I have been having dental problems for 10+ years, Dr horak has been the best dentist I have ever been to in my life and I have been to more than a few being I have no insurance. I am a coward when I comes to the dentist he always goes the extra mile to help me

My Dentist is out of town and I was referred to Dolphin Dental after injuring a tooth . They were kind enough to squeeze me in for an appointment on the same day I called, December 23rd. It was defined that I needed an emergency extraction and Dr Rashid scheduled me for the end of that day due to holiday closure. First of all, I’m not their patient but was treated as if I was their most important patient. The staff was amazing, helping me with paperwork and having the answers to my financial & insurance questions before I even asked. The nursing and medical assistants explained everything needing to be done and making me extremely comfortable while waiting for the Dentist. Dr. Rashid so kind and gentle and genuinely concerned for my pain. If looking for a Dental experience where YOU are treated with the utmost care and YOU are not just another patient, Dolphin Dental in Seminole is where you need to make your next appointment.

This is Keith Pryor. I walked into Dolphin Dental this past Monday with a significant dental problem. Told them I was 1500 miles from home in Michigan and was hoping for help. Dr Lloyd, a Ohio State dentist and his lovely assistant Darleen were totally amazing, They and their entire staff bent over backwards to help me and I have no words thank them by fixing everything so much better than before. I would highly recommend anyone who cares for taking care of their teeth to let them care for your family. Although I'm a Wolverine at heart I now have a great appreciation for Buckeyes. I would highly recommend Dolphin Dental to any family or friends that were in need of a new dentist or in town and had any dental emergency. My primary dentist is in Tampa however I'd recently started working in the largo area and an issue that needed to be resolved promptly and to make it worse was on a holiday week. Luckily these folks were able to get me in and partnered with an orthodontist to have the procedure I needed done all in about a week. I'm happy with the results, and was pleased with the service I received throughout the whole process. It did take me some time to write this review since I wanted to make sure everything was comfortable after the procedure going forward and it has been. 5 Stars, thank you Dolphin Dental.

My experience with this dental office has been exceptional. Every time my son and I enter the office we are greeted with a smile. Dr. Lloyd and his staff are so welcoming and caring. They explain what they are going to be doing thoroughly and even ask if you have questions. My son has always been scared of going to the dentist but with Dr. Lloyd and his team calm and caring nature that has subsided. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office. You will not regret it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everyone is SO sweet! It's been years since I have been to the dentist, and honestly, I was embarrassed and ashamed about that and the resulting condition of my teeth. Every single person in the office, front to back, made me feel welcome and like it was ok and that they were just glad to have me back and wanted to get me and my teeth back on track to being healthy. You will be so well taken care of here!

My crown popped off and needed replaced. With all their high tech tools, they could easily show me what needed done and it wasn’t a simple cement the crown back on and go. They can make a new crown in house using 3D scanner and automated shaping tools. No gooey impressions and weeks delays for new crown. They can have me back on the road in 2.5 hours very impressive process. Thoroughly explained every step of the way.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. Darlene was my hygienist. She was so kind and patient, she explained everything she was doing which helped me to relax. Dr. Lloyd was amazing. He spent so much time with me going over every aspect of my exam and explaining things in detail. I left that day with a better understanding of overall oral hygiene, and how it can affect my health. Two Thumbs up.👍🏼👍🏼

I have been with this practice for 35 years and have always experienced excellent caring dental care. They now have the latest technologies to scan and create crowns in one appointment. No more temporary crown and return appointment for final crown. I have been impressed with the practice growth and personnel.

I’ve been going to Dolphin Dental Group for decades. The professionalism has always been the highest. I won’t go into details except for this one high hurdle to meet…my father was a dentist, he would be pleased at my choice of dentists and the staff.

Like many others the dentist is not my happy place - but today I had a happy experience with this new ( to me ) practice. From my initial contact with Jamie (front desk) who was professional but also very friendly to my X-ray contact Darlene (a ray of sunshine) to Dr Loyd who was calming, kind as well as gentle with a nervous patient! Then next on to Sharri my lovely hygentist to my final exit to paying (sometimes stressful and rude experience, but not today !) was met with kindness , helpful, happy people who made this somewhat unpleasant experience a much better one. 😊. In these days of being rushed in and out by busy harried offices and unhappy people today was a breathe of fresh air ! Kudos to you Dr Rashid on having a great group of people!

