Response to Owner: Wow. This was not an attack personally on you Peggy. I fully stated my position on the front desk. I do not need to speak falsely on your employees and given that she is no longer employed at your facility should confirm my stance. My review had nothing to do with my insurance either. It had to do with me not receiving an invoice from your office. Everything you have done for me? You were my primary care physician not my friend. You have never provided me with any free services, free medication nor free advice. We had a business relationship, where I made an appointment to see you and paid for your services. Your public response lacked tact and professionalism. It has actually brought me to tears that you would divulge my name and as you stated “the many things you have done for me”. I will be in touch with your office manager to resolve my outstanding balance. Thank you for the life lesson. I really like Peggy! We’ve been seeing her for about 7 years. She is the only medical professional that we trust; However, there’s always something with the front desk and their level of customer service. My daughter was throwing up all night Friday into Saturday morning. I ended up taking her to an urgent care where she was diagnosed with a stomach bug. Now it appears to be running rampant in the house. I called Qvita requesting a telehealth appointment. At that moment, Brittany informed me that I have an outstanding balance of over $200 and it would need to be paid prior to my requested telehealth appointment. I am literally throwing up while on the phone with her and there’s zero compassion. I asked her when did that balance occur as I was not made aware. I stated that I did not receive an email nor statement in the mail notifying me of a balance. Mind you I’ve done drop ins for MIC shots and was never made aware that I had a balance. She provided no explanation. She stated she does not know much about billing but gave me a number to their billing department. I asked to speak with the office mgr, was told she was OOO and of course Peggy will not see or speak to me without payment. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and didn’t receive. It became obvious to me that money is a major factor here versus patient care. No compassion, no empathy and no patient/customer service.

Peggy was at one time a great provider. Not so much any more. Shr is now charging extra $50 fee for pre authorizations required by insurance companies for required medications that she has prescribed is just a way to make an extra buck for something she required to do by her contracts with the insurance companies. As if medical care and prescriptions aren’t expensive enough. She’s even charging an $50 fee now to fill out a application for a Handicap placard.

Dr. Peggy and her staff are absolutely amazing! They truly care for their patients and provide excellent customer service. Dr. Peggy takes her time to listen to you and address any questions, concerns and/or problems you may be experiencing. I love her! Staff is so professional and courteous. Office is nice and clean. 100% recommend this place.

Update: As of 9/14/21, I've struggled getting someone on the telephone for weeks. Yesterday I called the main number that now isn't answered but forwarded to a billing voicemail. I've struggled to get a return call. Records I needed had mistakes. Seems like everytime I call or go in there is new staff, why? I like Peggy and her health minded care, but I guess her staff isn't very great. I guess it's time to move on. I find it so disappointing to find an excellent care physician that is tanked by their office staff. I can only assume that's the issue here, since when we do have an appointment it goes fairly well. I changed my rating from a 5 to a 1 star. I truly believe the other great reviews would change if they have tried to get in touch with this clinic recently and updated their reviews. We're new to the area and have seen several medical care providers that haven't met our expectations. Our 1st appointment with Peggy went very well. We felt heard and like she was ready for the challenge of figuring out what is going on with our teen. Hoping to add the whole family to Peggy's patient list soon. We will update our review as time passes and we have more experience with Peggy.

I am always thrilled with my results after seeing Peggy. She always makes the time to educate me and answer any additional questions I may have on any services that she offers. I will always recommend her to friends and family. She truly is outstanding!

