My experience with That White Dress was fantastic. The first time I went, I was quite overwhelmed with the sheer variety of dresses available - and was impressed that there was no service charge to fit, no time limit, and no restriction on photo taking. I returned 2-3 more times thereafter to confirm my dress of choice, and have it fitted - and Gwen provided clear and patient advice, while helping me select dresses and narrowing things down. At the last moment (two days prior to my wedding), I made a last minute change to my dress as the initial one was too grand for my venue, and Gwen accommodated my request. She went so far as to make a last minute alteration when the bust was loose, changing the veil and genuinely sharing my delight at finding the perfect dress. I received plenty of compliments; people asked if I'd tailor made it for myself. In short, had a really good experience with TWD and would highly recommend again.

Despite having tons of wonderful designs in the store that I could freely pick from, the staff did a very friendly approach by helping me to choose what best fits me. It was super stress-free because they don't follow you as you move from a dress to another. And most importantly, no hard sell at all. The session was so enjoyable that I managed to try out few dresses in just 30 minutes! We were also given discounted rates upon placing two orders plus free rental of veils and hair accessories without additional charges. Let alone any hidden charges. While returning the dress, we told them that there were quite an amount of soil and dirt on the dress and we agreed they could charge us for that. Surprisingly, they did not charge any cleaning fee on us as their laundry team assured us the dirt could be removed. I felt amazed and relived the same time! Having all these said, my whole experience with TWD was pleasant and communication with the staffs was effective. To all the brides-to-be out there who are looking for your wedding dress, I would say TWD is indeed one of the best decisions we have ever made. :)

I wanted a blue wedding gown and found theirs. I lost few kg just to fit in their prettiest gown and I did. I received tons of compliments about my choice of dress. One even said I looked like a Disney Princess. Totally a worth it choice. Trust me, the price is reasonable, Customer service is very good. I was comfortable liaising with all the staffs there. I had the best experience in selecting my bridal gown at that white dress. I am plus sized so it’s difficult to find something that suits me well. I have also told them my concerns and this dress is needed for a church wedding. I admit I was quite overwhelmed and I know that this is a huge decision to make.. That white dress has been very patient enough to let me try on the dress 3 times (separately) as I brought along my friends/parents from overseas to have a look with me. After 3 times then only I was convinced this was the look for me and I’m so glad that it turned out well. Thank you so much for being very patient with an indecisive customer like myself 😅 most importantly thanks for understanding this is the most important decision that I’ll have to make and did not rush me to make a decision on the spot. The best place to look for a wedding dress hands down! They have a HUGE collection for whatever suits your style which made it difficult to choose a dress because there were so many nice ones! Found my wedding dress here. I thought it would be so hard to find a beautiful dress since I'm wearing hijab. But TWD can even customize for hijabi. Gwen is very attentive and understanding. Booked a dress since 2020 and my reception got hold up due to PKP and finally got to hold my reception in December 2021. Changed to other dress finally a month before the reception. Thank you Gwen and team for finding my dream dress. Love it!

Really accommodating. Got a really nice white/eggshell colour suits with no problem. Very affordable for the quality of the suit to rent. Got the deposit payment less than 24 hours after returning the rented suit.

I like the styles of dresses in this shop. Quite delicately made. The whole fitting experience is quite enjoyable as it does not feel rushed and staff were on hand to help you try out each piece.

I have my wedding dress custom made by other fashion designer but I decided to rent a wedding dress from this shop due to some reasons. I strongly encourage everyone to rent their wedding dress instead of custom made, not only it's a lot cheaper but you have lesser stress and do not have to worry whether the wedding dress turns out to be nice or whether the designer can deliver it on time (sometimes the size may run small and you do not have sufficient time to look for other dress as usually custom made dress will only be delivered few days before your wedding). A friend of mine had to look for a new dress within 48 hours after her designer failed to alter her wedding dress to a bigger size and she got bruises all around her hands by wearing it). Also, a little regret for not renting more wedding dresses from this shop as all my friends said the dress I rented is prettier than the custom made (without knowing which one is rented & custom made) and they were shocked when I told them it's actually rented and not custom made. Further, their service is so much better than all the designers I have approached (honestly I don't know why, maybe it is my bad luck, most of the designers I have approached gave me the arrogant feeling). So, rent your wedding dress from this shop! Their price is cheaper than other rental shop and also they offer more rental days.

Highly recommended. Its not just the dresses but the price too. More choices of dresses compare to other places and the price is way more reasonable than other places too. Gwen provided a couple of choices and filtered my dress to understand my taste and suggested my dress accordingly. I was very satisfied with the selection of dress and my partners suit too. I have only good experiences when it comes to That White Dress. Everyone there was super accommodating, encouraging and nice to me during my first visit which was a change from my other experiences from other bridal rental shops. Everyone there made me feel comfortable even tho I was self conscious as my body type is bottom heavy. Fun fact, my older sis rented her wedding dresses from That White Dress for her wedding five years ago. They were open to alter their dresses to fit each bride’s personal taste which allows each bride to have a customised wedding dress on her wedding day. I received many compliments on my wedding dresses and it felt bitter sweet when returning the dresses back. Will definitely suggest That White Dress to future brides.

