Rubbish bookstore! Selling very expensive and service is suck in Rawang Town! Buying book must buy in popular not here!

I'm your loyal customer since my teen age. But today 6 jan 2023 around 6pm, your malay girl staff wearing spectacle (refuse to share her name) was very rude. Very bad customer service. This kind of attitude is not acceptable.

Came here to buy A4 holders and was greeted by a new employee who cannot speak Malay, but nevertheless tried his very best to help me. The boss helped us to guide the row of the stuff that I need and the guy still want to help me by asking me question in rough English. I successfully got what I wanted and impressed so much by the employee’s attitude - eagerness to serve, passion and respect just at the right place. This is one of the reason why Pustaka Rawang is a legend among this kind of shops. Well done!

A place with many books for secondary and primary schools. Also have a lot of basic art supplies. Have many stationary too.

Staffs were friendly and always ready to assist. The only part that bothered me was they dont have a good access of internet so it was hard for me to print something online (from Whatsapp). They dont have printing from emails, only from pendrive and Whatsapp. Hope could improve more on this. Other than that is great. Can find any stationeries, books, arts tools you want here.
