    We really enjoyed our stay until the morning we checked out and saw a bed bug in the second bed in the two queen suite we had. If it was not for that experience I would have rated this hotel higher.

    Our visit was for a family gathering. We came in after a long, 3 Hour Drive. The receptionist at the front desk took note of this, and offered exceptional care of our exhaustion. The hotel was clean, well kept. The staff were friendly and courteous. All our needs were met top to bottom and made our visit very comfortable. We like Hampton so much that we got as close a mattress in our own home as we always have in a Hampton. If anyone is asking, it could be purchased at Macy’s department store Under a different name Thank you Hampton.

    Stayed here for a business trip. Only one elevator was working. There was a party happening in lobby area one night, someone spilled something sticky in elevator and it was in there for 2 days. Housekeeping was only done every other day (that was fine) but sometimes they would not come when they were supposed to so trash built up in room. The one elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. The elevator buttons would get stuck. It's right next to a ice skating rink for teams, so many teens there making noise at all times throughout night in hallways. People at front desk were nice. Decor was very outdated.

    This place is off the beaten path, the room was nice. Pet friendly, so get ready to hear some barking in the night and the smell of dog. Breakfast at 8:30 am, no coffee or eggs for over and 35 minutes. SMH. Haven't had my coffee and grumpy. Maid service is only every other day... what am I paying for!!!!

    The overall hotel was clean, but in serious need of renovation. The shower soap dispensers were out of soap. My two friends (in two separate other rooms) both said that the beds in their rooms were so sqeaky and made it difficult to sleep. If the room was cheaper I'd overlook these issues, but it was a >$166/night room after taxes and fees so it was extremely disappointing. Breakfast was good though

    This is an awesome place, we stayed in the double bed suite, it had a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board ( which we used : ) and two queen size comfortable beds. The room was very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. There is 24 hours coffee available. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We have friends and family who live near that area and we will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn suites Tampa-Wesley Chapel when we visit them again!

    Traveled for work and this hotel was very nice with good prices. The room was huge and gave us plenty of room. Staff was very nice. Complimentary breakfast was good and plenty of it. Was quiet at night. Beds comfy!!

    Very clean room. Great complimentary breakfast. Nice outdoor pool. Coffee served throughout day. Very busy exit, but lots of restaurants to choose from. Head across the interstate and check them out. We enjoyed Ford's Garage.

    Made reservations for 1 night due to basketball tournaments for my daughter. The entire team booked here and I can't say we had a great experience. First of all I booked 1 night and Friday day before my reservation they charged my bank card 324 for 2 nights bank declined. Day of arrival my card was charged for the 1 night reservation 162 Cool no problem I was arriving that day. We arrived hotel smelled awful from the moment you walked in checked in manager was called over my reservations wasn't found for whatever reason! Finally showed my email confirmation get settled and get keys walked into the room and smelled even worse than the lobby smelled like sewer water and hotdog water! As the day goes on we come back to the hotel to find the elevators not working mind you our room was on the 5th floor had to use stairs that night. Next day I get alerts from my bank I'm low balance check my account to find not only did they charge my account 2x for 162 each. Go speak to the desk they call over ms. Caitlin who apparently was the manager no Apology whatsoever and says we charged your card 2 nights because the link used was for 2 nights said absolutely not I have my email confirmation provided that to her as we are speaking I get a 4th charge for another 162 now I'm negative on my account because the hotel charged 3x $162 still no apology or anything your manager lacks customer service skills I'm now negative and have to wait to see if she even reversed the charges. I will NEVER book a stay with Hamptons due to the lack of professionalism or care for your paying customer. Every parent that had reservations was charged 2x for 1 night stays. Horrible service and no regard for your customer.

    I wanted to give a huge shot out to the staff at the Hampton Inn. We hosted a full day training session and their team was attentive, check-in as the day went on, and were at are beckoned call. Additionally, I had forgotten a personal item that had a ton of sentimental value to me. I called the next day, talked to a friendly and helpful lady at the front desk, she knew exactly what I was talking about and made arrangements to have the item sent to my home in Colorado. I got the item and am very thankful to their team for executing on this special request. Going above and beyond, that's why I'm a Hilton Honor member and loyal to the brand. This is a shining example of taking care of guests and even after they have departed taking care of them. THANK YOU!

    One night stay for work. Received a warm friendly greeting at the desk. Room was clean, easy parking. Typical Hampton Inn Breakfast - plenty of options. All staff was very friendly. It’s right next to I-75 and plenty of places to eat nearby (driving distance).

