    The level of mismanagement at this health center is incredible, coming here with my girlfriend, and it's not the first time, the organization is terrible, the lack of resources even worse. I feel sorry for the people who work here, especially in customer service as they are always taking care of users, and around here they are not exactly the most patient. I'm from Oeiras and there, if I arrive late, they won't help me, as they have appointments. Here, when a user arrives, they are prepared to wait for several hours. I think that whoever manages this center should take other urgent measures, particularly in terms of efficiency...

    Funcionários mal formados, perguntamos alguma coisa nem olham e respondem de forma brusca. Entendo que as condições de trabalho não sejam as melhores mas os utentes não tem culpa. Já para não falar no ridículo que é cada vez que se liga e ninguém atende. Fora a longa espera que por norma é em vão .. se isto continua assim na área da saúde não sei onde vamos parar. É uma tristeza, estamos em pleno século XXI e continua este sistema sem estar em ordem.

    Uma estrela porque não posso dar 0. Nao venho cá muitas vezes, mas as vezes que venho lembram-me o porquê de n vir mais vezes. Uma hora ao frio a espera, depois retirei uma senha, mais uma hora e não chamam nem uma senha. Funcionárias mal educadas antipáticas e sem vontade de trabalhar ou ajudar os utentes. Os amigos e conhecidos passam a frente e são bem atendidos. Salas apinhadas de gente sem qualquer ventilação. Ridículo ridículo ridículo. Uma vergonha vir aqui.

I have been waiting for 2 months for them to send me recipes that have already been requested 4 times by email, as was requested at the health center. We call no one answers, I call the 1st floor they tell me that I have to speak to my colleagues on the ground floor. I ask if she can put the call through, she says she can't do anything and hangs up the phone. I always respected everyone every time I went there. But seeing the enormous disrespect they have for those who pay them their wages at the end of the month, through our taxes, they should be ashamed. We are humans, we are not animals. My husband has 2 days' worth of medication. I want to see if something happens to him who is responsible. Shameful...Simply shameful. I would like to see if their families treated each other like that. Now I understand why no qualified doctor is there.     Péssimo funcionamento mesmo. As administrativas são um horror ou sou eu que tenho muito azar. Bruscas até dizer chega, sem modos, falando para um utente de 80 anos como se estivessem a falar para o vizinho ali do café do lado. No geral, muito desadequadas. Nota-se que alguns profissionais de saúde estão mais virados para as pausas e relax, do que propriamente na priorização do bem estar do utente. O Serviço de enfermagem, sobretudo da parte da manhã, é para esquecer! Um penso que demora 10 min, esperamos em média 1h/1h30 para ser chamados para a Sala de Tratamentos e, já não bastasse a pessoa estar doente, ainda leva com enfermeiros rudes, sarcásticos, que nos encaram como se estivessem a fazer um grande favor. Triste, muito triste!

I even called several times and they didn't answer. For some reason I have already filed a complaint with the ers (health regulatory entity) which I will still file with the Ministry of Health. I will have to travel to make an appointment and get information from those responsible for the service and appointment center.     Fui ao centro de saúde pegar o papel da baixa médica e não consegui, a atende foi muito mau educada e ficou aos berros comigo, quando questionei que ela deveria ter me informado antes pois já havia voltado ali 3 vezes porque ela tinha pedido para voltar. Não fui atendida tendo o número de utente que pertence ao centro de saúde.

    Brought my husband who have a fever and all the signs of apendicites. Waited 9 hours in emergency room and passed out twice while doctor was observing him and a doctor walked away on him! The emergency department could be a special place for some very scary movie. Beds are in hallways and in every corner there is no privacy, no ventilation, the smells and screams are so awful that I started to cry. No one deserve this kind of care.
