Beautiful caves with very good accent lighting and sturdy walkways and stairs throughout. I could literally spend all day inside the cave. If you don't speak Portuguese, call ahead and try arranging for an English tour guide. I didn't but still enjoyed the tour even though I couldn't understand a word the guide was saying. Contrary to what Google maps says, there is not a natural history museum here. There is one skeleton of a prehistoric animal inside the one cave, but that's all.

Arco do Andre, must have to do, the trail is clean and accessible to children from 9 years old, the Rena (Reinaldo) guide is the best because he is native and works for the park. The problem is that nobody speaks English in the region.

This cave is awesome. It is 200 meters deep and a lot of stalactites and stalagmites, some 500,000 years old. It has a good pathway for access and tourist guide to provide information. It has also some prehistoric paintings on the walls. The place is worth visiting!
