i got my PCR ( 2 times ) , RTK ( RAT ) ( more than 3 times) tested here, since 2022. some time need to wait for 20 mins, some time just took me 5 mins for wait the test. Result for PCR within 24 hours, RTK as usual 15 mins. Big thumb for follow up service : I'm covid positive patient. I have alot of doubts and worries after 7 days quarantine, but i still insist to take RTK test, to ensure my body covid doesnt pass to my kid ( premature baby ). The doc( Doctor Norhayati ), and nurse/ receptionist (Ms Ramesh) , told me according to KKM im safe from covid. Yet, i need re-ensure im "safe" i willing to take RTK , they do remind me, mysehjatera will turn red, extended 7 days quarantine and etc... after they explained the consequences on my mysehjatera. im still insist of taking RTK tested. and it turn out positive ( it have super light faded line on the "t" side). Dr. Norhayati comfort me, not to worried, the virus is reducing in my body, and giving me advices. After i got home, i still got doubts and question about my covid case, so i made a call, they very generous giving me advices. Thanks for caring patient emotional. Visiting this clinic for more than a year, always disappointed with lady Dr ! Even my cousin has experienced it, went on 22/11 not even 10mins Dr check and send out, I believe as a Dr they should put effort to check their patient physically and mentally, when patient is in pain both will be effected, u can just check and prescribe medication and just send out, but why not check patient history and what is the patients real condition, xley buat keja cincai, faham Dr seorang jerr handle patient so Dr nak cepatkan xpi kena lahh faham emosi patient jugakk, xkan 10mins nak jumpa xpi tunggu 30-60min lpastu byrn ambik plk dkt2x rm150, hmmm klau camtu boleh jerrr beli ubat kat pharmacy ubat sama jerrr… i understand every private sector wants to make money, I have experienced in medical field too, xpi jgn bagi patient cam down ngan treatment camtu, patients believe and come to a clinic, pls have some intention to cure them rather than having intention to build the business only, hope to see the improvements, thank you.

I did my ultrasound scanning at 25 weeks here by an expert sonographer. A very a experienced sonographer reveal gender within seconds and gave a clear 4D image! So happy and comfortable with the way she spoke to me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 the best. 2 months ago I did sonotron treatment for my baby who was having phlegm. After 2-3 days I saw the phlegm coming out. I repeated the treatment three times. It was worth it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💯💯 I would really recommend this treatment for babies it is painless.

Terrible. Brought my 72yo mother, who is down with Covid and all the symptoms, to get meds. They asked us to wait outside, at the sidewalk that opens out to the main road. There is no fan or proper shelter in this hot and humid weather. So much for a care clinic.

The receptionist is very rude, starts questioning you in front of other patients about why you want to see the doctor, whatever happened to patient & doctor confidentiality? I have been to this clinic for the 4th time and still get asked whether I been to this clinic. Furthermore they asked me to rate the clinic 5 stars when I was collecting my medicine on my 3rd visit. However the doctor was nice and good, but the overall treatment is bad in general.
