The treatment was very good. My husband's wound for diabetic healed tremendously in one month, after more than 10 visits. Now we only go there once a week. Highly recommended especially for chronic healing wound. The price was reasonable, worth every cents for the service they provide. Doctor and staffs are very helpful.

Recently a few scratches by my pet cat Ruby, turned nasty and infected. Though I was seeing a Doctor and given antibiotics, the wounds got worse, crucifying pain. Became cellulitis, and I was still hesitant to get treatment. A good friend, Ms Banu, suggested and recommended Klinik Luka Poliklinik Sri Sendayan. On my first visit,, the sure yet comforting words by Dr Nathan, ensuring the wounds will heal, in about three to four weeks. The dressing done here, is like having a foot spa treatment. Gentle, professional and Kind- towards the patient and wound. I am now totally healed, spirit and body. I plan to visit on a quarterly basis, to have my feet examined and have my blood test. Lesson learnt : a wound that is not treated and cleansed properly, will never heal.

I brought my maid to see Dr Nathan during the pandemic as she was feeling a little under the weather. As we enterred his clinic, it felt very welcoming. During his consultation, Dr Nathan took some time in doing his diagnosis. He asked questions to really make sure my maid's condition at that time. He was very thorough and after being given the medication and as we left, we felt happy when the doctor and also the nurses wished us, "Semoga Cepat Sembuh". Eventually my maid became better and was in the pink of health after she took her medications given by Dr Nathan. Another good thing, Dr Nathan and his staffs also did follow ups on my maid a few days after our visit to their clinic. I felt very happy with their service.

Dr. Nathan is an incredible person. Not only he has taken good care of my health but he also kind hearted and friendly. He has method of explaining everything in a very clear manner for easy understanding. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person.

I want to be as fair as possible in my review about this clinic. Seems to be a nice and a clean clinic. I like the environment. I went there just for a severe sore throat which I had suffered for the last few days. Expect to get a good antibiotic, and probably a pain killer that's all. But I was stunned to pay a bill of RM124.00 for that kind of sore throat. I was given all sorts of medicine which I didn't expect. This is not an issue of expensive medical cost but more on common sense and sensibility of such treatment. RM124 for a sore throat ? Anyway, i just hope this clinic will continue to improve and prosper in future. What happen today is past, let's look positively in future.

To me, first of all, this clinic was near to our place. We met Dr Nathan in his early days in Sendayan for my daughter treatment. He able to attract my daughter for simple check up, my daughter was not keen with unfamiliar faces. Kids was like that in their early stage, but Dr Nathan do a great job. She felt ease and able to communicate with Dr on what was happening. 3rd, Dr Nathan was a different person, he's really taking care of his patients, and he really understands well on his patients situation. He a very good Dr, he treated us, explained to us, concerned on our conditions. Poliklinik Sendayan break the ice between Medical professionals towards a patient. We felt at ease when we able to communicate and Dr are giving his full attention and explaining to us in an understandably words. Poliklinik Sendayan proven that medical is not profit oriented but great hospitality under Dr Nathan care. We proud to have Poliklinik Sendayan as our favourite clinic and especially Dr Nathan as his team who have been doing a great job in ensure the health of his patients are taking care off. I brought my father from Johor to do diabetic wound treatment here at Poliklinik Sendayan .. Doctor Nathan is very good and skilled in handling diabetic wounds. He also treats patients very well and often provides effective wound care guidance. The staffs there are also very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the clinic is very comfortable and calming. Very satisfied.

Got a chance to see Dr Nathan in action treating his wound patients. He is meticulous and systematic with his work. Each step is clearly explained. And the progress for each wound is unbelivable given the period of time each has taken to heal. Highly recommended.

My dad, who is diabetic, had a bad motorbike accident, and ended up with 2 deep gashes, and multiple scrapes all along his right leg, arm, and shoulder. Initially went to another clinic to get the wound cleaned and dressed. Unfortunately, they also stitched up the deep gashes, which they shouldn't have done as the wounds ended up having "pockets" that were unclean and raw! This set back the healing progress by at least couple of weeks! Thankfully, I knew Dr Nathan, who always said "DRESSING a wound" and "TREATING a wound" are completely different things! Anyone can clean a wound, but if you want it to recover fast and well, you need someone specialized in wound TREATMENT--someone like Dr Nathan. My dad had a slow recovery, which was expected due to his diabetic condition, but with every visit to Dr Nathan's clinic, even though only twice a week (instead of every day at the first clinic), he made remarkable progress. Dr Nathan treated the wounds personally himself (not done by nurses/assistants) with a myriad of products that were designed to help the wounds heal better and faster. I am so grateful that the wounds are almost healed, after about only 5 weeks of visiting Dr Nathan. I shudder to think what might have happened if we had been ignorant, and continued going to the initial clinic to only get the wounds dressed. Thank you, Dr Nathan. My parents and I are so grateful for your personal touch, help, and expertise.

Last week(11/09/21)I was having severe pain and swollen right foot. meet Dr Nathan and he have treated my foot professionally. At 1st i was thinking there might be minor surgery since my foot is keep swelling.. but Dr Nathan take a look on foot and mention there's a infection..i was so worried.. Very calmly he told me not to wory..this can be treated.. he gave me jab, apply antibiotics cream and bandaged my foot.. he explain to me the medicine prescriptions one by one.. Two day's later he called to know weather the swelling n pain has gone and i said yes it has completely cured.no sharp pain n swelling.. i can move around happily.. Im very happy and thankful that Dr Nathan had given a proper treatment..and to be honest the fee is very very reasonable rate..my wife also was surprised..
