Very poor customer service. We travelled from another city for 5 hr to reach here and their restaurant was closed. They only open it for certain time. No vending machine. For toiletry item they just give one small soap. Horrible food at restaurant. Looks like meat was kept frozen for a long time. Over priced food at restaurant.

Extremely happy with our stay! A couple of negative reviews made me a little apprehensive but we were pleasantly surprised with how nice everything was with our overnight stay at ONOMO Casablanca airport hotel. We booked three rooms in advance for our family of six (only two people fit in each room). The rooms were very clean and our late check in was easy. The hotel was quiet also. There is a shuttle that shows up every hour at the airport (ask someone that works at the airport where you can get the ONOMO shuttle, all the staff I talked to recognized ONOMO shuttle and where to find it). I did have a hard time calling the hotel with the number displayed on Google for the hotel but it may be because of my international calling plan. I did an online check in but I was unsure of where to find the shuttle or if the shuttle was going to be there since my flight was getting in late (past midnight). As it turned out, airport workers directed me on where to find the shuttle and a driver for another hotel's shuttle told me ONOMO would show up eventually and it did. When we got to the hotel it only took a couple of minutes to check-in which was great since it was 1am. Our rooms were on the third floor and they were each nice and clean. The breakfast the next day was really good too. There is a nice outdoor courtyard with chairs and I wished we had a little more time the previous night to enjoy it more. The shuttle is only about five minutes to the airport and they drop you right where you need to enter the airport. Our tickets did not tell us whether we were terminal 1 or 2 but you can find out once you are inside. You can walk to either terminal once you are inside the airport. Great stay and I would definitely do it again.

Modern hotel near Casablanca airport. Reception and hotel staff - 4 starts. Efficient and professional. Rooms - 4 starts - clean, decent sized, modern decor Shuttle - 2 star - runs only once an hour, so long wait at airport both incoming and outgoing :(. Hotel should change to every 30 mins Restaurant - 1 Star - poor service, mistakes in order, equipment out of order. But you have no other options if you stay here, so very disappointing.

Nice modern hotel. Nothing around the building: so it's only convenient if you have a flight to catch and cannot stay too far. Cleaning can be improved. The most disappointing part was the restaurant, although some of the waiters are very nice, food was not always good or, even worse, not even close to what was written on the menu. In particular, asked for a dessert that should have been made with ginger ice cream and we got a vanilla ice cream on a cookie...

Stayed here on an overnight layover to be near the airport since the flight left very early next day. They have a free airport shuttle which is great. We were able to easily take a taxi into downtown Casablanca from here. The room were clean, the staff was amazing and I would recommend anyone looking for a hotel near the airport to stay here.

Stayed here for a night after arriving to Casablanca at around 1:30am without a previous booking. Reception, breakfast, and housekeeping was nice. Ilham was very helpful and kind. I ended up extending my stay because my flight was late. Overall I would definitely come back.

The room was clean, but the A/C was out of service. Wasn't able to get proper help or a convenient solution. Also, they said that they gave me an upgrade for my room at the check-in, but I got exactly what I paid for, so I'm not sure why they were promoting the upgrade. Overall, the hotel was very close to the airport.

Although only rated 3 stars, this hotel is super clean and has everything you need when you land off a flight. The only reason for giving 3 stars is because we arrived late with a 2 year and required a cot in the room. They seemed to take an hour or more to get this to our room, by this time the baby was extremely tired as were we. So the service in this regard needs improvement. We will absolutely return here as the location and cleanliness was fantastic, but just wish we had not had the issue with cot and would have given this place a 5 star for sure. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, a little expensive for what it was, but still very reasonable. Overall would absolutely come back here for the location and clean and tidy rooms and hotel in general. Parking available on site which was also a bonus.