    Well, we drove up here from SWFL for St Leo University residency. Arrived at 5pm and checked our room on the 2nd floor, raining and power went out, so we decided to head bqck down to our car to grab dinner instead. We learned that our BMW emblem got stolen in the parking lot, within 30 minutes of parking. Went to the front desk to inquire about their security cameras out in the parking lot and report the incident. They have no security cameras outside nor a procedure how to handle situation like this. The maintenance/security guy (not sure what his position is) made me feel like I was crazy and that sort of things like this happen all the time. No, my BMW emblem did not just magically disappear while it was parked in the rain. My husband and I were already tired and frustrated, and then the maintenance/security guy told him that the BMW emblem probably came off somewhere and that we don't have to stay here. I don't know what else to say, but just wow. I'm a long member of Hilton Honors, and this place, the service, and incident makes it not worth keeping the membership. We just checked in and already cancelling the whole week reservation. Need to transfer to another location. Just wow...

    I stay in 5 star hotels usually but this hotel it’s so cute , clean and the people are so friendly, plus the price wow 🤩 breakfast it’s good and the pool it’s small but clean and cute I wish the were more stars ⭐️ the employees always so helpful and such a good manner, if you are a hater and hard to please 🙏 stay away of this wonderful gem 💎

    The cleaning people here are unprofessional and talk bad about their customers in a loud voice. If you complain and want to talk to a manager then manager will not call to talk to you. If you complain they will not clean your room….

    AMAZING place to stay! Our AC went out and we needed a room at the last minute and late in the afternoon. We have 2 pups and needed to bring them as well and they gladly accommodated. Their customer service was stellar both over the phone and at the hotel. The room was nice, clean and free of any type of odors. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if we needed a place to stay.

    Greetings everyone, I have only been here one full night and I honestly appreciate the customer service from this place. All of the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and have taken there time to speak and give advice. They made it fell like we were home and not at a hotel. Everyone greets all of the guest and they make the environment feel warm and welcoming. It is rare to find this experience, each employee deserves some type of recognition for this. Breakfast was great and AJ greeted every guest and had meaningful conversations with them. The rooms are clean, the area is clean but the service is phenomenal. I really appreciate how every has taken time to implement a harmonious environment. Thank you Mrs. Paul

    Do not hesitate to stay here. The best hotel, the best service, very clean. I arrived from the trip extremely tired and the front desk attendant, Jay, gave us the best service. Room cleanliness was impeccable and this will always be my choice when traveling here. the excellent breakfast, a super tasty omelette. You are to be congratulated.

    Great hotel to stay at if you're in the area. Minutes from the Premium Outlets and a ton of places for dining. The hotel is very clean, and they do offer a hot breakfast in the mornings. Check in was a breeze, and my room was spacious with plenty of towels. Only minor issue was that I was next to the elevator so I did hear the dinging when it was being summoned. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

    Service is always good at Hampton Inn. I will say that this particular weekend it was very busy. College graduation nearby, big concert at the stadium. They were understaffed in the breakfast area. Not enough chairs, 4 tables had none. Coffee kept running out, then the cups and various food items. People were standing and waiting for food and coffee, etc. They could not keep up. Knowing what's happening in the area is important and bringing in extra staff would keep up the normal quality standard of service. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and keeping 5 stars because everything else was up to standard.

    Very clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. Water pressure very good in showers. Water temperature gets hot quickly. The breakfast is good. Coffee is wonderful. Location is great. Very close to Publix and many good restaurants. 8 minute drive to Moffit Cancer Center. Shout out to Vasmine, Jenita and Katy. All of these ladies work the front desk. They are very helpful and accomodating. They gladly answer any questions we might have about the room or the area. Regina and John in housekeeping did additional cleaning since we stayed there longer than 5 days. They were very pleasant when we asked for anything related to cleaning the room. Jordan did a great job with the buffet breakfast each morning. He was also very helpful and pleasant when we had questions on food or beverage items. All of the individuals mentioned in this review were the ones we had the pleasure of interacting with during our stay. They make The Hampton Inn a great place to stay. I hope that Hilton honors these individuals since they are the ones that interact with the clients on a daily basis and represent the Hilton Hampton Inn.

    We arrived to find crumbs on the floor of our room, pink mold in tub, musty smell, just overall dirty. Even the elevators had muddy dog pawprints. Many calls and directly asking for room service to clean was futile, and our request seemed foreign to the staff. They did nothing. We left. Would never stay here again!

    My only disappointment about my recent stay at this hotel was seeing people wearing face masks. I came to Florida to get away from that. Other than the masks, which I refuse to wear in order to please others, everything was great. It's a safe, convenient location, but not much to walk to in the area.

    Super satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, the complimentary coffee and tea all day at the lobby was a plus for us who had just arrived after a long drive! The room was super clean and the breakfast on point. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in town

    Enjoyed my one night stay. Front desk staff was amazingly kind. I found I left my pullover in the closet a week later and called the hotel. A front desk lady, Jenita, handled my issue immediately and sent it back to my home. She is excellent! Thank you. I will come back if I had a chance to stay in Tampa again.