Hai my name is Vishi Srinivasan and I have been using this location since July 2020 since the pandemic started. I am very impressed with the quality of service I received specially with Dr Rashid being fair, honest and clear. I went to the office across the street in Dental Arts and Seminole they were nice as well but I was disappointed with the staff turnover and plus they didn't pinpoint the pocket depth which was very important. Dr Rashid told me to take urgent action in cutting the depth to maintain my teeth and I did it with the peridontal disease specialist which I did which was surgery and bone grafting. It was really expensive like $7000.00 but was worth it. It was also my Indian Doctor which was Dr Simha across the street. He was awesome too. It also gave me a chance to talk to him about our home country. I also do my quarterly deep cleaning in this office to keep up with the condition of my teeth. This office deserves 5/5 grading and I will continue coming here as long as there is no frequent turnover in this location as the doctors, hygienists, treatment specialists are all awesome. I had a horrid fear of dentists untill I had no choice but to go today . Well let me say Dolphin Dental was amazing!!! While the engagement with everyone at this office was lovely - some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of interacting with, I have my opinions about the medical care. I came in for a second-opinion on needing a crown. This dentist gave me a full head scan, and x-rays - even after I brought in recent x-rays from my previous dentist. He told me I might need a root canal before the crown, since the decay was close to the nerve. I would need to go to an endodontist who would be able to determine whether I needed the root canal with additional "specialized" testing. This tooth would end up costing me thousands between both dentists. He said that was my only option. I went for a 3rd opinion, and the last dentist was able to replace the compromised filling with a new 3-surface composite - so no crown. She also said that it was close to the root, but she added some sort of root desensitizer, and told me to let her know if I experienced any pain in the coming days/ weeks. I am 7 months out, and no pain at all. My cost: $113 after insurance. I wanted to make sure I waited long enough to see whether she was able to accomplish what two other professionals said couldn't be done. It's common practice for dentists to sell you all this additional care, and people usually don't know better. I worked for an "elite" dentist when I was younger, so I am familiar with this sort of treatment plan. I can only view it as money-motivated & not care-focused. If you don't need any real dental work done, maybe just a cleaning or a small cavity filled, then you might like this place - but for serious dental work, get multiple opinions.

Always the same - super clean office, work done on time, pleasant staff, efficient scheduling and the best restroom I have ever used in a dental office! I know this is supposed to be all about the dental work but I feel I must focus just for a tiny minute on the new toilet in the restroom - it is the bomb!! I give Dolphin Dental 100 out of 100 and am grateful that I have them to count on.

Very happy I was able to switch to Dolphin Dental. First new client appointment was very thorough, you can tell they really care about your overall health and educate you on all aspects of your treatment plan. My last visit I was very apprehensive and nervous. Zoey and Dr Lloyd made me feel at ease and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. They both called me at home after my procedure to see how I was doing. I really appreciate all the staff for making me feel at home and happy to keep coming back. From what I can tell services come at a reasonable price which is appreciated.

As a new patient, this was a wonderful experience. My first visit was a comprehensive exam which included exactly the services listed on the website(click Services, Dental exams). I was impressed with the digital x-rays and the separate digital photographs taken by a wand like camera. Darlene the Dental assistant has a calming influence while explaining and completing the x-ray process efficiently. My exam with Dr. Lloyd covered other areas of my health, a periodontal exam, and using the x-rays in combination with the digital photographs, he explained the treatment he recommended. This was the very first time I could actually see the issues that needed addressing. I really appreciated the dialogue I had with both Dr. Lloyd and Darlene about the state of my dental health and preventative measures. This was the most comprehensive discussion about my dental health I have had in over 20 years. I had my dental cleaning a few weeks later along with the prescribed cavity fillings. Zoey my dental hygienist did an amazing job. I feel the cleaning she provided was superior to what I had received at my previous dental office. The office staff was friendly and professional. Amy and Kelsey were very helpful coordinating my visits and providing me an estimate of the cost of treatment well in advance of the procedure. Overall my experience was 5+++ stars and I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience. I was a new patient, referred by a friend. I had a crown fall out at noon. I called and they were able to get me in at 3. DENTISTRY UNICORN! I really have never had great experiences at dentists and my visit for an emergency today broke the trend. Dr Lloyd was kind, caring and exceptionally skilled. This was the closest thing to pain free dentistry that I've personally ever experienced. The staff is amazing all around and while I was nervous as I always am at dentists this was a POSITIVE memory and experience and I will be a regular patient now.

