This beach is very nice. The rock seems bigger in the pictures, but it’s one of my favorite beaches of Setúbal. If you want to eat something or have a drink, there’s a restaurant in the same beach.

The first beach in Setúbal, you can reach it very quickly, with incredible landscapes, a path to get there with beautiful vegetation to see... I recommend taking a walk through the park before arriving at the beach, it's incredible and has snacks and ice cream, you can enjoy it of this, before or after the beach. Excellent option for those who don't want to travel a few more km to get to Figueirinha or galapinhos or the others...! I recommend walking a bit, because it's worth every second in this paradise.

Really nice little beach with two little beach bars and a restaurant. The restaurant was closed when we were there so the food options were limited to crisps. The view is epic and it's only a short walk from town. No ATM no card machine so make sure you have cash on you. Dogfriendly with disabled access.

Nice beach. Water is calm and good for swimming. At the beach there are bathrooms, showers, water fountain, several small bars, volleyball court and even a sun powered charging station. Do note that parking is hard and will always require some walking so better just take the bus that stops right next to the beach

Place is great. I’ve been coming here since I was very young, for over 50 years. It’s sad that the big restaurant and bar it’s closed. We still have the beach bars and ice cream. As always the Bola de berlim being sold several times every day. This year we can’t park close to the beach, so there is public transport in place; prices are very high, €2,60 per person, one way. A family of 5 would spend €26 every day…

The beach is beautiful & stunning backdrop of trees 🌳 with clear sea water. Unsure who's stupid idea was to anchor all them speed boats near to the beach....the constant noise pollution and smell of petrol in the air/sea...is killing the tranquil environment it is.

It's a shame you can't get off with your own vehicle to drop off your children. Hellish parking on the national road.

For the ones amid to avoid the crowds on the weekends (Almost no folks in November)

Gorgeous stretch of beach within a walk of most stays in Setubal. Maybe a longer walk. There's a bus though. Anyways it's great and the architecture is superlative.

Great, save yourself some parking frustration and take the bus.

A must go to beach when in setubal, beautiful views, mostly clean water, warm water and great restaurants and bars. Lacking on the accessibility and parking, as you are not allowed to park there, only bikes. However, would not recommend if you can't drive or bike, public transport is expensive especially for families.can drop people off occasionally if needed.

None beach but it gets a little weird during summer season

It is a nice clean beach with facilities but parking is a problem and dogs are not allowed so we had to leave

Beautiful beach, white sand, small car park at the bottom of the hill, a restaurant on the beach, some seaweed on the beach but the water was crystal clear and a beautiful colour

Very good but small beach

Clean beach with all the amenities we needed (WC, showers, sunshades with deckchairs, a bar and a shady wooden structure to rest from the sun)

Closest beach to city, can get very crowded as its quits small.

Water and green... What you want more..? Perfect relaxing Beach. Not 5 stars because the bar is not so good.
