Worst airport lounge I have ever been in. No restrooms in the lounge at all. Absolutely no food available whatsoever, only bottles of water, orange juice, a few cans of various flavours of soda pop. Coffee & tea were available, but you weren’t allowed to serve yourself, you had to ask someone to get it for you, yet there was no-one behind the counter. Asked the receptionist if I could have a coffee and she begrudgingly came to serve me. They only had espresso, and no lattes or decaf coffee and in addition to all that, there was no milk, no cream nor any coffee whitener for coffee or tea available at all. Black or with sugar only. Super disappointing when you were counting on eating a meal between flights. Very small lounge, and although it did have lots of charge ports for electronics, the televisions didn’t work and there were no magazines, newspapers or anything around to read. Staff wasn’t very friendly either. Never pay the entry fee to come in here, it’s totally not worth it.

Poor place to spend time,poor lounge with bad small snacks,terrible staff,worse lounge ever....it's not a lounge it's a road side cheaper place where u can enter to spend time but get no good feeling

No real food; just cheap pastries. Sometimes they tell Priority Pass holders they are only allowed to drink water. It’s not clean. Some of the chairs are broken or leaning to the side.

lounge is very functional with lots of outlets, good wifi, strong coffee, and enough seating during the period we were there, not sure why there are so many poor reviews

What kind of sorry excuse of a lounge is this?! First pic: thats the length of the lounge. Barely any seating. Second pic: cold "food" in a fridge. Theres mini cold cut sandwiches that they microwave for you. Heres the kicker: theres burger sliders BUT thats only for BUSINESS! Probably the worst lounge i been in.

The check in process takes longer than the time you’d want stay in the lounge.. whoever is running this place, hats off for staying open with the absence of qualifications

I have travelled all over the world, this lounge gets one star just because it's there. Very limited seating. Countered 3 broken chairs, right as we entered. The coffee machine was the only decent item in the whole place, served with a smile by the attendant. For food they had hard boiled eggs, some sweet pastries and orange juice. They ran out of every item within seconds as there were only 3-4 of each in the limited selection. You are probably better off in some food court in the terminal, rather than seating in this lowest budget business lounge I have ever seen. I can't believe that airlines who cater to their business class customers accept a lounge like that, despite the fact that It is not necessarily a dedicated lounge to one airline, but probably shared by a few.

Awful lounge. Unprofessional staff who care more about speaking loudly with each other than anything else. Hard to get any work done with them chattering away. Their cleaning lady doesn't seem interested in lifting bar stools. Instead she drags them loudly all over the place. There was no food in sight, only coffee. Fortunately with my credit card I didn't have to pay to get in. I feel sorry for anyone who actually pays to come into this dump.

Staff looked like they didn't want to be there. There was no food except boiled eggs but nothing to eat with. We sat there for a bit and decided to leave and go to the restaurant instead. This is the worst lounge I have been to so far, total disaster. Don't waste your lounge access pass visiting this lounge it's waste if money.

It’s a decent business lounge with shower and buffet option, although I wouldn’t say that the food option is anything to write home about, plus it doesn’t have any beds and some employees aren’t the nicest ones.

My visit to Pearl Lounge was truly disappointing. The employees were incredibly rude, especially the check-in person. The food and beverages were of poor quality and far from what I expected. The bathrooms were dirty and had a horrible smell, making the entire experience unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on my visit.

The lounge is very small and cannot accommodate more than 25 ppl at a time. Breakfast was a croissant and machine coffee. We had to grab a bite at the Starbucks because of how insufficient the food was. One of the worst lounges we've been to. The only good thing about it is the staff who try to make your visit somewhat pleasant.

We were given a few pastries which were okay. We were feeling hopeful when we saw chafing dishes on the serving counter and a large, empty display case that are not even in use. We thought items were going to be replenished but there was never anything in them to begin with. The side counter had two old items left in a display case and we were told that they weren’t putting anything else out. The lounge itself is pleasant enough. There is an enclosed play area for children and there is also an enclosed smoking room. The lounge smells of smoke regardless of the enclosed smoking room. The lounge was virtually empty but little to no effort was made by the staff to clear tables that had been used. Very disappointing.

First time at this airport and was a bit disappointed. Lounge was cold and uncomfortable. There was food to pay for that looked bad and then there was free food that looked even worst. Needs to be more warm and inviting. Reminds me of an upgraded break room at work.

I had an amazing experience at Pearl lounge terminal 1.. I had access with my credit card, the lounge was clean, good service and food was just okay.. Fatiha was very helpful and giving very good customer service

The lounge is not clean. By 8:30 am nothing to serve to Custumer beside basic coffee, It’s more a waiting area than a lounge.

1- Horrible staff and employees. 2- Accès based on employes mood not based on your credentials 3- they ask for tip at the door 4- Poor environment

The worst lounge I have ever been to! The first time I came, they had no food and not even water. On my return trip, they had some food but only 2 items were free, the rest you have to pay for. The workers are not friendly. The bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper. Terrible experience! Would rate 0 stars if possible

It's just a sitting place with extremely basic food. I read the previous reviews and was astonished to see that the same complaint about not having milk for coffee was filed several weeks ago. Soda water is also unavailable. Apparently, they don't care about the facility. The doors in the restroom cabins can't be closed, so wait for a surprise :-( The flight info is not available
