Just a below-average stay. But you get what you pay for. Itā€™s an extended stay hotel in a nice part of town. The hotel itself and room is decent. No breakfast though which is terrible. No pots and pans in rooms or even ice makers. Getting fresh towels daily was a hassle. Front desk said multiple times they were out of towels, but look in the laundry room and thereā€™s stacks of towels. Eventually just knocked on the door myself and got towels from the custodians. Had to trade my dirty ones for new ones. They also want to charge you daily for them but just hassle them enough and they will give them to you. My thinking is that people steal towels but again that is the clientele. The clientele is one to look out for. Kids asking to play blackjack in the parking lot for money. Other hotel guests just sitting in the parking lot nightly drinking beers and smoking cigs listening to music. Fire alarms going off each night. People getting bit by dogs and law enforcement showing up each night. Overall, if youā€™re broke stay here. If youā€™re not, go to the Hampton or Holiday Inn right beside it. Otherwise go down the road a little. Traffic isnā€™t bad getting around. 2.5/10. Would only recommend if everything else is sold out.

My review is based on a quick one night stay. I was worried before checking in because of the reviews but our room was clean and comfortable. I checked everything in the room and nothing was dirty. We got there around 9 pm so we spent a few minutes trying to get someone to come to the front desk, but other than that, check-in was good. It's located conveniently close to highway and several dining options, and I didn't notice anything outside the building that made us uncomfortable. I'd recommend it for a one night stay.

We stayed 2 nights, the floor in front of the toilet was stained with urine, which I cleaned up. The last morning I had a bedbug bite my leg while I'm in bed, I still have a red spot from it. I put the bug into an empty water bottle and gave it to the front desk clerk. She told me that her manager would call me that day. That was weeks ago......nothing.

I stayed there for 2 months and it's so convenient. You have everything you need even a laundry room where you can wash your clothes anytime. It was a very pleasant stay and felt like home. Most workers were very friendly and helpful. And the area is so quiet and lovely.

I am very satisfied with my stay. I was only there for one night while visiting a friend, and I will definitely consider booking again for my future long term stays. The room, (I reserved a standard single queen), was cozy and quiet. You feel at home because you will have access to a clean, updated, household size refrigerator/freezer that can accommodate a week or more in groceries. The microwave was clean and conveniently located. For purchase they do sell dishware/cookware packages if you may need to purchase something for your stay. Ironing boards+Iron, and blow driers are free upon request. During my stay, the staff was friendly during check in, knowledgeably answering my inquiries and offering solutions when I called the desk, and checkout process is quick as you can drop your keys and go. In regards to price, I believe I received a fair rate location is absolutely prime. You are located by a highway (which surprisingly is quite both during the day/night), a variety of amenities such as the Wesley Chapel Outlets, The Shops at Wire Grass (similar to the outlets and offers different food options/ shops), a local gem in KRATE (9mins north of here), endless food cuisine options 5-20 minutes away, and so much more! I highly recommend making a list of items you will need if you do plan to cook during your stay including items like dishsoap. A few things I observed while inspecting the cleanliness of the room upon check in was that both my ice trays were both dirty. There was also a smudge on the wall near the light switch for the bathroom of an unknown substance. It didnā€™t bother me too much as I carry sanitizer wipes, so I took care of it. Lastly, the walls are fairly thin. I was in a corner unit and shared one wall with other guest and could hear them even though it didnā€™t seem as they were talking loud.

Our first impression as we pulled into the parking lot should have told us to keep on driving. There was a trailed chained to a light pole in one area and in another area was a covered boat also chained down. these two trailers were obviously "permanent" fixtures. Folks actually live there - as we walked into the lobby a little kid was taking trash out to the dumpster. Getting inside it smelled like air freshener and weed. Open the elevator and the new scent was curry. The corners of the elevator had debris, telling us it was never cleaned. The room was spartan, which was fine. However, there are no curtains to cover the window. Light was brightly shining through all night! There is no Kleenex, the toilet paper is single ply, there are no cups. The shower has a grab bar, but when you grab the bar as I did to steady myself the grab bar freely fell out. There is no breakfast offered, which we understood beforehand. They did promise coffee but failed to deliver on that as the machine was broken with no effort to repair it. Sad. We never got much sleep as Sasquatch lived upstairs and stomped until 2am. What a dump. Stay away, far away. Pay the money to stay elsewhere - it will be well worth it.

The place smells like all the dogs that stayed there went pee. There were stains on the sheets. The second we stepped into the room we tried to leave. The only good thing about this place is that there's a Starbucks near the place. And the soap was opened and used. I do not recommend this place! And there was no wifi! This hotel is the worst šŸ˜« hotel ever! If you=the staff see this good! This review is by my nine-year-old.

First arrived 8/24/23 and currently still a guest as we work on securing our next home. Staff is exceptionally great. Huge shout out to Dan, Gus and Louise, all of the staff really, they go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Laundry room prices are very reasonable and they have great dryers. Despite what some of the reviews say I can guarantee that I have not seen 1 bug anywhere in this hotel. The free wifi included isn't to bad besides an occasional reboot, will be purchasing the upgrade internet soon and will update my review to include whether or not its worth paying the upgraded price for faster speeds. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel without breaking the bank.

