great starbucks and great baristas. i have gotten a bad drink before but if you tell them they remake it right away. the drive through lines are also quick especially now that they have a mobile order line

The one that just opened in Mt Sinai is much better. This one runs out of things, rarely has food items, seems to run out of the flavors that are seasonal which the other one down the road doesnt seem to run out. The food doesn't seem as fresh as the one down the road, and it is typically very slow whether on the pre order line or the normal line. Imo they seem to focus on the pre order line and not the ordering on the spot line.

Hannah working today at the drive thru window needs an attitude adjustment. It’s not our fault that you didn’t get to do your laundry & have nothing to wear. Please be more respectful & mindful towards customers. We didn’t appreciate the negative vibes today.

This am I went through, ordered my coffee mobile but then needed to add croissant. The girl asked me to put it through app and it was saying “sold out”, so I went to window, was greeted with a big smile and handed the croissant and hot coffee. The whole interaction was really nice and the food was good and hot. Meant to tip but didn’t have cash. Thank you!

The only Starbucks location around that knows what it's doing.

The BEST group of employees ever. They knew my name by the 3rd visit and ALWAYS go above and beyond what is expected.

The cubby girl with short hair is very unprofessional . She messed up my drink then made a new drink and completely messed up. SMH. Not satisfied at all!!! She rushes through things and that’s not ok. I wish I can post a picture of what my drink looks like

So happy that this is my local Starbucks. The separate drive thru for mobile orders is so convenient and the staff is amazing. More times than not they’ll make my day with how kind and friendly they are!

I decided to leave this five-star comment after my recent experience. I have to say, this is the best starbucks location I have visited. I came here often before my recent move to Michigan. Here they have a drive through line specifically for mobile orders. Therefore, you can always get your drink in 2 min if you ordered online. However, the one in Saline, Michigan was extremely bad. I waited 20 min for the first time and 30 min for the second time in the drive-through even though I ordered online. This is why I decide to comment here! Great thanks to this location providing such a great service in the past a few years. I will miss you in Michigan.

Wanted a coffee fix, just right for my need that night.

The new thing with 1 lane order and 1 lane mobile pick up. The line size isn’t even close. Makes no sense would love some clarity why that was done. Having that line stretch out to the streeet in 347 isn’t safe.

They have a mobile order drive-thru pickup window, you place a mobile order. Then upon arrival, they have the mobile pickup window closed and expect you to wait on regular drive-thru line. What's the point of ordering a mobile order? Beyond stupid.

First time at this location and it was great! I placed my mobile order while on line (Which wasn't long) and it only took about 5 minutes to get my order and the staff was super friendly and sweet and even wrote a cute little note on my bag..little things like that really make a difference and I will definitely return if I'm in the area again, as this location isn't near my home. Great location and staff !!

Placed my To-go order on my way to work for my iced brown sugar expresso and received a cup of milk with ice I did not taste any type of coffee in my drink what so ever and my croissant was freezing cold…. I only arrived two minutes after placing the order. Beyond annoyed as I wanted coffee on my way to work not a cup of milk🤢🤮

i ordered a pink drink with light ice and got a cup of coconut milk full of ice. unfortunately this happens often at this starbucks but i try again since it’s in a convenient location close to home. won’t be returning.

This location staff is on point, fast service, professional, friendly and just great sense of humor. This is a new location I started coming to, and everyone on staff deserves a promotion and a pay increase to their salary.