    There's a level of cleanliness that we expect from Hilton Hampton Inns and this place did not disappoint. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The hotel itself looks inviting. They even offered a hot breakfast with various selections for various tastes I enjoyed that as well. I would stay here again.

    Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, staff text me right after check in to make sure everything was ok. Breakfast was outstanding. And most importantly it was very clean. I’m 53 and this is the first time ever writing a review for a hotel. Because honestly they wasn’t worth it. But this one was.

    Generally clean and well maintained. The bathroom could do with a face lift. The constant supply of fruit is very nice but the breakfast could be less industrial and more fresh. All in all we enjoyed our stay

    The staff at this location goes above and beyond for the guest. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that provided great customer service in addition to handling guest with extra care. I’ve stayed at this location twice, both times the property was clean and again the staff was welcoming. Last minute arrangements & reservations were made for my large family with ease. I really appreciate the kindness of the staff as well as very clean facility. All members at the front desk greeted us with a smile and answers for any questions we may have had. Thank you again for a great experience & stay.

    Stayed here twice for a week each over the past few months. Love it! Very clean and nice. I’ll keep coming here for work! Love the included convenient breakfast. I would say though that the elevators are super slow, the pool is small, the bedroom doors are loud and woke me up a couple times, but I thinks these complaints are minor and at most other hotels so I will still give it 5 stars! The employees are great and super friendly and kind. Thank you!

    Very nice experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. The buffet breakfast has a lot of options and the food was delicious. Clean and comfortable. When the housekeeper arranges your kids stuffed toys like this, you know they have a heart 🥹❤️

    Very Clean Place. Located at the end of the road - secluded. Friendly Staff. Comfortable beds. Water was hit and at a great pressure. Pool is located outside and was not heated. 🙁. Did not use the free breakfast - grab a to go breakfast bag - it worked😊

    I don’t ever write reviews but I have to this time. We were only supposed to have a 3 night stay at this hotel. But due to 2 cancelled flights, we ended up with a 6 night stay. The entire process which could have been a stressful nightmare, instead became a pleasant situation because of 2 people. Andrea from the front desk and Brian, the manager, were so professional, hospitable & we felt they did their best to make our stay & issues a positive one. We felt taken care of & a sense of home with nice people caring about us. Thank you both! Much appreciated!!

    The lady that greeted me Andrea was so nice and friendly made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is the TV is on the right side of the bed which makes it uncomfortable trying to watch it from the side they should rearrange the furniture so the TV is facing the bed

    Andrea @ the front desk provided the worst service to me and my family at the time of checkout spoke to the manager “ Brian” in regards to my concerns during our stay and the poor customer service I received from “Andrea” with her speaking non professionally in front of other guest to me and my family. Also with people hanging out in the back of the hotel felt very unsafe. The loud crowd of guest above our room partying till 2:30 in the morning, then housekeeping hanging out behind our door congregation when suppose to be working therefore me and my family had to lose a night of sleep due to the disturbance and lack of hospitality of this place. Now grant you that during check in I felt welcome by the two ladies “Jenita and Kenisha” but the overall experience was not worth it. Complimentary breakfast was great as well, but overall experience I will rate a “1” hopefully this rate is being noticed and things change for Hampton Inn & Suite of Wesley Chapel.

    I cannot say enough about the staff at this Hampton Inn & Suites. I was travelling through town when I experienced a major vehicle (could have been catastrophic) issue and found myself stranded on the side of the highway. After getting a tow to a mechanic and getting settled into my room I was walking through the lobby and the lovely lady working the desk; hugged me, because she knew what I was going through. The staff here made every accommodation they could to make what was a scary and stressful situation, less scary and stressful! Even the maintenance guy stopped me to check on me, as I was walking through the hall. 10/10 would recommend staying here for the above and beyond customer experience.

    I've stayed at this hotel for the last few year for the TORHS roller hockey tournament. Every year the hotel is clean, housekeeping does an excellent job. The manager and front desk staff are friendly. The rooms are always ready at or before check in time.

    Here for hurricane 🌀 evacuation. Staff very professional and courteous. Although there were a few guests being rude and irrational, witnessed a couple of different parties being very difficult, they managed them professionaly and still provided prompt and courteous attention to the rest of the sane guests.. 🙄

    They got the reservation wrong, supposed to have a hot tub in the room, got a shower, then they transferred us to a room with a regular bathtub. Did not offer any perks for the inconveience

    Wonderful staff. Nice clean rooms. Walking distance to the ice rink which is the reason we came to Tampa. The hotel was full of hockey teams which gave the staff a challenge to keep up with the breakfast buffet but they did well. The outdoor pool is very nice with good landscaping and views of trees. They could not keep up with the pool towel needs of this many hockey kids in the pool all week but I just re-used my pool towel each day after hanging in my room to dry. Great job staff. Such warm and friendly guest staff.
