I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everyone from check in, the roof top bar, the staff and housekeeping were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed riding the bikes (they are free if used under an hour). The complimentary breakfast was good and they had plenty until 10am. I stayed in the king one bedroom suite and it was nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and I was surprised I didn’t hear noise in the hallway even though I was near the stairs.

Nice, clean, hotel. Much nicer than most Residence Inns, which are often run down. However, wasn’t provided housekeeping as requested and my key stopped working before my checkout. Also, they were out of some items at breakfast the first morning we were there, which was a problem. So, nice facility with mediocre service.

This is a beautiful hotel that opened last year. Everything was very clean and new. There is a rooftop bar, pool, grills, and a gym. Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy the amenities because I spent most of my time out and about. My check-in process was bumpy. I was checked in by guest service representative "Son" and his service did not meet Marriott's level of service. However, after speaking with the manager Luke I felt much better. Luke is a wonderful spirit and I hope he remains there. I felt comfortable knowing that if anything else went wrong Luke would make sure its corrected immediately. All the staff was friendly with the exception of the incident at check-in. FYI, this hotel charges a $50 a night deposit and $20 a night incidental fee. I have never heard or experienced this. I assume because it is a new hotel. There is a nearby Shopping Mall called "The Shops at Wiregrass." No issues with parking it's free. Overall this hotel is a great place to stay. I will definitely be giving it another visit!

My stay was pretty good. Nice location. But the hardest thing is the world is to get in contact or response from anyone that worked there. I lost or misplaced my car keys there and I’ve called numerous of times and have had the worst experience getting a straight answer out of the employees I encountered. One hung up, one took a message and the other one was supposed to follow up with me after getting in contact with housekeeping. Dead-end! I was so disappointed because with me working with Marriott for over 5 years I’ve never not tried to service my guest to the best of my ability. So it’s unfortunate. I would recommend getting a direct line at least.

very nice and new hotel. plenty of room for family of four (got the room 2 queens larger studio). here's what was odd: asked for extra towels day 2... was told since we get housekeeping every other day so "they would see what they can do" (spoiler: no towels). we did get towels the third day... also the AC unit was ridiculous; either blew like a wind tunnel at 60 degrees or it stopped and it was 74 degrees. no fan setting.... for more positives: the breakfast was one of the best, everyone super nice. even the front desk dude who agreed the towel policy was ridiculous and due to staffing.

This is a nice clean hotel. I like the rooftop with the bar and appetizers which allow for a great social and hang-out spot. The hotel is next to a sport arena. The hotel REALLY NEEDS to fix the parking situation. The attendees rather park at the hotel since it's closer to the doors instead the sport arena parking lot. Hotel guests have to search for a parking and pray someone would leave because there is no parking. I can't stay here next time until they fix the situation. I will also contact corporate.

Very clean and spacious room. Front desk actually reads our profile and provided extra towels upon arrival. Breakfast was quite nice. Very impressed and will be staying an extra night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. We stayed on a weekend so it was busy during breakfast and that dining area was small. You can bring the food and eat it in your room which has a kitchen too. Will consider staying here again if we're in the area. I hope they can maintain the cleanliness of the place.

I’d like to start off by saying this Hotel is completely underrated. In my opinion it should be at least a 4 star hotel. The room was immaculate and the customer service I received from the manager Frances, the receptionist Valerie and the rooftop Bartender Andrea made our stay so impressionable in such an awesome way. We can’t be more thankful. My partner and I travel out of town often for work. We both couldn’t agree more with the level of service so we’ll definitely be making this our spot for when we travel here for fun. We already experienced it for work so for play I can only imagine! Thanks again family! Cause that’s how they made us feel.

This is by far the nicest Residence Inn I have ever stayed at. These new hotels have thought of Everything in the rooms! The staff was SO nice and helpful and willing to do anything to make the stay enjoyable. It was decorated nice for the holidays and they were so nice about having a dog! The location was Great and next door to an outdoor mall that I could take the dog. The rooms were clean clean clean and so nice. Highly recommend this hotel. Great staff!!

One star because the purpose of the hotel is to offer sleep space. The blinking (every two seconds with an extra bright burst every 20 seconds ) fire alarm over the bed, the black out curtains that allowed light on all sides, the very noisy hallway, the neighboring dog randomly barking, the shower drip hitting the drain and making a sound like a cymbal clang. The lighting in the room is poor at best. Marriott managed to create a customer experience that has decisively driven me away from having future experiences with the residence inn brand.

Service with a :) The morning breakfast options were very good. The check-in was quick. Property is located just outside of Tampa, therefore NO HORRIFIC TRAFFIC. It’s located in a very nice developing and quite area, with a lot of greenery. If you like Nature, be prepared to fall asleep listening to Nature’s night life. Did I mention, no horrific Tampa traffic:) Sorry. I do not have any photos, but a very nice property. It is worth the stay.

Good location for what I needed. Close to the mall and restaurants as well. Pretty cool rooftop bar with small plates. Good service and not overly expensive. Comfortable rooms.