Peggy is great but the management and how the system runs is at serious concern of mine. I had two appointments for the same afternoon and due to busy schedule I forgot it since they didn't send me the reminder message or phone call. they call me 15mins after the second appoint to tell me that they cancelled both appointment and I had to pay for the extra fee of missing the appointment. I told them I can come in 10 mins and get my second appointment. They didn't even let me go for the second appointment. they schedule very tight and don't allow enough time for the service to be done. they care more about charging you late fee then really giving your the right service you paid for. the management doesn't even know the office is open or closed and give me false information. booked some service on future weekend but told me they are closed. they lied to me that the same technician is not there so that I can not get the service but then they told me the provider is not there and then last they said the office is closed. They are not willing to schedule the services I paid and ignore my calling even though it is presented to BBB and they are at fault of not able to send reminders for upcoming services (maybe due to their system failure)

Terrible work experience. Couldn’t seem to hit a stride with the provider. Really disliked how they charge patients $50 for a prior authorization that literally can take only a few minutes to fill out. After working at many other clinics this is the first one I know that does this. The clinic also doesn’t meet a standard Im comfortable with when it comes to organization and cleanliness. Papers and supplies can be scattered throughout shelves, the front door has a problem with the blinds, there’s scuff marks everywhere. There’s a dog that stays in the clinic, which sounds cute but it’s kinda unsanitary to me. Imagine all the germs it picks up from different patients before coming up to you. There’s many more things to say about this establishment, I just don’t recommend this place as a primary care.

Peggy is the nicest yet most thorough doctor I have ever had I truly don’t know what else to say. She always treats me with the upmost respect. I even brought my mother down today for my visit, which ended up being a sciatic nerve. She gave me a shot. She gave me a prescription and I’m already starting to feel better from the shot, so yes I would recommend Miss Piggy to everybody I know.

Peggy is an awesome Practioner whom has been my Primary for past two years, very knowledgeable and compassionate. Spends time with my wife and me and is a good listener. Her staff is also very friendly. The office is very clean and wait time in the waiting room is not bad. Also l can make an appointment with her on a days notice.

Peggy is the most kindest professional. Her staff is very nice too. Peggy takes the time and listen to your needs and she doesn’t rush through your appointment. Been a patient for many year and used to love and recommend but has recently gone down hill. Ever changing staff, inaccurate information given. Today I went and was fired as a patient by a rude assistant simply because I wouldn't give personal information that didn't pertain to my visit. The provider (Peggy) would not even come into the room so the situation could be addressed.

I love Peggy! She’s seriously the best there is. She’s very thorough and wants to get to the root of a problem instead of put a bandage on it. Her bedside manner is impeccable I won’t go to anyone else.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Peggy has an amazing bedside manner. Always very friendly and really listens to what your concerns or issues are that you’re there for.

Peggy is always personable, timely and very knowledgeable. Peggy doesn’t just treat your symptoms and conditions, she works to find the underlying. Her assistant Doris and the rest of the supporting staff are always helpful and friendly. Peggy provides primary care services and she is an excellent injector for Botox products and fillers.

Peggy has a vast and diverse wealth of knowledge about medicine. She is incredibly personable and caring. She takes your whole lifestyle into account when making recommendations. She also is an artist with aesthetic procedures- every time I see her she has just completed a new training for a cutting-edge procedure or product. I trust her. 100%.

Don’t make an appointment online and wait for confirmation LIKE THE PORTAL TELLS YOU TO in the email. I “made” my appointment online. The email came telling me to wait for confirmation. I assumed my appointment wasn’t booked because it wasn’t confirmed from the office. I got my confirmation an hour before the scheduled time. I didn’t see the confirmation until the actual time when I checked my email. I immediately called and was informed I incurred a missed appointment charge. I’m willing to pay missed appointment charges when they’re my fault, and I have paid them at their office. They refuse to acknowledge they had a role in the miscommunication and won’t waive the fee. It’s unfortunate because I liked the doctor. The office staff though… THANKS SO MUCH FOR NOT FILLING MY PRESCRIPTION FOR DEPRESSION AS REQUESTED WHILE I LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR. I THINK I’VE EFFECTIVELY WITHDRAWN, BUT I’LL LET YOU KNOW.

I trust Qvita and Peggy M. with all my aesthetic needs. I can go there and get reliable information of what works.
