Liked the customer service, Syed Haji have helped me patiently through my selection. The collection could have been upgraded, as I see the same models which I saw almost 8months back.

I liked the collection of caratlane. But experience with the staff was utter disappointed and dissatisfied as Ms.Anushrita was only focusing and wasted my time and ate my brain about the scheme. And dint allow us to shop at peace. Obviously any customer would be interested in discounts or offers on credits cards n points. While shopping she said that there is 500 points discount by giving referral and in the end she said there is no offer it was only on studs etc. When a customer is interested in a particular product she should have mentioned about discount applicability before she mentioned it while billing. I felt it was utter waste doing whole of the referring as in the end it dint fetch me anything on the day of purchase. In this process she wasted time.Explaining about scheme would have been okay if she had clarity on it. She has poor communication skills, was rude also. While billing she was delaying the process by again and again tell us about the scheme.

We went to buy our engagement rings from this store and our experience was outstanding. Shabbir who was the customer service representative was extremely good at his job. He showed us perfect rings, helped us choose the right rings. I have visited this store multiple times before but yesterday my experience was very bad. The store has kept on the same stock over the past 6 months and haven't tried stocking new designs. Most of the designs we can see from the app is not available there. Very limited options for products, for example I went to buy a nose pin but they just showed 2-3. And the sales representative, Zakir, was least bothered to show us products or ask us about any other requirements. He didn't even provided extra chair for us. Poor service, very few stock, bad staff behaviour.
