whole
review,
it
does
sound
like
I
have
a
complaint
while
explaining
the
situation,
but
I'm
very
happy
in
the
resolution
&
help
I
got
from
management
&
staff!
I
didn't
stay.
I
had
booked
a
reservation
for
a
friend
who's
in
FL,
I'm
in
Indiana.
The
friend
ended
up
not
needing
the
room
&
I
had
to
cancel
same
day,
which
I
understand
from
also
working
front
desk
at
a
Holiday
Inn
up
here
typically
gets
a
same
day
cancellation
fee.
When
I
called
&
spoke
to
reservations
that
night
to
cancel,
I
think
I
spoke
to
a
man
named
Adam
(not
a
staff
at
the
hotel
directly,
just
their
reservation
dept.)
he
said
he
would
most
likely
be
able
to
get
the
fee
waived
for
me,
but
wasn't
able
to
because
the
room
got
checked
in.
My
friend
had
never
showed
&
I
had
even
called
earlier
that
day
to
confirm
the
card
on
file
needed
to
be
changed
at
check
in,
but
the
room
had
gotten
checked
in
by
the
2nd
shift
girl
when
no
one
had
arrived.
The
3rd
shift
guy
I
spoke
to
was
kind
&
understanding
&
did
his
best
to
help,
but
since
he
wasn't
a
manager
there
wasn't
much
he
could
do.
I
called
&
spoke
to
management
today,
I
unfortunately
didn't
get
her
name,
but
she
was
so
kind
&
understanding
as
well
&
very
helpful
&
was
able
to
get
the
cancellation
waived
for
me
because
of
all
of
the
confusion
&
misunderstanding.
We're
planning
a
vacation
for
this
coming
fall,
to
the
area,
&
I
100%
have
this
hotel
on
my
list
for
possible
stays!

The
way
you
both
handled
the
issue
I
had
was
a
huge
help
&
relief!