Terrible stay, while staying here and paying daily like they advertise. I was told that my stay could no longer be extended for no reason. Very thin walls, hotel smells like smoke at random times. Power was out for over 2 hours. Towels have other people's hair on them, yuck. Just go to a different hotel in the area

The hotel room is clean and nice. We had 2 quuen beds with a desk ND kitchen(fridge, stove, and microwave). The odd thing was there are no cooking supplies. The hotel has 24 hour coffee matching but does not have any breakfast or other food. The hotel is located near a lit if restaurant.

We stayed here for 1 month with my 3 big dogs no problem, trying to get our place ready.the lady at the front even helped me get a place to stay cuz it was a bit hard for me at first. The people that work here are amazing, friendly, kind and helpful. Now the company charges for everything from clean towels to anything you get at front desk. I think it was $50 each time They didn't have much utensil to borrow so bring your own . Nice place to walk your dogs with dog bags and trash can. The guest was nice. We loved staying here while finding our new house. The cleaners was very polite and the guy that kept that place clean does a great job. The one that does the laundry too super sweet guy thanks guys for making our stay pleasant. There was no roaches and our room didn't smell like some here said. Overall I loved it there.

Would not recommend this hotel, really wish that we took the reviews into consideration when picking this hotel however we have an open mind. When we pulled up there were 2 sherrifā€™s parked out front and my boyfriend had gone to check in and he was told ā€œeverything was fineā€ just an eviction at 12:30 in the morningā€¦. So shortly after there were homeless tents set up right outside the hotel. Then we went up to our room, the hallways/room felt like we were in a mental hospital. No lights that worked in the room besides the bathroom, the outlets didnā€™t work, tv didnā€™t work, and to add onto that there were bugs seen. We lasted 10 minutes in the room and that was spent finding another hotel. Trust me itā€™s worth it to pay a little more to get a clean hotel right down the road, with real customer service, and a clean room. We will never be staying at another extended stay again. The area did not feel safe, constantly felt on alert, and there were just people standing by their cars and it was an eerie feeling because Iā€™ve been to plenty of hotels and thereā€™s never just people chilling in the parking lot walking aroundā€¦. Also no soap, no wifi, literally nothing but a bed with bugs. Do not go here. Will be getting refunded through our bank for the trouble this brought as we were trying to find a hotel that had availability at 2am.

Other than the people above that sounded like they were rearranging furniture at 10 pm on a work week for some people till maybe 2am and then started back up at 5am. When management confronted them they got louder which they can't help what people do or how they act. The employees were all very kind and welcoming, the whole hotel was clean and smelt wonderful. I will definitely stay again. They are dog friendly and have stations for poop bags.

This is a NO FRILLS hotel, but the cost is not competitive for a no frills hotel. It is promoted as a long-term hotel and there were many patrons that were there for that reason. Very limited amenities provided - towels, soap, toliet paper, tv channel selection. No dishes or utensils, hair dryer, or ice machine, or pool. There is no carpet on the floors anywhere, so it could be very loud with people simply walking down the hallway. Our biggest complaint was that the A/C shut off when we left and at night when we slept, leaving the room warmer that we preferred. We stayed here because it is right across the street from the hockey arena, which was very, very convenient. And walking in the neighborhood felt very safe. In addition, the washer and dryers were helpful with washing hockey gear. The machines run through a payment on an app, which was nice, but the wifi wasn't always working well enough to have it go through quickly. Would stay here again, but it would not be our 1st choice.

I want to say Dan (manager) is a great manager. I told him so. When I went to checkout one day early, the lady with braids nasty attitude. No respect I'm disabled and needed help with my items. After waiting 45 minutes I go to the desk she on her phone, thanks to Tony for helping me. A manager was at the desk when I turned in keys. I called to see if my money was refunded. I was told no refund. This is so wrong I stayed there for 2 weeks to get treated like this.

Upon checking, was greeted by hotel staff. Everything including amenities were explained to me. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. Although my stay was for a week and I had no room service during this time, toiletries were provided in an even trade off. The common areas were always very clean and sanitized. Very pleased with the service provided. Kudos #TEAMWOODSPRINGSUITES

The rooms are nice enough for me on a business trip. I would not bring my wife. The ceilings are paper thin so everything sounds like a herd of buffalo moving over your head. The floors look clean but we're in desperate need of hot water and a mop.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. Our flight was delayed so we didnā€™t get to the hotel until about 1:45am. The reason we chose this place is because itā€™s across the street from the hockey rink. There was no one at the front desk, but thereā€™s a phone to call someone to come down. It gave a busy signal no matter what number we tried to dial. I called the customer service number from my personal phone. Each of us was on the phone for over 30 minutes. They tried to call management multiple times with no answer so we were told there was nothing more they could do. My boyfriend was directed to multiple people and finally hung up on. So I give the woman who helped me, Michelle, credit for trying harder than that. But that was it. 3am with no where to go. We had to get another hotel (where someone was actually at the front desk) further away, and we cancelled the rest of our reservation. If you get there at a normal hour, maybe itā€™s fine. But I will never give money to a place thatā€™s okay leaving people stranded with nowhere to sleep at 3am.

Place smelled like cigarettes and drugs. They try to hide the Oder by putting these awful perfumes and cleaning products. We tried to leave once we saw our rooms but they would not give a refund. They also charged for Wi-Fi. This place is next to the interstate although you canā€™t hear it . Bed covers were also stained with who knows what. I Would not recommend to anyone. A collage dorm room would have been a better stay than this place. Rooms 2/5 Staff 1/5 Location 1/5
