Terrible experience. We were in the separate building, which is still under semi-renovation. The rooms are quite clean but that is all good about them. There is no fridge, no trash can, the pillows are uncomfortable. The second night the hot water ran out in the whole building, several people had to take a shower with freezing water. They fixed it just in the next morning. At breakfast and dinner the young waiters are clumsy and annoying. I didn't get what I ordered. A glass of cocktail spilled, no one came to clean it up after half an hour even though they saw what happened. They speak just german, do not know a single word in english. I have been in many hotels in my life but this was the worst so far. Do not recommend to anyone!!

I was in the hotel Lamm for a workshop this week and I loved the place. The hotel is nice and cosy, well organized if you want to have a workshop but it has nothing of the cold atmosphere that you find in the big chains. The staff is lovely and nice and the dinner and lunch were extremely good. The restaurant has a romantic feeling and I would see a candle light dinner without any effort. Breakfast was also ok and the snacks served in the middle of the workshop day, were appreciated ba all. Overall absolutely recommended and not only for a workshop.