Gwen and her team were superb and very helpful from the first day we visited. My husband and I visited a few shops but we were very satisfied with TWD and finally booked our special outfit here because of their wide array of elegant dresses to choose from, and also patient and happy staffs. Worth to visit if u are looking for a classy white gown for your special day.

The team at TWD are amazing and really helpful. From the first time I went to the two times after they were really patient and gave suggestions on dress types. This was the first bridal shop I went to and I was planning to check out a few places but after my first visit, the vibes they gave off and their friendliness (compared to others I had contacted to make fitting appointments at) made me decide to stick with them. They have a large range of dresses available as well and can make minor adjustments to the dresses e.g. removing or adding on sleeves. I changed the sleeve of the dress I rented and they even sewed on hand ring at the bottom of the dress so I could lift it up off the floor hands free during my first dance. They also have accessories to rent and rent the veil as part of the dress rental package. I would recommend checking out this place if you are looking for a wedding gown.

My experience with That White Dress was great! Highly recommend going there 1st before going anywhere else. I went there after searching online. They have a variety of dresses available - and was impressed with their service pre-fitting, during fitting and post fitting. I returned there twice to finalise it, I shortlisted a few dresses, however I did not end up getting a dress there because of different reasons (family had different requirements). Regardless I had a very good experience with TWD and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for white wedding dresses for all skin colour and all sizes.

This is the best stop for wedding gown after I have visited 3 bridal shops. Plenty of choices, reasonable pricing and very good service by Winny and Yolin. There's no limit and charges on trying and they are very willing to help you to try on as many dresses as you can until you find a suitable one. The designs are also amazing. I would suggest the owner to improve the Instagram profile to attract more customers as their profile look less attractive compared to other bridal shops😊

More than the glitz and glamour, the selection of a dress is very important for a bride on her special day. This business was my first choice (found online) and I made an appointment weeks ahead of my wedding date because it was the MCO period and I didn't want to risk anything. I was so excited and pumped to go to this boutique and finally try on some beautiful dresses.. Just as my mom and I (they allow a guest with you) entered, the staff gave us a warm friendly welcome and soon enough helped us to sort the kind of dresses I'd love to try on. (Mind you, they have about 200-300 wedding dresses) Sleeves, V-neck, laces, mermaid, trumpet, fishtail, sheath, oooo just name it) With a few quick questions, they knew exactly what I wanted. However, the dress that I had chosen was a little long for me, Gwen and her team (Sasha, Samantha) quickly worked on the rapid manual temporary alterations and finally, I was able to say "YES TO THE DRESS!!" They too have lovely choices of tiaras & veil for brides to pick from. The wedding dress rental comes with a tiara and veil of your choice for 1 week. What I love the most was the fitting experience, because they really worked their magic there!! Loved every bit of my experience with them.. Thank you very much! 💞

Honestly, the wedding experience for me is super hectic, I have masters degree classes in between. Therefore, I only want nothing but smooth wedding prep. Wasn't planning to rent a dress as I already have Thai gown (might as well just wear that right) but I do not wanna miss being all princess-y. Also, I was planning to just go to one store and rent it right way without having to store-hop. Read the review, That White Dress was among the best place to offer the dress and most importantly, the service and experience. Went there and it was indeed what everyone has mentioned. Yolene was the one who chose THE dress for me, just like how I wanted. I was being all weight conscious but the dress actually turns out great! So future brides out there, go for THAT WHITE DRESS!

Really attentive staff - recco to go during weekdays but you can slot in your appointment for the weekend too but expect it to be busy and there's only bout 4 dressing rooms what more with others bringing their entourage. They really have an extensive collection and for me who usually wears a UK12, there's a room dedicated to us 'big' girls. And if you see something you like but it doesn't come with sleeves - feel free to ask them if there's sleeves cause most likely they do and they can make it for you. Like for my dress it had a deep v and no sleeves but they added sleeves and brought the neck line up. Renting prices are very reasonable and it comes with a free veil so definitely have them in mind for your big day!

The right place to get your dream gown. They have loads of collection....definitely spoilt for choices. The staffs were very courteous, especially Gwen who was very patient entertaining my antiques and demands for hours. She knew exactly what I was looking for. Very professionally handled as well, even during MCO, they ensured the gown was picked up on timely manner without any hassle from my end at all. They made it very easy for me, couldn't ask for more from Gwen. Would certainly recommend this boutique and thumbs up for the beautiful gowns! It was a very memorable experience with That White Dress. I’m searching for the gown that is suitable for wedding by the beach, but at the same time it’s not too revealing. So I went there with my mother, lucky me cz there’s no other people by that time so we can enjoy our time there. I chose a lot of beautiful gowns to try, and they have the options to help us covering the part of the gown if we wish to do so. It’s hard to choose, tbh. At the end, the lady brought me another gown to try and yessss!! That’s the best and I chose that. The dresses & the gowns there are well maintained and it’s all clean. I glad I found TWD. I also rent the suit for my husband there. It’s the best choice that we’ve made 😘
