This was definitely our favorite beach in the greater area of Lisbon. Takes about an hour from Lisbon by car and it’s definitely worth the trip! Even though it’s quite a climb to get there from the street because it’s a hidden beach, it’s more than worth it. You will have an almost private beach with white, soft sand. Great small bay when you are looking for a calm day at the beach without the typical touristic feeling.

It doesn't happen with the car. You have to leave your car in the parking lot a little higher up (it costs €3 for the whole day) You then have two alternatives. Until Galapinhos beach. Take the more adventurous path Or continue going down and take some stairs ahead. Only after arriving at Praia dos Galapinhos, can you reach Praia dos Rabbies. Dep

One of many small, well-hidden beaches in the Arrábida Park. A small idyllic rocky bay with a golden, fine sandy beach and turquoise water. You can reach the beach after a 30-minute hike. It is worth it! Sturdy shoes recommended.

Best beach! Best vibe! Best romantic memory of my life! I went camping with my boyfriend at Rabbit Beach. We arrived at ten thirty at night; super loaded full of suitcases and firewood. Was it tiring? It was a little bit. But those who run for pleasure never get tired! I would do the same over and over again! Halfway down; tired out; he tells me: "you will never forget me!" And not ! Never! ♥️ We arrived and set up the tent. The fire couldn't be built anymore because we made a mistake with the firewood and it was a huge log to split. But it was funny. It made me laugh! 😁😁😁 We had dinner in the tent and talked all night watching the moonlight while drinking some SuperBock's! The moon kissed the sea and then we kissed! It was a magical night and morning! The beach has an inexplicable magic; and with the right company...♥️ Make croquettes in the sand and go into the sea like when you were children! 🥰 Have fun and be happy!!!!

Great small beach. Bit of rocky road -better no heels to be used. Walking till beach is fair distance to carry big cooler with all picnic needs. Light sand, no rocks on the beach. Parking tight, up to approx. 10 cars only.... More than 10 will just squeeze on side roads. Otherwise - perfect

Amazing! You can get here by walking from Galapos and Galapinhos there are trails through the hills - or from the street above. When the Gala beaches get too crowded you can come here, it's perfect!

Tiny but wonderful beach right next to Galapinhos. When the tide is low you can walk from Galapinhos to arrive there. I recommend for those who are looking for a small, private and peaceful place.

They speak very well but I didn't think it was anything special, and the sea is full of algae

An amazing beach. You have to walk around 1km to reach it but it definitely worth it. When I was there there was a lot of garbage in the threes before reaching the sand. DON'T POLUTE!

My favorite beach at Parque Nacional da Arrábida! Don’t be discouraged by the somewhat hard access, it will certainly pay off! You’ll most likely have the entire beach for yourself.

Stunning beach in the Arrabida national park, somewhat secluded but still not incredibly difficult to get to from Lisbon and Setubal. Note no restrooms, restaurants, services etc. This is a pure sandy beach with crystal clear cold water.

One of the most beautiful beaches in the Serra da arrabida. A bit of a walk down to the beach itself from the road but not too steep and the path is clear. Top tip - if you want to get past the pesky road blockages (they close the main road during peak season so may through to October) just get there before 8am.

Not difficult to get there, but you need to be able to walk on rocky terrain for 15 minutes, I guess that's why when we arrived it was just 3 other couples (during a weekday). The water is clean and the imagery makes you think you're in the Mediterranean sea

Be Aware of car burglers! Do not park the car on the sideroad near the beach, especially if it's a rental car. We found our window car broken when we returned from the beach. Nevertheless, The beach is beautiful.

The place is awesome, but the way to get there is kind of complicated, but, anyway, that worth it, the water is transparent, calm and warm