A bit expensive with respect to Morroccan standards, but it is worth it on terms of quality. I spent two nights there after I got an issue with my initial flight. I went directly to the hotel and asked for a room at the desk: the hotel is big enough so that it can accommodate last minute bookings without effects on pricing. Internet was relatively good: I could work whole day long over the internet without major issues (transferring large files was however problematic). You can have all your meal there. Food price is OK, but I found that there was not enough Morroccan traditional meals. The room is clean and in very good condition. However, the amenities are limited : just one soap and one all-purposes shampoo (no hair dryer, no tooth brush, etc...). In overall, it was a pleasant stay, although amenities should be improved.

Every staff was very kind and smiling. And the free shuttle bus, which will come each one hour precisely and even at 6am, was really useful. And I appreciate the breakfast, the hotel prepared for me because I couldn’t have by the early flight. Very clean room and comfortable. Totally recommend it !!!

I am deeply saddened to pen down this review for ONOMO . My recent visit was far from a satisfying experience and I feel duty-bound to share my disappointment. Starting with the airport transfer service, it was an inadequate arrangement. Despite being a mere 2km away from the airport, the hotel only offers a shuttle service every hour. Arriving a little late for the scheduled service led to an unnecessary hour-long wait at the airport, and we finally resorted to a taxi which cost us 100dh for a ride that barely lasted two minutes. This was a disappointing start to what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. Following the transfer debacle, the dinner served at the hotel was a further letdown. The quality of food was subpar which not only hampered my dining experience but also led to a sleepless night. A hotel of such repute should, at the very least, ensure a decent meal for its guests. Moreover, the room I was assigned was uncomfortably cold, in spite of it being July. Disconnection of the air conditioning unit did little to improve the situation, and I found myself shivering throughout the night, an occurrence that was puzzling and uncomfortable in equal measure. My stay at ONOMO was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Its proximity to the airport, the primary reason for my selection, was outweighed by the issues that marred my experience. There are other more convenient nearby.

Better than expected from the reviews read. We had no issues whatsoever and felt like we were in a good hotel from back home. Proximity to the airport was great as we could drop off our rental car in the evening, walk back, sleep sound and take the airport shuttle the next morning early. We did not eat at the establishment so cannot comment there. I would stay here again if we go through that airport again in the future.

We booked for the proximity to the airport and that did not disappoint. The hotel is nice, providing parking for our rental car and a pleasant check in. The hotel bar/restaurant was open and serving (including alcohol) even during Ramadan, though we did not partake. The rooms are nice though minimalistic with great A/C. The biggest issue was absolutely no hot water. We woke up early (~4am) for a flight, but there was no hot water in the shower. After going down to the front desk, I was told it needed to be turned on and to wait 5 min. After going to the front desk for the third time with still no hot water, I asked to try a different room. After much confusion, I was given another room key. The water in the other room was lukewarm at best. When leaving our room at 5a, the water was still freezing cold. Other than that, there was only one unlabeled container for soap/shampoo in the bathroom and no hair dryer. Unfortunate start to a travel day.

A decent hotel convenient to the airport with a free shuttle every hour on the hour. A very good breakfast buffet and a good dinner menu. A comfy room with an excellent bed and a great shower. Sadly, lacking amenities like a coffee and tea setup, fridge or microwave. Very clean except for the windows. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has a delightful outdoor lounge area with various seats, tables and an outdoor heater.

Iilham and Saida, both very lovely and always made sure my room was in great condition. I left $3k in my room and came back to it, not a dime missing. I appreciate that kind of integrity and hospitality. The hotel was very nice in my opinion.

Booked a room cause I had a night connection at the airport. Their shuffle service is really convenient, on time and close to the airport. The room was really comfortable and clean and the bathroom big and also pretty clean. Food was also really good and only a starter was enough before going to bed. In the morning I took the bus at 7:00am for a boarding time at 7:40am (luggage was already checked-in from day before) and I didn't need to rush!

