Gym with large space, well ventilated, equipment in the weight room is very good. It has several treadmills and bikes to perform cardio. The group classes are great too, I highly recommend them. My favorites are the pump, grit and rit box with Professor João. The pools are very good and well looked after, my daughter takes classes and has had no allergy problems and takes classes with her aunt Cris, who is a lovely teacher. There are still several modalities, pilates, water aerobics, ballet.... There's a really cool space to leave the kids while we do physical activities. The professionals are great, from the reception girls, the sales team, the cleaning staff, the personal team... everyone is very friendly and efficient. The snack bar has good snacks, everything is always very fresh and delicious and made by a nutritionist. It's the best gym in the region, in my opinion.
