Pelayanan amat sangat buruk!!! Saya awal niat mau member 2 bln sudah bayar tp tbtb ada kerjaan keluar kota saya mau refund uangnya dan bayar pervisit aja eh malah segala di potong biaya admin 100rb berdua. Saya bayar member couple 420rb di balikinnya cuman 250rb wkwk tau bed duit nig gym. Sistem refundnya pun susah lama! Dan ada satu Personal trainer liat saya baru dateng bawa bawa belt mau latihan kaki eh tbtb dia masuk ambil alih alat sendiri. Seharusnya seorang PT latihannya pas lg member sepi bukan malah ambil alih alat duluan buat member. Mana tempat sempit, kalo gym besar kek di mall msh saya wajarkan jika sistem refund lama ini gym ruko sistemnya lama pdhl saya bayar ga sampe berhari2 baru hitungan 1 jam malah. Gym anehhh baru kali ini liat tempat gym kaya begini
