Bad in every way. 1. No Wi-Fi 2. No TV (we were only informed about it after we have paid the booking deposit) 3. Old and dated facility, electric short happened when we were here. 4. Barbeque pit and tables + chairs are not inclusive in the accommodation fee 5. Though we've paid to rent the tables and chairs for the family gathering, it was occupied by other guests and the staff only took action after we made complain (not pro-active at all) 6. Many of our family members encountered ghoulish and paranormal experience during our 1 night stay. In short, DO NOT COME HERE

this map is wrong..Kampung Balik Batu Tanjung Bidara and Kampung Bukit Palah is different village..it's more than 30km apart..

Bad experience..bad service at all..in photos look like nice place but actual not..seriously the staff always say busy in meeting whatsoever..not recommended!!!!!

It’s decent place to stay…don’t expect this place to be like a 4 star or a 5 star hotel (it’s rated 1 star hotel) the ambient is relaxing if you want to get away to a remote (kinda) area…staff is really nice and friendly, i understand sometimes the staff couldn’t attend to me because they are short on staff and plus everyone is healing their business after what happened to world. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
