I love the people at Pulse salon. Alberto has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now, and I am always pleased to come back again. He gives beautiful haircuts. He is attentive and friendly. Everyone I interact with there, especially Sheryl and Leah, are awesome professionals. One time a couple months ago, I called the Salon in the morning to request an appointment. Alberto put me in the schedule for later that same day. For whatever reason, I was mistaken about the appointment time and arrived 2 hours late. I had somehow missed both the automated text reminder and the front desk phone call. I only realized my mistake AFTER I had gotten my haircut, left the salon and checked my messages. No one brought up my tardiness or was even mildly annoyed at me while I was there. I called the next day to apologize, and we ended up laughing about it. Everyone was so kind and understanding. For me, more important than the awesome cuts are the wonderful people that make me feel welcome.

So I read all the amazing reviews about this salon and decided to give it a go. I have bright blonde hair and needed someone experienced with that. I described what I needed over the phone, “hair has grown out a decent amount, I’m usually booked for a full highlight and toner”. When I came in, the poor stylist looked at me totally overwhelmed because they booked me incorrectly. This caused her to rush through my coloring. I had to come back for a correction, which over the phone I was explicitly told there will be no cost for. When I arrived, a fantastic stylist fixed my hair exactly how I wanted it. However… the person at the front desk yet again messed up. She tried to charge me for the correction, even after I said I’d like to speak with the owner. He came over and agreed there would be no charge. When he left, the front desk lady actually stated out loud to someone in training “make sure you put a comment in there saying she agrees to pay next time”, as if I am some kind of jackass trying to rip off the salon. Excuse me? You were literally present when the owner told me on the phone it wouldn’t cost me anything. The owner and stylists are great, but she needs a bit of an attitude adjustment. That is not ok. She also tried to imply it was my fault for needing a correction on the first place. Quite frankly, I’ve had my hair done all over the country. Washington, Texas, Georgia, and now Florida. I’ve had sizable “regrowth” in all of these locations and I’ve NEVER been told I need to come on for a second time to do my hair. It only happened because the first stylist got so rushed from incorrect booking. Please do not try to make your customers feel that it is their fault for a booking error.

The first pic is today after getting my hair done, and the second, two years ago. I have been going to Alberto for about three years, he knows what he is doing and every time my blonde is on point. It’s a nice bonus that him, his assistants and his lovely wife who also works there are fabulous, kindhearted people. I highly recommend!!!

Alberto did an absolutely amazing job! I am so happy! I haven't had anyone touch my hair in 10 years and this was such a nice experience, I may actually get my hair done sooner this time.

I just started a job in Florida. I have traveled all over the country with work. I have had to visit many places to get my hair done. I've always had long hair and now that I'm in Florida and as hot as it is, I wanted to get a short cut, but was very, very nervous. I googled salons and found Pulse salon. I went in and met with Nikki. Needless to say, this was the best cut I have ever had in my life. I was extremely nervous going in. I explained everything that I wanted and showed pictures to Nikki. She took her time explained what she was doing and I walked out of there a very, very happy customer. I recommend going there and if possible, ask for Nikki, you won't regret it.

I'm extremely happy that my first appointment at Pulse was with Alberto. He did an amazing job along with his kind assistants. They are so delightful, nice and professional. I truly felt so pampered from the moment I stepped in. Thank you Pulse for such a great experience ❤️

Alberto really did a wonderful job on my hair! I went to a different salon place for a haircut, and they didn’t do a great job. So I went here to fix it, and I’m so happy that I did! The people here are so personable and efficient.

I was in the market for a new stylist and decided to book with Pulse Salon. Kristy was my stylist and she did not disappoint! The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing, the staff is friendly and personable, and Kristy did a wonderful job with my hair. I just had my second visit and booked my third. Definitely recommend this place, and ask for Kristy, she’s great!

Was a first time customer and had a terrible experience. Showed up on time for my appointment, was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I asked if there were any other appointments in the week, I was told no. 45 minutes went by and Alburto came out and said it would be another 5 minutes. While I was waiting I heard someone call in and schedule an appointment for Friday. When I was told they were all booked. After an hour of waiting I told the receptionist I was going to leave and did so. I guess they don’t want any new clients. And hope they don’t get any either

I went to pulse from someone who told me about their experience, and because of the reviews. I had a consultation with the owner and he knew exactly what I wanted versus what I should do lol. I decided to have highlights, and Nikki did an amazing job! I am so happy with the whole experience. I will definitely be going back to the salon and to see Nikki again.

The best experience I’ve had at a hair salon in a long time. They got me in quick and gave me exactly what I wanted!! I left one happy girl. I will definitely be back
