My sister and I bought around $500 worth of clothes and accessories. I always shop there. We ask the salesperson if he can give us a couple bags and they said that they can’t give us bags because it’s the time of the year and he refused. I ask to speak to the manager and she was sarcastic and said NO. I never have that issue before. I was asking for that as a courtesy to give my family gifts. Is not about the bags is about the manager being sarcastic. I explain that we never have that issue and she didn’t care. The salesman was rude as well. They shouldn’t work around customers if they can’t give a good service to the customers. They were talking to each other on the radio. They make my sister and I feel uncomfortable by being like that.It make me don’t shop in the store again. I would give them 0 stars but they don’t have that option. Only a lady name Fernanda was very helpful

I went to the mall to buy some clothes and I was really pleased with my experience at this store! Aside from the clothes being what I liked, the people that worked there were really nice and helpful too. I bought 3 nice outfits there that i needed for the upcoming weekend with Angelica and Manny so shoutout to them

Loved it !! First time shopping here visiting from another state. Staff was very helpful. The atmosphere was very nice to shop. I was able to look get what I needed plus more lol. But at great prices. Look forward to shopping when I come back to visit.

I walked in at 745 a girl tells the group in front of me that they close in ten min so they need to hurry up (friendly joking manner) Another girl with shorts so small her cheeks are hanging out says “God damn, people.” How rude. We all left

I went to the store sometime last week and a girl named Angelica helped me pick out the shorts she was wearing and they’re super stretchy and lovely ! Great service !! Love her !!

The people working were very sweet, helped me get an outfit for a baby shower. Lots of options for dresses, rompers and shoes. I had to stop myself before I kept buying it all lol. This woman Lamara was such a fantastic help.

Pathetic pathetic customer service . I went there and was told to wait in lines today and everyone before me was allowed to go. after 5/6 families left store i asked this person why isn't she letting us in, she said no. you have to wait . I didn't say anything. Af tree r a few mins she pointed her hand at me and asked me to wait and everyone else can go in because she didn't like my attitude . PATHETIC customer service. Who do you think you are? i am furious. If anything YOUR Ego doesn't allow you to answer questions. Terrible terrible outlet mall TAMPA . wi never step foot in this shop again.

Amazing place, all the staff is helpful and you get really good quality and stylish clothes. Manny took really good care of me, he helped me and my family on everything we needed. Coming back just to see Manny next time🤙

warning! their store says they have a sale of 50% off everything. 2 signs at front of the store, and many signs above every clothing section saying everything is 50% off. but they lied. i got a few cute clothes from here for the expensive original prices. im glad i got these cute clothes, but i am not coming back here since they are lying to their customers. very misleading sales and signs.

Spent 150 and left with three jeans two sweaters two packs of earrings one set of rings and a coat.thata a deal I suggest you look up some on line coupons great desls

Store does not close at 8pm. They close when they feel like it.

There were 3 staff members in the store and not one of them even looked at us. The store was a mess and they had no variety at all

I like the brand a lot... Have for years but didn't think sales were as good this time as they have been in the past. Still bought 2 purses and two pairs of sandel/flip flops... But got a lot more for a lot less at Tommy H.

Love the Guess brand clothing. This store is always well stocked and employees are helpful. There are fitting rooms if needed.

I would not shop here. They kept people waiting outside, saying that there was a limit due to the fire department. Was left to wait outside the store in the Florida heat. When I finally got inside after 20 minutes. There were only 5 people inside the store. After I checked out, I asked what the maximum occupancy was. They said they didn't know.