So disappointed with the attitude of the staff. My partner booked us a night here as we were catching a flight early the next morning. We were aware there was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but weren’t sure how frequent it was. We called the hotel staff and they said “five minutes” before quickly ending the call. After 15 or so minutes we called again, they again said five minutes. Four phone calls and over 40 minutes later, still no shuttle bus. The staff were rude and clearly just wanted to get off the phone rather than provide any help or actually check where the bus was, although I’m not sure how it could’ve taken so long given the hotel is a 4 minute drive for the airport. The staff’s attitude was such a turnoff that we just booked another hotel instead. Very disappointing to read other reviews with almost the exact same experience. Seems like the staff are happy to just lie to customers rather than provide any real assistance.

Hotel ONOMO is a great option for those who wants a stay in a hotel nearby Casablanca int airport, the stuff is great especially the ones that works the AM shift of Tuesday the 17th! They also offer a shuttle from and to the airport! This is not my first time staying here and I’ll definitely come back again and again! Mounir: a happy costumer

Really good located near to the airport. Convenient shuttle from/to the airport every hour with driver that speak some english. Room clean and confortable. Breakfast was not bad, maybe not too much options but it was good. Very recommended if you have to get a flight in the morning.

If you're looking for an airport hotel with the just the essentials (and no frills) at a reasonable price, Onomo Hotel at the CMN area is a good choice. They have an airport shuttle that will take you to/from the airport at no extra charge. Operates every hour but you can call them to request one if you need a pickup. It's about 3 mins from the airport. A walkable distance but the undertaking is not very pedestrian friendly. The room was just adequate - not too big but with a comfortable bed, shower cabin, desk with a lamp, a safe and storage rack. Air conditioning was good along with running hot water. Good WiFi. My room did have an after-smoking odor though. The windows in the room do open. The service was quite good. Courteous staff and they let us check in as soon as a room became available. Luggage storage is offered as well. You need to specify the number of guests in your room as the towels, bedding and breakfast coupons are provided for that number. Do not assume double occupancy. If you need to get to the city (30 mins), you can take a taxi from outside the hotel (or ask the staff) for a fixed price of 300 dirhams (one way). Cash only. If you plan to tour the city, you can stick with the same cabbie and he'll take and wait for you at various spots within the fixed price (600 for return trip). Do try the traditional mint tea! Breakfast was satisfying.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Free shuttle definitely comes in handy, however, note that it only departs once an hour from / to the airport so you might have to wait for a little while. Service was ok and rooms were clean and modern. Overall, we had a nice night before our next day flight. We were a bit disappointed that the hotel did not have a scale to lend us to weigh our luggage.

Very nice Hotel. In Casablanca they have 2 spots. I stayed at the calm Airport Hotel. This Hotel has at the Airport each hour 24/7 a Shuttle Bus. The Staff is very friendly and the rooms quite and clean with a nice modern ambient. The facilities in the Hotel are suficiente and in good shape. The garden IS Not big, but relaxing and not overcrowded. Can recommend this Hotel!

I stayed in this hotel last year I am back again. This is a great place to take a break for one day or two waiting for your next flight. It is close to the airport and an hourly shuttle service is available. The staff in reception and shuttle service are great 👍. The restaurant has a very nice open (outdoor) dining green area, limiting 🚬 to one part of this area will give chance to everyone to enjoy their time.

Conveniently located 5 minutes away from the airport with shuttle buses running hourly. If you land early morning and are booking a room to rest between flights with a long layover, be aware that it's another 300DHS (around $30) for early check in. Overall, ok cleanliness. The twin beds are rather small, felt like 2.5 to 3 feet wide.

The hotel location is very convenient for travellers 4mn to Airport only Rooms are not bad, nice restaurant and garden But the reception staff are very rudes and they don’t know something called customer services or customers experience… they need professional trainings.. then everything will be fine

This hotel is nice, new and clean, but there are no amenities that are usually standard at hotels, especially $100/night hotels in Morocco. I felt it was far too expensive not to have basics like tissues, small shower products or water glasses in the room. If you want mineral water, tea or coffee, it's a charge. They provided me a hairdryer when I asked for one at the front desk, so that was nice. I also appreciated the airport shuttle, and the driver was very courteous. They did have a gym at the hotel, but I didn't get the chance to use it.

