The
most
terrible
experience
in
a
long
while,
we
actually
left
the
restaurant
before
the
food
arrived
first
time
ever.
It
seems
popular
so
we
made
a
reservation
and
were
10
minutes
late
to
it
(
parking
is
nearly
impossible,
don’t
bring
a
car).
I
came
with
my
2
kids
while
my
husband
was
looking
to
park.
We
were
greeted
and
seated
by
a
great
host,
very
friendly
and
polite,
thanks
to
him
because
this
is
where
the
service
disappeared.
15
minutes
later,
we
still
had
nobody
even
bringing
the
menus.
I’m
sitting
with
2
kids
in
the
middle
of
a
very
busy
restaurant
(
good
for
them)
and
being
completely
ignored.
I
understand
they
are
busy
but
it’s
impossible
to
even
catch
someone’s
eye.
My
husband
came
and
another
10
minutes
later
our
waitress
finally
coming
over
with
the
menu.
We
asked
her
to
give
us
5
minutes
to
look
at
the
menu
before
ordering.
Another
10
minutes
later
we
finally
are
able
to
order.
Another
15
minutes
later
not
even
a
wine
is
at
our
table.
At
this
point,
me
and
kids
have
been
at
the
restaurant
for
50
minutes.
My
younger
kid
is
asleep
now.
My
husband
says
that
at
this
rate
we
will
get
a
parking
ticket
as
well,
and
we
decide
to
leave.
We
tried
to
catch
our
waitress
to
ask
her
to
cancel
the
order
and
offered
to
pay
for
the
coperto.
She
asks
why
but
nothing
is
really
offered
in
a
way
of
even
an
apology.
It’s
probably
worth
mentioning
that
at
least
2
tables
around
us
with
Italian
patrons
who
arrived
way
later
than
us
were
finishing
their
first
course
by
the
time
we
were
leaving.
