Nice park with football pitches for football club. Few wild flower areas. Tennis courts are being replaced for more up to date equipment that should get used more. Windy 😂

Really good local park. Amazing little wildlife corner done by the Woodland Trust. Lots of different wildflowers, etc. and a pond with tadpoles and newts. Not very pram friendly or would get five stars.

New exercise equipment, basketball hoops and play area for children recently added to the park. Will come in handy in summer, when lockdown rules are relaxed.

Lovely little park, right next to the fields. Climbing frame for kids, two tennis courts that don't appear to cost anything or need booking. Plenty of space for football.

Well cared for park. Great mix of open space and woodland with nature area pond; picnic tables, play equipment, outdoor gym equipment, football clubs on weekends. Good for dog walking with plenty of bins - but beware of the holes in the perimeter fences, and people leaving gates wide open.

👍👍 This is a national trust site so you have to pay to enter if not a national trust member. The deer park is extensive and filled with ancient oak and chestnut trees and hundreds of deer wandering about. The deer are quite tame as long as you stay about 25m away. Lots of walking trails through the par...

👍👍 Great walk, very green. Some of the walk is along the little river, fields, forests and also a little town. Also a great place to take your dog for a walk. Can be very muddy after some rain. Saw some horses and Emu's while walking the trail.