Everyone is very nice and I have recieved excellent care. My only thing is the insurance coordinator is a little sassy/snooty and doesn't seem to understand that people can be POOR. Otherwise, great place.

The best dental experience I've ever had!!

I have been a patient at Dolphin Dental for over 10 years and I recommend them to everyone! The entire staff is always positive, supportive, and helpful. I never cringe when it’s time for a dental appointment - it’s always a positive experience. Even when I needed a root canal to fix the tooth I messed up as a kid and it wasn’t cared for correctly at the time - Dr. Rashid recommended a preventative root canal and crown to correct the issues before it was too painful to handle it with ease. I had a pretty much painless root canal with a quick recovery - he was absolutely right about it being the right choice and they’ve had my complete trust ever since. I love that they take the time to educate me at every visit so that I can be as healthy as possible.

My recent appointment for a cleaning with Sherrie was excellent. She is thorough, taking time to make certain I am comfortable. She is friendly, polite, and pleasant throughout the visit. The office staff also is helpful and efficient, always willing to help. I recommend them willingly.

Dr Rashid is fantastic. He really cares about my overall health not just my teeth. He thoroughly explained how my tobacco use caused problems with my teeth. Now that Dolphin Dental has taken care of me I can smile with confidence again!

Absolutely worst place ever.....My wife got 2 fillings and it's been a nightmare since.....first one fell out randomly...then she got it fixed by them reluctantly....now not even a year later the second one falls out. Gonna go to a Real dentist to get fixed...Not to a dentist that spends entire session talking over her head about his wife's lost ring on beach...maybe if he had focused on task at hand instead of gloating about the deal the jeweler gave on replacement ring he would have done a good to decent job instead of a overpriced hack job ...BEWARE...DO NOT USE.

Very pleased with Dolphin Dental Group. Dr. Rasid and his staff scored well on my 3 “p ratings”, being professional, polite, and pleasant. Their offices were clean, well-organized and with very up to date equipment. His staff had obtained the information and image of my root canal from the endodontist, Dr. Ross, so there was no delay. I was surprised but happy to learn they could make the crown in their office while I waited! I left with a new ‘tooth’.

Dr. Rashid and the entire staff at Dolphin Dental are fantastic. They make their patients feel welcome the moment they walk through the door. They genuinely care about their patients, the health of their teeth, & overall well-being. I stopped in today to have impressions made for teeth whitening. Before the impressions were even started Carol & Dr. Rashid noticed that one tooth was more discolored than in prior x-rays and they quickly deferred teeth whitening until the tooth could be fully restored. Dr. Rashid explained what was wrong with the tooth, how it would be repaired, and then whitened. Additionally, he remembered that I was a teeth grinder and asked about my sleep patterns. He & his staff then provided information on sleep apnea and that possibly being a contributing factor to my teeth grinding. I can’t thank them enough for keeping my teeth so healthy over the years and caring for me as a person.

I had a filling pop out and needed to have it refilled. The office team was so kind and thoughtful going the extra mile to call my insurance company before my appointment was made to tell me what my costs would be. When I got to the appointment I was seen right away. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I spent less than 30 minutes of my time and everything was taken care of. The dentist kept asking if the filling felt right and if I was comfortable. I have a young toddler and they took the time and described the process of her first dental appointment and how their focus was to make her comfortable with the dental chair and the dentist. I’m so impressed and I’m relieved that I found a great dentist and dental office that my family can rely on. Will be recommending to everyone I know!!

I had an excellent visit at Dolphin Dental. I went to have a crown reattached, but needed a new one instead. They were able to create a new crown in one hour which fit immediately . I was able to wait in the relaxation room which has a massage chair. Everyone was extremely friendly, I would highly recommend Dolphin Dental!!

As a person who gets very anxious at dentists, this was the most relaxing appointment in my life. Everyone was super nice and patient. Dr. Rashid took his time to explain to me every detail while he was making my crown. It was very reassuring. I also want to mention the relaxing room.. YES, a relaxing room with a massage chair. Wonderful, prompt service. I couldn’t have asked for more. I was having a molar pulled and everyone put me at ease. Nice bright office also. My dentist and his assistant were so efficient. Thank you
