    The worker called Sam was really helpful and kind and handed me my food with a lovely smile and assisted me with what I wanted to order. Couldn't thank him enough!🫘

    Uncooked chips & dry burger no sauce & tasted burnt. I've actually had this meal replaced from Jamie & Dom. The replacement was excellent, quality of service & exactly what I ordered the first time. Thankyou Sara,Otford,Kent

    I ordered quarter pounder meal and wrap of the day from Macd through Deliveroo, and as usual, they never remember to include the correct item in the bag. Surprisingly, this time, there were no chips as well as dips, and instead, thanks to the best packing, I received 100 ml of hot chocolate. The best support ever. Only this branch is experiencing problems, and I have never been happy to purchase food from this branch.

    Upon ordering on uber eats, we once again didn't get all the things we ordered. This is a recurring issue, one time hen we did a massive order for over 6 people and 3 kids, we got singular happy meal, and nothing for them to eat. Mcdonalds response every time, to contact uber eats. Uber eats? Well all they can do is a refund, they don't make the food, and all we get is a refund in what? 3 days and nothing to eat. We went to try it again, a whole burger missing. The response? Nothing, no replacement, despite near instantly calling. The server taken the call, seemed to be tired as though going through this 10 times over. Does no one agree that if there's something not there. we DONT want a refund, we want a replacement.

    They don't understand the meaning of fast food! Every time you use the drive through they make you park up no matter if there is no one waiting or it's a simple order. One person told me it's because sensors in the road monitor how quickly they move cars through- if that's the case it's ridiculous that they can get round the target by pushing everyone to the car park - no idea of customer service.

    Food cold. Always have to wait and park even though I go to the drive through. Not sure how a franchise can use McDonald's name and be so rubbish. Fryston floppy. Burgers rubbish. Lived in Sevenoaks for 7 years and the standards have never improved. Start reading these reviews and get a proper manager to run the place McDonald's.

    Ridiculous. Lost the sense of customer service. Son and I wanted breakfast, went to the app and it nudged me to place the order as it was almost 11. It only gave the option to collect from the nearest branch which was 30 minutes away. The app clearly said I will get my order when I present my code and I was given no warning of any sort that things wouldnt work out. I got there at 1145 presented my code and was told they only serve breakfast until 11. I explained that the app didn't say anything to that affect and in fact nudged me to make the purchase before 11. So I assumed it would allow me to collect it later. I had wasted 30 minutes to get there and they didn't have the decency to even compensate me in any way. This is what happens when corporations are after money and only money. 0 customer service, 0 customer satisfaction. I would have given a 0 if it was possible.

    The food was ready quickly given we adjusted the ingredients. They brought it to the car and because they had run out of large cups they gave us 1 medium and one small of each drink meaning we received 150ml extra.

    I can not understand how 1 store can get it wrong so many times. Almost every time I get a delivery, there is always 1 or more items missing. Considering this is 1 of the largest food chains in the world, you think they would make sure their staff are trained to read an order. So, thanks, guys. I'll be eating a sandwich tonight.

    This is worse one I live near to it but purposely drive to sidcup bypass as it actually quicker then waiting for these guys and food slapped together almost like they are throwing across the room. I’ve come here today as I haven’t been in a while in the the hope that it has changed but no it’s the same Gone through drive through waiting in car park for ages annoying also as knowing is in there

    Food was decent enough, although we had to park up despite ordering on the app and picking up at the drive through. Not impressed with service though. They charge for sauces and failed to put them in the bag. 2nd time this has happened and I even asked the server to double check!

    Thanks today for our order. Looked forward to trying the chicken big mac and all I got was this chicken big gap on both the burgers ordered. With half the fillings missing. Chips were undercooked burgers missing fillings. You had one job McDonald's.

    Staff are really helpful and friendly. This is one of the better McDonald's, however this is now the third time(in-store & delivery) they've messed up my order, disappointing :(

    I’ve eaten here many times and never had cause for complaint before. But this evening the service was atrocious. It took 25 minutes for my order to be ready, and even then there was no bacon in my bacon double cheeseburger. Other customers were kept waiting even longer. Shocking, truly shocking.

    This is actually my favourite McDonald's in Kent. Staff are quick when serving and they're polite too. Chips are always well cooked and crispy. They can get very busy, especially around 4pm, when most parents has just picked their kids up from school.

    One of the worst McDonald's I've visited - dirty toilets, long wait, our large fries were half empty, order was not processed and had to raise it and then they just started making it. Wouldn't recommend and will not go back

    Drive through had both lanes open but they served four cars on the opposite lane and totally ignored me. I drove round to the cash window and explained, only to find out they didn’t have what I wanted to order anyway!! Wasted nearly 20 mins of my time and I drove away empty handed!!

    Slow delivery of food. Back orders. All the bins overflowing with food and packaging. Tables full of rubbish. Tension in the kitchen. Not what I expect from any Mcdonalds

    Honestly the best McDonald’s I’ve been to! The first time we went in to order and it was so clean in there and our food arrived quickly. Second time we went through the drive through and our food was ready within 1-2 minutes - I was so surprised by how quick it was! Food was piping hot. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

    Food was fine, but the staff were very slow and to get 2 milkshakes and a burger took about 15min. There was a person who had ordered just fries, who was there when we arrived, and still waiting when we left. They prioritised the drive through and left customers in the restaurant waiting around. At least the burger was cold, and the milkshake machine working
