Absolutely the worst drive thru of any Chick-fil-A in the world. This should absolutely never ever be a double drive thru. It’s too small of an area to do it properly. The cones that they use to separate the lanes trap you in and there’s no way to abort once you realize it’s also the slowest Chick-fil-A know to human man. A simple order takes at least 15 minutes to get from start to finish. At least during Covid they did car side so I could relax for 20 minutes and read on my phone. Now they’ve discontinued that and I’m forced to circle the building like a buzzard waiting on an animal to die.

Service was amazing great customer service As you're eating on the table the staff come to check up on you to see if you need any refills for your drinks. It was my first time there. The restroom was really cleaned 👏 🙌 👌 😳 Great job Chick-fil-A. Sorry I didn't take any pictures of my food . My family and I was on our way to a mini vacation . So we was on a rush we just stopped to get something to eat and to use the restaurant.

Horrible experience today. I told the drive through lady (transaction number 2657) I needed a moment to look over the menu. She kept saying “helllloooo” and laughing so I felt rushed. I got a bacon egg and cheese meal. No cheese was put on my sandwhich. It was super dry. The hash browns tasted like they were fried with fish. Disgusting. Also, asked for ketchup and did get any. Won’t be going back at this rate.

Found a bug in my salad😭😭😭. Of course I find it at the end , when it’s almost completely devoured.And just to confirm it, I flipped it over and saw it’s little buggy legs😭😭

Standard Chik-fil-A! I usually go through the drive through which I think this company runs it so efficiently, kind of amazing :) The staff is friendly 99.9% of the time. The food is consistent, fresh, and has a good taste (except for the grilled nuggets, absolutely cannot recommend them, not a good taste at all, but they are fresh!). Yes, it is fast food, but they do have some healthy options which I usually opt for. The price is typical for a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere is bland, but that is typical for fast food restaurants in the USA. Highly recommend this location as with any others. Even on my regular road trips, this chain is one I frequent.

Let's face it - Chik-fil-A deserves 5 stars. Everything they do is focused on giving an excellent customer experience. They have great food, distinctive signature fries, & generous portions. Even their ketchup packets deserve accolades. There is a reason their double drive thru's are usually busy. They also have an efficient order ahead process. My complaint is having to carefully specify lettuce, etc, & no refilling your drink. I get that cost controls are important to keeping prices down. So come and have a great meal, to go or to stay, but not on Sunday.

Tried the new chicken sandwich and it was delicious but different. Overall a good experience.

Quick drive thru, despite visiting during a rush time. Food was fresh and delicious! The guy taking our order was nice and personable.

What happened to the spicy chicken biscuit? Go back to the spicy chicken tenders and not this flat dried out chicken breast. The old Wendy's mantra, where's the beef comes to mind, but in this case, where is the chicken? Stop cutting corners to save some dollars. When your small biscuit overwhelms the chicken, you have got a problem

Let me begin by sending the message that the the day prior Angela the older Mexican manager came to HARASS me in a abrasive manner and today, made an assinine effort to get the General Manager to the counter for a petty tea refill ,of course. It’s colored water of all things. Big deal. I paid $9 to eat the scam salad. I have just as much right to sit down until I get done and not when you get ready. I pay your wages. Harassment of this nature by Chik-Fil-A staff members will not be tolerated. Staff Members are to remain productive not standing around with heads in the clouds and professional at all times. Then, the Asian gentleman this morning lunchtime stood there with his head in the clouds when I asked him if he was busy. He continued to ignore me until I had to get loud. I will be submitting a fraudulent card use to my bank. $12 for a petty sandwich salad is outrageous. For $3 at McDonald’s I can walk out with a combo meal and do a helluva lot better than Chik-Fil-A. Avoid this location like the plague. This organization is a true FAKE. “My pleasure “ my 🍑. You’re paid to say that. My pleasure came from Texas. And no matter if I am without housing or not, it’s irrelevant ,because I’m a human being and you will treat me like a human being with ethics and dignity. The next time I might not do much talking. You will never disrespect me.

Pretty lit, but sometimes they got these dudes taking orders at the drive thru instead of cute girls. Terrible idea. Keep them dudes inside. They don't even be saying "my pleasure" like that fr. For real though, I ordered a 12 piece nugz ft. 4 piece tenders and these clowns have me two 12 piece nugz. Get it together y'all. It was July 1st around 9:45pm and y'all was probably tryna close up, but it's not like it was a tough order.

I did not go in. They had my internet order and turnaround was fast. This is a fairly easy place to get to from Rt. 100 coming from AA county. The down side was the incredible traffic at this location. The parking lot was packed as was the pickup line going around the corner. On the bright side, it's easier to get to than the one off Dobbin Rd.

Food was good. More green than white in the salad. Person who took our order in the drive-thru was hugely distracted. Had to repeat the order 4 times!!! The parking lot is a nightmare but that is more about horrible drivers than anything else. When you are navigating the parking lot, BE CAREFUL!!!!

I had a Chick-fil-A this week and it was amazing. The staff were kind, friendly and welcoming. I like the ambience and the food was great. As a Chick-fil-A Iover, I always enjoy their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Cookies and Cream shake.

Been going here for a while and it’s a typical Chic Fila charm. Recently though if you order drive through it’s becoming a trend that they do not remember your sauces. I ordered a full bottle and didn’t receive ANY sauces including the bottle, but by the time you notice it’s not worth going back. Service is great inside.

Employees Elizabeth and Joselyn are absolutely phenomenal! They always have a smile on their face and are ready to help brighten anyone’s day! Please recognize these two outstanding workers, much deserved.

Highly recommend. We go often ... love the QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE.. uniformly well-spoken and well trained. My family loves the high quality of their food and have ordered most items on the menu. Fabulous place to eat! Take your entire family!

I always go to this location and never had a bad experience until now. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was completely undercooked to the point where I had to throw it away. However the staff is wonderful and the service was excellent. I am really disappointed about the food that I paid for.

I am driving from NJ to NC & stop for lunch. Out of Coffee I am not offered to make new one. I could waited for 10 min. But again, I don't have any company police. But other than that, service is good