Awesome Location and Wonderful hotel. One of the better Residence Inn's I have stayed in (my default first choice when traveling). An honest review would be 4.5 stars. But did not have that as an option. Wife and I were in the area to hit the normal attractions (Busch Gardens, Aquarium, Riverwalk, etc). Everything is within 30 mins and light traffic on the routes. Plan to stay here every time I return to Tampa. Loved our stay! TIP: Hillsborough State Park is a short drive away from the hotel. We hit it on the way home and it turned out to be one of our favorite activities. Do the Rapid River trail. Short easy trail to walk. Love our State Parks in Florida! Pros: 1. Excellent Service. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and quick to respond to my calls. Always said hello when I walked by the front desk (unless checking some one in). 2. Hotel is very nice and clean. One heads up - the beds are on the firm side. Personally, I love a firm bed. 3. Far enough away from attractions to avoid traffic but close enough to be a short drive. 4. Wesley Chapel is a VERY nice area. Plenty of places to eat close by. Cons: (all minor to us) 1. The TV's at the hotel do not allow you to connect your own device into the TV. For example - I travel with an Amazon Firestick. I plugged it into HDMI 2, but there is no way to SWITCH to HDMI 2 on the remote OR the TV itself. I called the front desk for service. Someone was there in 5 mins. He confirmed that was by design\policy. I did try plugging my Firestick into HDMI 1 (replacing the hotel connection). Worked but VOLUME was at 100% and no way to change. I did eventually find an option under the "streaming" TV menu. But it did not work either. Hopefully this is a policy the hotel reconsiders. 2. Breakfast. We tried the first morning. Your typical "American breakfast" at a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, but food was not good. There is a nice KeKe's right down the road - so we just ate there after that.

We stayed for a month in temporary housing. We found it was a great location for walking our dog. The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly. We especially liked the breakfast staff who were always cheerful. The coffee was good as well as the food. A good deal of shops are nearby and lots of restaurants as well. Our room did have a cracked stovetop Which they were aware of ,and they offered to move us after we realized it.But after moving all our stuff in and hanging up clothing. Plus all the extra stuff we had we decided to not relocate. So went to Walmart and bought a electric skillet. But not sure why they would put someone in that room who was a long term stay.

Onsite pool, rooftop bar, kitchens in the rooms, and a super friendly and helpful staff make this the best hotel in Wesley Chapel. While it is a little outside the town, I really appreciate how quiet it was. Breakfast was kind of a let down, as there was no bacon, eggs were super watery, and there were few other options.

Stayed here with the family when our flight from Detroit had us landing in Tampa instead of Ft Meyers. Staff was great, grounds and interior were clean, breakfast was plentiful. The room was large and shower could fit 10 people it was so big!Would definitely stay again.

Great Experience all around. Location is adjacent to the sports complex. We were there for a V-Ball tournament. Breakfast buffet was great. You have your usual breakfast items, nothing special, but the service was great. The attendants were constantly checking, cleaning, and replenishing. With the number of players and their families there, we didn't have to ask for anything. Front desk reps were very friendly, check in was quick. Thank you.

Nearly everything about our stay was fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean, and smelled great. In fact, the lobby smelled great! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was a bit too soft for me. I don't like to sink into a mattress but the rest of my family loved the beds. The free breakfast Saturday morning was stocked with delicious foods and the coffee tasted good. A great place to bring your family for a great stay.

The hotel is fine, pretty standard Marriott extended stay setup. Billing is a nightmare. I booked for 10/3-10/7. Plans changed and I sent a message in via chat to change my check in date to 10/4. Received a message back saying that it was taken care of. Turns out today, 10/7 I am being charged a no show fee for 10/3. Not only this, we have a negotiated corporate rate which they won't honor. There is also the fact they had me checked into two separate rooms and charged me for the second room too. All I can say is, check your bill because this place is a mess. Never going to bother staying at this location again.

This hotel is connected to a sports complex. This creates a lot of kids for sport events, which created the opportunity for them to make lots of noise into the wee hours. They also have sports parking in the hotel so it's hard to get a spot. They do allow pets. They have a cute little roof top bar. The rooms and hotel are very clean.

We came with 2 other families and had a great experience. The hotel is very new and clean and the staff was top notch. Valerie was very helpful from check in to check out!

The fact that this Residence Inn is literally a hop, skip, and a jump away from the sports complex makes the stay a dream. The rooms are spacious (and quiet), the kitchen is just right, and the hotel is very nice in general. I can't say much about the service because I spent very little time in the hotel itself.

Okay so this is NOT a hotel that you would choose for a vacation location. Pool is small and there isn’t much to it. But it’s a very nice and clean spot. I had to attend a funeral in an area called Plant City but there was no way I was going to stay at any motel located there so I chose Wesley Chapel. Very nice staff, the desk clerk was friendly, funny and very down to earth. Breakfast was free until 10am and their coffee is STRONG, just the way I like it. My room was clean and quiet and my bed was very comfortable. The mall next door had plenty of restaurants and good shopping. I did sit at the pool which was small and quiet but cute. There are bicycles available to rent (first hour is free), and there is a sport complex next door. There is also a rooftop bar at this hotel with views of the sport complex. The rooftop bar has potential but it was so hot up there. They have a few floor fans but they didn’t do much for cooling the area off so be prepared to sweat during the summer months. I did have a jalapeño margarita up there and it was tasty. This hotel offers pre check in and mobile key, which was very convenient (because I left my key in the room a few times). The brand of body wash, shampoo, conditioner is 36North (or something like that) and it smells SOOOOO GOOD! It isn’t feminine or masculine. I love it and immediately tried to shop online for it when I got back home. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, the location may seem remote but there is so much nearby. You can find all types of dining, supermarket and bars by simply making a right turn onto the main road.

This hotel is two years old (one of the newest in Wesley Chapel) so you would assume that it would be clean and in good shape. That was not the case. We stayed in the king bed studio and the room was pretty beat up. Scratches and dents on the walls and furniture everywhere. There was a long black hair on the counter where the mirror is. The bathroom towels had black hair in them when you opened them up. The shower does not have a door, so the water leaked out onto the bathroom floor leaving a large puddle of water. The air conditioner was right in front of the bed which made a very loud sound when turned on (basically sounded like a plane was taking off). The only positive was that the staff was overall friendly at the front desk. There is also a Culver's restaurant about a mile away which you could walk to. I would not stay here again mostly due to the fact that the room didn't seem very clean. I was disappointed in my stay and was expecting more.
