Hated the new online check in and lots of facilities have not been repaired for over 2 years

I stopped coming here when Covid hit. I remember it was a lot cleaner and well-maintained back then before the pandemic. During my last visit on Sunday, I saw used maskers (plural) lying on the floor near one of the equipments. Most treadmills were offline. The male showers had a strong smell of ammonia. Water dispenser in the male shower was leaking. Sad to see that now it’s just a husk of its former self.

Since pandemic, the gym is not really well maintained, however this is the place I lift weights almost every morning

Clean and comfortable gym. The member price is worth it. Remember to bring your own tumblr to drink from water dispenser. Personal trainers are also helpful. Minus point: to many fallen hairs in female bathroom and weekdays 6 PM to 8 PM are super crowded.

Not the best gym, but the membership is cheap. The locker room are not well ventilated so its hot and smelly, the showers are dirty and not cleaned regularly.

Pretty good for burning cardio n muscle training, there's an available PT. Pretty crowded in the morning and evening. Clean bathroom n sauna

I start to get work out in Gold's Gym in the middle of May and I really love the atmosphere, and the people are so nice, beside you can look around while you walk in treadmill, not a bad view.

The service are bad the frontline not good for service people, not recommended

As of now, they provide towels once again after 2+ years pandemic. Sauna also back to service

The place is still a bit hot, the equipment is still incomplete unlike in the Breese and SMS areas

Best option for fitness and health if you are living around Bintaro. The fee is relatively cheap and worth the price. The staff and personal trainers are also very helpful when it comes to customer service

Nice & friendly staff, coach & trainer but the A/C in cycling room doesn't work properly. Wanna some challenge? Come and try the HOT cycling class in this gym...

Starting 2024 with a healthy life, so decided to go to the gym in Bintaro because the location is close to home, the PT is patient and fun to teach

I have been a member since 2014 for all clubs. After several outlets are closed, since 2017 the only place is nearest for me to access is Gold's Gym Bintaro Xchange. Since then, the quality of the gym has been decreasing. Equipements are old and often broke down and take forever to be fixed. Sauna is often broke down, and now the AC in the men's locker room is broke and never fixed for almost a year. Just waiting for a new gym to opens up and move there!
