Doctor is friendly and knowledgeable . But to be honest , abit impatient as i haven’t give my full detail of sickness . And doctor give alot of unnecessary medicine to to make me pay more . Overall experience , probably wont come back again

I made a call, to ask about how much was the PCR test and told the Indian lady/receptionist to help with the registration as I was driving while talking to her. She responded to me in her rude tone and hang up the call. Thanks for your top notched service. Do better next time. I made a call yesterday. But today I came for my PCR. All the nurses were super pleasant. Well done! ⭐️

Very convenient, very clean and comfortable clinic. Dr Subatra, who was attending to my wife's vaccination was very polite, professional and friendly. If not for the vaccination, would not have discovered this clinic. Thank you to all the staff at the clinic for your kind assistance. 5 stars.

Had sent my grandmother to get vaccinated here and the service is just wonderful. I just had to wait a couple of minutes to enter the doctor's room after registration. The whole procedure took less than an hour. The staff was lovely, the service was efficient and everything ran smoothly. I would like to express my gratitude for everyone here in the clinic.

Today I took my mum 83 years old for long awaited vaccination. The clinic was very easy to locate on waze and there was plenty of parking in front of the clinic. We were 45mins early and we were given 2 forms to fill in which we did in the comfort of our car. The nurses were so friendly n helpful. My mum was a bit worried n excited and the friendly Dr helped to put her at ease. She went thru the questions n medication with her n the whole experience was so comfortable n professional. There was good social distancing as well. Wish I was having my vaccination there too. Hope we can have more centres of this quality. Thanks for the good work.

just got vaccinated for booster pfizer. came at 11am, need to wait a bit around 30mins. they will call 5-6 people at one go. Then injection done quickly. To improve, maybe registration nurse could inform those waiting that need to wait longer a bit. keep people patient. I saw some getting restless and asking whether doctor available or not. because we see inside clinic nobody is waiting. other than that, good experience and service. Tq.

First time went here sending my mum for vaccine. The guy doctor (not sure his name) was good and friendly. We are so impressed when first time went here with the good service. Today went again for my mum second dose vaccine. Is a lady doctor and her name is Dr Subatra. She’s giving good explanation about this second dose vaccine until my mum say “good service” and staff also is friendly too, very helpful. Highly recommended this clinic. Keep it up and always give the good service👍

I've been going to this clinic for 3 years and I don't recommend for you to waste your money/time, receptionist is terrible. I was/still sick, I went there to meet the doc for medicine, MC and swab PCR test but they don't allow meet the doctor due to policy because I'm doing swab test. Best advised to find a better clinic in Bukit jelutong or alam budiman

The doctors and nurses are ok but they tend to give too much medicine as can charged more. Some medication is repeated and not really necessary.

I know Klinik Metro because of my mum's first dose vaccination on 15/6/21. I filled in 2 copies of consent form & then asked my mum to sign. Dr explained in detail what type of vaccine given & possible symptoms after injection. Spent 40 minutes at clinic. Super fast and good service.

My dad went for his Covid vaccination. We were greeted politely by the staff. Dr Subatra was very friendly and explained to us patiently about the vaccine, the possible side effects and gave us some guidance on what to do after if symptoms develop over the next few days. Overall excellent service!
