❤️❤️

The university has a lot of nice facilities and they are helping also the students who have having financial difficulties. You can do a staggered payment and finance department will assist you. Also they are giving extra scholarships for those who are performing good in their results.