Shutle bus from and to airport for free every hour. Room seems a bit small, but if you stay one night and continue your journey its allright. Restaurant is open until 10:30pm which is good, waitress is smilling, you feel welcomed. Breakfast food variety a bit too little, but ok. Staff friendly and helpful. When asked for closest pcr test lab, they have business card with nearest point (10mins from hotel by taxi). Thank you, will come again, when passing by

I had to wait 1hr in a shuttle bus before he finally decided to take off. I kindly asked the receptionist why you guys don’t have frequent shuttle buses. He simply said take a taxi! He was so rude. The reason why I chose ONOMO at the airport because I wanted to be at the airport. But if I have to wait 1 HOUR for a subtle bus mind as well chose a city hotel and grab a 10 mint taxi

Service hotel is really not good. Food is overpriced and not that tasty. The good thing there is the shuttle service tot he airport since I had a flight the next day in the morning. If you do not like the food a the hotel, you don't really have restaurant around.

Great hotel location if you are simply staying over to catch a flight. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Lovely outside area to relax. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. I found odd was that the bellhop didn't understand the word "Ice" when we asked where we could find some for the evening. Oh well, went to the bar and got it there. The only thing is, and for some they will like this but, I found the bed was super hard.

For a decent priced hotel option near Casa airport this fits the bill. There is shuttle service (look for shuttle sign out front of airport) which comes once an hour. It leaves at the top of the hour from hotel which is about 5 min to airport. Rooms are clean and functional. Good shower. Our A/C did not work well. Dinner was expensive and seemed like it was all preheated like airplane food.

I am completely addicted to this hotel, service, rooms etc.. All look super good and i have a huge appreciation for the great service in the restaurant! Hassan the manager of the kitchen is so kind & very professional, I also felt like I was at home.. I recommend the hotel to everyone. Top team and super nice & sweet people!

Since the airport doesn’t have luggage storage and the one hotel at the airport is a Moroccan Air only hotel, we used the hotel to store luggage for a layover. There is a free shuttle service to Omono Hotel (van near taxis will say Omono and leaves every hour) and you just need to pay for a room. The security guard can help you get a taxi into the city. We used one driver the whole layover and he waited for us at each location - we WhatsApp him whenever needed anything. Looked like the hotel had a nice outdoor patio for dinner, but we did not check it out.

Moroccans are well known for their warmth and hospitality. ONOMO is no different. Check-in staff was great, a special mention goes to Yassin and Yousef for their friendly and helpful attitude. Well done guys and keep it up.

Nice hotel before a early departure. You could walk from the airport, but we didn’t as the road isn’t the nicest (no sidewalk, but seems pretty well light at night). Shuttles are available and it seems they are set every hours sharp (at precisely zero minute) from both ends (hotel and airport). The one from the airport leave from the exit of terminal 2. But maybe call to make sure this information is still accurate. They have a restaurant open until 10:30 p.m. and breakfast is serve from 6:30 am. Also feature a small gym with 3 aerobics machines and very few weights.

Perfect stay for a flight in the middle of the night. Clean and quiet, perfect shower pressure and hot shower, crisp white sheets. Standard modern hotel. Shuttle every hour, ten min to airport. Professional and friendly staff.

Arrived at night due a great misorganization of Casablanca airport and the guy at the reception was overwhelmed by checking in hundreds of new guests while being alone. But didn't let people fill out their forms themselves. Rooms are clean and for a short stay really big enough. Breakfast is great and moroccan style. Highlight is definitely the beautiful garden to sit outside while having breakfast or anything else.

Very nice staff helpful and smiling all the time the breakfast was delicious the down side the rooms are very small and you can not upgrade to bigger rooms because they are all the same size the rooms are good for one person max 2 (couple)
